Dr. Robert has truly been amazing from beginning to end!! My results are breath taking and I am always getting compliments! I couldn't have been more pleased with my decision to go to him for my surgery needs. I did a tummy tuck and a breast amugentation. He made me feel extremely comfortable during pre-op and during post-op care. He has always been available if I have any questions or concerns. Thank you again Dr. Robert you are truly amazing! :)

Terrible staff!!!!! The people in the office are very rude and impatient. They are so lazy. Do not want to do any work. I saw the doctor twice. After I agree to be operated by the doctor. I have some questions about the surgery and request to speak to the doctor directly and they refused. When I made appointments online, they canceled my appointments. On my day off, I went in to speak to the doctor, they refused. I told the staff to have the doctor call me so I can ask a few questions and be at ease. It is my first surgery ever and I am scared. They keep on asking me what is the question and would not let me speak to the doctor. Refuse to relay my info to the doctor. I went to my PCP for medical clearance 4 days before surgery. The staff told me that I need to have EKG for the hospital the day before the surgery. It is so unacceptable! I am not their first patient and they are so unorganized. I have to follow up every single day to find out the status of my surgery and they seemed very annoying. They promise to call back the same day and I never get a call. They are so ineffective and rude. They don't allow me to speak to the doctor at all. The doctor is great but the staff are so nasty. I had to cancel the surgery the day before due to the horrible experience. I am not comfortable to get a surgery with a doctor that I can't get in touch with. I can't even talk to the doctor before the surgery. I don't even know what is gonna happen after the surgery, and can't get to my doctor because the staff are not allowing it. This is unacceptable!!!! The reception said to me that I can see the doctor the day of the surgery. How is that gonna help me to decide what I need to do? Terrible experience, irresponsible and rude staff!!!! The doctor needs to know this about his staff. I found a different doctor and cancel my surgery with this doctor due to the terrible staff experience and how I was being treated.

Writing this review in behalf of my mother, She noticed her loose skin around her chin and consulted with Tornambe, he is a great surgeon! He helped her throughout the entire procedure ( my mom only speaks Spanish btw). Her results are fantastic we definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get work done. Prices are fair, good friendly environment and staff

Be aware people I got a botched tummy tuck. Terrible to look at! Throughout my recovery one of the stitches was coming thru my skin. Yes! Poking me from inside out! The clinic where I got the surgery done was so embarrassed that I've been given FREE revision surgery due to the horrible job done on me which I later refused after getting afraid of worse results. I got a zigzag scar almost in my waist line and a disgusting bellybutton that looks it's been melted in a burn scar. Dr Tornambe was kind and that's it. But everytime I went for revision he would give excuses trying to cover with compliments his malpractice. I can email photos if necessary. Now I have to have a 15k to spend in order to fix it.

I recently visited Dr. Tornambe’s office for Botox injections. I have had this done several times before by other providers, but I’ve never been so happy with the results. The office is lovely and the staff friendly and accommodating. They were able to fit me into their schedule at a time that was convenient for me, which is so helpful. Dr. Tornambe made sure I was comfortable and I felt I was in good hands. My results are amazing and I feel much more confident now. So worth it! Highly recommend.

I absolutely LOVE Dr Tornambe! I made the decision to get breast implants and spent almost 2 months constantly researching everything I could. I spent hours reading reviews and searching for doctors to try and find the best fit. Dr Tornambe was the first doctor I had a consultation with and immediately I knew he was going to be the best. Naturally I met with a few more doctors just to make sure and finally went with Dr Tornambe. I was a 32A with a small frame and one of the first things he told me was that he’d find the perfect size for my body and would not make me look like a bimbo (which was my biggest fear). He’s conservative but in a very good way - he’s know exactly what size would look good on you. I ended up with 405cc and love my results! I’ve gotten so many compliments whenever I tell people they’re fake and I’ve had them for almost 2 years now without any issues. Dr Tornambe makes you feel so comfortable and is so good about making sure you come for follow up visits just to make sure everything is still perfect. I’m so happy with my decision and love going back to see him for my yearly checkups! I recommend him to anyone I can and I hope this review helps someone make their decision! Thank you Dr Tornambe!!

I've been a patient of Dr. T for almost two years now. I started with abdominoplasty, went back for some lipo, and just did some minor revisional work today, (8/14)... I remember looking at a list of 8 or so surgeons in NYC when I originally wanted to get my tummy-tuck, and by sheer luck, I met someone who was a patient of Dr. T. While speaking with her, I was convinced that he was the guy. It was the best decision I've made. This doctor treats you with the upmost respect, and will answer any question you throw at him with honesty and directness. He doesn't have any attitude or this awkward presence I've noticed most plastic surgeons have. He's real. He's genuine, and he's amazing at what he does. I don't think he'll ever really know how his skill, which is just another day in the office for him, changed my life. He's given me confidence. He's given me the ability to think positive about my appearance. He's giving me a new future. I'm incredibly thankful to him and his staff. I highly recommend this Doctor to anyone seeking plastic surgery. This man is excellent at what he does, and I'll be a patient of his from here on. Thank You.

My experience with Madison Plastic Surgery was better than I could have ever hoped. Dr. Tornambe was incredibly knowledgable and I've never met a Dr that knew more about what he was doing than Dr. T. When I was nervous, he was very comforting and calmed me down. My procedure came out perfect and I couldn't have asked for a better job. I love my new look and it's all because of Dr Tornambe and his amazing team. I assume I will want more work as I get older and there's no where else I'd go. If there is negative rating I will give it !! Very very disgusting service! The staff are just take their salary and do nothing! set a robot is better than hiring them！The staff are rude and lazy to do more things for patient! Do not ask more question they will only say "I don't know" and tell you change another place. At first you will choose this place because of the doctor's reputation, and then you will leave because the terrible staff! I'm not only one have bad experiece in this place, and aslo I won't be the last one. If you don't want to waste you time and money and have and bad feeling then avoid here! The plastic surgery like James C. Marotta, MD, Lexington Plastic Surgeons, David P. Rapaport, MD, FACS , those place service are all better than here !

this doctor is THE WORST doctor in the world.. i went to him for a cysts that was the size of a pea behind each one of my nipples, my chest looked fine and it was not visible, but this guy said it should be removed.... so i listened to him and had the surgery, then about 1 week after surgery when he took the bandages and drains out out asked him why my chest looks indented and my nipples were all on even. he said its in my head and will go away... well its about 12 years later and i can not wear any fitted tshirts and have not been to the beach in over a decade and i had about 30,000$ in reconstructive surgery and it still looks horrible.and every doctor says the same thing... im so sorry i dont know how this guy would even mess up such a minor surgery do bad.. THANKS DOC, ITS OVER A DECADE LATER AND IT STILL EFFECTS MY EVERY DAY LIFE...... YOUR AN AWFUL MAN,
