Excellent customer service from the staff, specifically Tricia. Dr. Singer gives it to you straight, no B.S., as to make sure expectations are realistic. SmartLipo to neck & chin was an incredibly easy procedure. I'm still shocked that I could stay awake during the procedure and see almost immediate results. If you can withstand less than 30 seconds of total burning lidocaine "pain," then you can definitely be awake during the procedure. Going to the dentist or getting Kybella is far more traumatic.

After having gastric sleeve surgery done in 2016 and losing 100 lbs I had a lot of excess skin and fat pockets. I went to several Doctors who were not the nicest and depleted my confidence. But then I stumbled upon Dr. Singer and he made me feel safe and confident about trusting him with such a big outpatient procedure. He didn't try to get me for every penny I had either, he worked with me and my financial situation. He was extremely thorough and took plenty of time going over every step of the whole process which made me feel extremely comfortable with my decision. Dr. Singer made me aware of the additional liposuction I could get done that was part of the tummy tuck price like within the pelvic area, which I had no idea could be done let alone it being included in the price! The day of the surgery, the nurse I had at Radiance MedSpa of Westchester and Dr. Singer were super thorough and they comforted me until the anesthesia put me fully under. The quality of assistance that I recieved from both the nurse and Dr. Singer after the procedure while I was at home recovering was superb! Anytime time of day or night they answered any questions or concerns my mother or I had. I'm so happy I found Dr. Singer and I definitely will be going to him for any other procedures I decide to do in the future. “This is the right place to do it...No Questions About It!" After visiting numerous clinics to find the “perfect fit”, I found Dr. Elan Singer and his outstanding team of Stacie and Andrea. I knew instantly that I picked the right place. After losing over 120 pounds via the LapBand Procedure, although a great feat in itself, I knew that my journey was not yet complete. I had a lot of excess skin that I was unhappy with and I knew it had to come off to give me the look I wanted. The solution to this troublesome problem was deciding to go for plastic surgery. With this in mind, I went on a quest to find the right doctor. And after meeting with about 7 to 8 doctors and almost giving up hope, I met with Dr. Singer and his team. I can’t say enough about Dr. Singer and his staff and what they have done for me. The part that stands out the most to me was that I was made to feel comfortable every single step of the way. After just the first consultation, I knew this was the right Doctor for me. The care, professionalism, quality, in addition to the comfortable environment offered by Dr Singer, Stacie and Andrea, were what helped me make my decision. This was more than a mere doctor-patient relationship. It was as if we instantly became family. I was not just another number or patient to them. We got to know each other on a first name basis. The ease with which I was able to talk to them, and their willingness to address any and all of my questions or concerns puts them in a category of their own. I am EXTREMELY pleased with my experience and would without a doubt recommend Dr. Singer to anyone interested in plastic surgery. What an amazing Surgeon and Facial Rejuvenist! As a Professional Aesthetic RN, I have had the privilege to work with Dr. Elan Singer in the Operating Room and assisted when he has done Botox, Juvederm, Radiesse and all other rejuvenation procedures. Dr. Singer is absolutely the most technically skilled and artistic plastic surgeon in NYC and I am beyond thrilled with my lower face and neck lift results! I realize his approach is very individually tailored and he makes the best choices for his patient’s specific bone and muscle structures, which is important to me. My cheeks were falling causing my neck to develop two hanging bands under my neck. (Which my kids quickly pointed out to me). I’m in my late 40s and I didn’t feel like I needed an entire facelift yet. Dr. Singer explained exactly what results to expect with my lower face and neck lift and he was very honest about which procedures that I didn’t need at this point, which I very much appreciate. I highly recommend Dr. Singer and I’m definitely going back for future procedures.

There was minimal pain and the end result is very natural looking. Dr. Singer and his staff were very thorough both before and after the surgery. I just had upper lids done two weeks ago. I had local and was surprisingly relaxed and did not feel anything during the procedure. It was seamless. I am very fair, so my bruising under the eye lasted two weeks and I still have a small amount of lid swelling. All very normal and to be expected. I work in luxury sales and have gotten so many compliments. Women are amazed and eager to learn more about Dr. Singer. He is excellent. Very precise and talented.

If I was uncomfortable or unsure if something was abnormal, I would text Dr. Singer and he would respond in seconds. I had the procedures done two months ago and am very happy with the results. I can’t wait to see what it will all look like when I am completely healed. Dr. Singer is great. He is very knowledgeable in his field and will explain the options and realistic expectations of results, healing time, discomforts, etc. Dr. Singer then tailors the procedures to your body type and desired results. After the procedures, he checks in frequently to make sure healing is going well and quickly addresses any unforeseen complications or discomforts. Tricia sets all the appts, organizes the paperwork needed for time off work, etc. and is very responsive to to any questions or concerns before and after the procedure. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone considering plastic surgery.
