Appointments are maintained in a timely manner and the Dr listens carefully to questions about options and procedures and then thoroughly goes over what is best for each case. From personal experience I have the utmost confidence in his skills and that each procedure is uniquely based on specific circumstances of the patient. Post op and follow up visits are handled meticulously. This office provides a wonderful experience...combining skill and personal attention to their patients.

Dr. Sherman did my reconstructive surgery after I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 29 and underwent a bilateral mastectomy. The results looked so natural that when I was in the hospital after the birth of my second child a few years later, and my third a few years after that, the nurses in the maternity ward kept asking and encouraging me to breastfeed because no one could tell that I had undergone the surgeries until I told them.

Masterful. Efficient. Authoritative. I've never met a doctor who commanded such a presence in a hospital, where I found myself after a potentially disfiguring accident. Operating on my face to repair the bone structure while the wounds were fresh, Dr. Sherman restored my face completely. Friends and family couldn't even find the scars with a magnifying glass, and no one believed that I had even been in an accident. More important, my jaw line and bite were restored to their proper position and my face functions just as it always has. I am truly amazed. His office is impeccably clean, comfortable and well staffed. Just a class act.

John Sherman saved my face. I was bitten in the face by a dog two years ago. My nose was all but shattered, I nearly lost my eye, and I needed more than 40 stitches. His work has been impeccable. Ive had to have reconstructive surgery to fix my nose and you can barley tell that anything happened. My scar is nearly invisible. He has been nothing but kind and compassionate over the past two years of my healing. I cannot speak higher of this mans character and skill.

Dr Sherman was recently requested to work on my baby boy who was attacked in the face by a pitbull... dr Sherman did an amazing job on our son and has been amazing... I can’t say more about the dramatic difference from when my son was bitten in the face and now... his wounds are healing tremendously !!!! I have no doubt in my mind that had i not requested for Dr Sherman who knows what the end result would be but should anyone require any plastic surgery I can honestly truly recommend Dr Sherman..

PLEASE READ!!!!! Plastic surgeon should be an artist in order for him/her to give you the best look you could have tailored to your own style.. unfortunately, this plastic surgeon is NOT one.. He did my nose and then talked me into having a chin implant to strengthen my weak profile... He removed the nose bump, but he kept the bridge wide af, of course after charging me a big chunk a money 10 k (i used my first ccard ever on this) and then guess what? my chin implant ended up being crooked to one side ... so please please please stay away from commercialized plastic surgeons (of course he made a fortune already he's not gonna care about this review) but it's for those who are considering him, a magazine Ad was how I found out about him and i deeply regret it now, .... I give him 2 stars for the effort and safety.......hope this is helpful! Good luck!!

Our teenage son had a degloving injury to his forearm, and the initial stitching (done elsewhere) didn't heal properly. Dr. Sherman was excellent in explaining our options -- we ended up debriding the wound and then doing a skin graft operation. Throughout those procedures and the graft operation, Dr. Sherman and his entire staff were excellent -- pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and comforting. They always followed up on our son's progress and went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of the situation (including Dr. Sherman’s willingness to adjust his schedule to do needed surgery). We couldn't be happier with the office and with Dr. Sherman's work.

I was in a serious accident that left me with a broken nose & stitches in multiple spots on my face. Dr. Sherman and his team have done an excellent job making sure my face recovers well. They go above and beyond too. I was at a follow-up appointment & explained an issue I was having with my jaw, he had his team get on the phone & get me an appointment with a nearby oral surgeon to have it checked out later that day. Dr Sherman is great, its pricey but well worth it, the care and personal attention is incredible. I had my nose done and he made sure to keep it natural and enhance my looks, i am in love with my new nose, and if i ever consider anything else i will definitely be going back! He has my absolute trust. My surgery was very complicated, and i had struggled with my nose for years, it was wide, it hung downwards and now it is small, natural and he gave me a naturally pert nose!

Loren Nolletti Donino · 17 minutes ago I was hit in the face with a golf ball in Florida and fractured my cheek in 2 places. Dr. Sherman had multiple phone calls with me assessing the damage and checking to see how I was doing. After I overnighted the Florida hospital MRI(crap) to him for his review, I was trying to postpone the inevitable but Dr Sherman told me to get on a plane, come home and take care of this immediately. Best advice I could have received. His excellent team set up cat scan and office visit the following day. Followed by surgery the day after that. All is well and I will be back on the course in a couple of weeks!! Thank you!! Thank you!!

Our five year old daughter had an accident and broke both bones on the side of her nose and required stitches to her upper lip. Dr.Sherman came to the hospital ED late on a Sunday evening to assess her and provide his recommendations. He commanded respect but was kind and gentle with our daughter. Since that time we have had two follow up appointments in his beautiful office, where he again provided excellent service. In his professional opinion, he opted not to surgically repair the bones, and even though our encounters were brief, I very much trusted his opinion and was grateful that he considered her well being above all else. As a nurse myself, I can say Dr.Sherman was a pleasure to work with and I would strongly recommend him for children and adults alike.
