I had some work done for the second time by Dr. Sina and it looks amazing!! He knows how to make things look very natural without looking like you got work done. My lips look bigger, but like I was born with them they fit so well on my face. He made sure everything on my face was balanced including my cheeks and brows. Also, no bruising either time since he was so gentle and takes his time with the needle (I’ve bruised every other time I’ve got work done elsewhere). Dr. Sina is true professional and one Dr I trust completely with anything he does.

I have been to Dr. Pearlman's office numerous times in the past few years. As a woman of a certain age I seek to keep my skin and appearance looking its most youthful best without appearing fake. Dr. Pearlman and his team of experts, including the office staff, all are wonderful and caring. They listen to what I wanted and devised plans tailored specifically for my face to make me feel and look my most beautiful. I have had the ultherapy and laser there in the past. Most recently Donna Fay did her magic on me using the MicroPen with Image Skincare and pcp peels. All I can say is Donna is certainly an expert in her field and deserves her title as The Beauty Expert. My skin had never looked better. I certainly will continue going to Donna for the MicroPen as it does amazing work to rejuvenate skin by erasing aged skin and slight lines, and Donna thoroughly knows what she is doing when performing the MicroPen procedure. I just returned from Dr. Pearlman's again. This visit his team worked on a filler plan for me. Donna, Audrey and Heather work amazingly together to fashion a specific plan of action on what to use and where to inject. Heather is an amazing RN and knows exactly where to place the needle and how to smooth the skin out like an artist. I was given a bit of Botox for crow's feet and she used Restylane Lyft on my lower face in areas that have become sunken and very narrow. Heather knows exactly how much should be used in keeping someone looking natural and not like they have had work done. I look forward to my next visit to Dr. Pearlman's as his warm smile and the professionalism of everyone who works there makes me feel comfortable and in expert care.

recently came to Dr. Pearlman’s office to receive Botox. First off the office is easily located on Park ave. The office staff were very friendly and I didn’t wait long to be called in. Dr Pearlman’s associate Dr Sina Mehdi and his assistant Vanessa took care of me. I was nervous because this was my first time . They both were extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Mehdi is very skilled in this field. He knows exactly what he is doing and where I needed it (forehead and Crowes feet ) .After 2 weeks I’ve seen major results. It looks very natural and I have no more wrinkles. My friends have been telling me I look ten years younger. I highly recommend them!

I have no doubt he’s helped a lot of people with breathing problems and patients with very real issues, but from a cosmetic standpoint, I was left with more issues than when I first walked in. I should have looked more closely to his before and after photos...I knew not to expect perfection, but I thought I’d get improvement which definitely didn’t happen. I was left with a twisted tip and major visible scarring in my nostrils. Pearlman is a meannn person once you’re unhappy with your result. A bully. He put me down at each appointment, denied the problems I pointed out, and just made my revision experience a disaster. Like he did to another reviewer, he pointed out all of my facial assymetries to prove an irrelevant point and then proceeded to tell me I need to see a psychologist and get help...just unnecessary. His staff will turn on you just as fast too. Then he finally offered to do a complimentary revision after yelling and storming around for 3 appointments. I said no because I was terrified of having an angry person do surgery on my face. He said some really low and snarky comments to me for such a prestigious surgeon. Total lack of empathy and bedside manner. Waste of over $15k that I saved up forever. Sorry, but go elsewhere.

My experience with Dr. Pearlman was life changing. I had previously undergone 4 surgeries due to a car accident, 2 of those 4 were strictly rhinoplasty revision. I would give a zero rating if it was possible. Dr Pearlman did Botox and fillers on my face. The Botox was okay but the fillers were terrible. My cheeks were uneven and I was black and blue for weeks. Horrible job overfilled. When I went back he told me and his staff nothing was wrong. I had to go to another dr to remove the fillers. Spent another fortune on that. Stay away from this dr and his office. Only hype.

I've had acne ever since I was in middle school. My skin has always been a huge struggle for me. When I turned 18, I started noticing ice pick scars on both my cheeks and as each year passed, it got more and more visible. I've wanted to find the right treatment for a long time but each one seemed too abrasive or harsh on my skin. I went to Dr.Steven Pearlman's and started the Micropen treatments with Donna Fay. I've had 4 treatments within a 3 month span and I can see my acne scars have gotten smaller. My friends have told me they can tell my skin got a little better and it's only been 4 treatments so I know it will take a few more to have the skin I've really wanted. Donna Fay helps make the process as comfortable, light and even fun as possible. She knows everything about my skin and i trust her to make it better because she is already doing what i almost thought was impossible! My skin is healing!! I will try and update every 2-3 treatments.

I had Juvederm Ultra put into my upper cheeks and I experienced minimal pain; the doctor even provides stress balls to squeeze in each hand during this procedure. I let Dr. P recommend what to do since I wasn't sure what facial flaws/lines I needed the most work on and I wanted his expert opinion. My skin is thinning and he evened it out, making my face more symmetrical. I'm very happy with the results. The office is very clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and professional.

My sister had initially gone to Dr. Pearlman for a Rhinoplasty. I was very pleased with the way she looked and I always wanted to have the same procedure because I’d never been happy with the shape of my nose. So I met with Dr. Pearlman and had a consultation and it was very good. We met in an intimate and quiet area where we could discuss privately what my goal was, what I was unhappy with and how I wanted to improve the look of my nose. And he told me what could actually be done from a realistic view. He took pictures of my face and I consulted with the office manager as to details of exactly what the procedure would entail, the recovery, any kind of prep before surgery, and they took care of insurance issues as I had a partial deviated septum. So I decided to go through with it and booked an appointment probably within a month at a time that was convenient for me. I went through the procedure and felt great right afterwards. I wasn’t feeling ill and I was able to eat quickly after. The staff around Dr. Pearlman was excellent, very detailed, very caring when coming out of surgery and very professional. You really feel like they’re taking care of you and they called to see how I was feeling that night. Recovery was basically what he said, 10 to 14 days. I’m very pleased with the results and so happy! My nose had a little bit of a hook and it had a deviated septum so it was also crooked and I wasn’t able to breathe. Now I’m confident and I’m not self-conscious of the side profile of my nose. I don’t mind people looking at me from the sides or from the front and it’s just added to the beauty. I’m so happy now. For anyone thinking of ever doing surgery, don’t put it off. It’s not as bad as it sounds and you can be very happy. It changed my life.

I was introduced to Dr. Pearlman by a patient/friend of mine. Since I am going on a vacation I want to look my best, so I thought I would get some Botox and filler. Dr. Pearlman showed me before and after pictures and my expectations of the procedure were in alignment with what I was shown. In addition to these pictures Dr. Pearlman addressed all questions I had about this simple outpatient procedure. I was mainly concerned about bruising, though it proved very minimal. After receiving the filler and Botox I did not experience much discomfort. Keeping the ice pack on for 10 minutes afterwards helped. Overall, I am happy with my results. Dr. Pearlman and his staff are very accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Normally I have about a 5-10 minute wait period when I visit, which is not long. The cleanliness of the office and procedure area was excellent (though the coat closet could use a clean-out). I would recommend Dr. Pearlman to my friends and colleagues. Procedure: Filler & Botox

I am beginner to anything besides microderms at a "spa" and I've never had Botox or filler or gone under the knife for cosmetic reasons. But the reason I am writing a review is because I was scared, nervous and pretty uneducated and I couldn't have asked for a better support system. I am also never spending the $thousands$ I used to on fancy eye creams and serums from spas anymore. Let me explain. Some people tell their friends or family when they get an injection or filler or laser, but most people do it privately and hope people only notice they look heathier or well rested but don't know why. This exacerbated my nervousness because I hadn't talked to anyone about what I wanted to do; I was scared by doing more than topical creams meant I had failed. Or it meant I was too superficial and should concentrate on something more besides what I didn't like about my face everyday. But Donna Fay and Ashley became the judge-less support system I wish I could get from my everyday friends: they made me laugh and told me about their experiences, showed me personal photos and told me personal stories. Even Dr. Pearlman knew exactly why I was scared and told me what I was scared of looking like was the result of about 5x as much injections as I was getting. Every client who leaves his office is his work, his walking review, an advertisement for his skills. REVIEW OF DR. PEARLMAN and Tear Trough Filler and Cheek Filler: Genetically I have more visible tear troughs that most people and I thought buying eye cream was the fix. Dr. Pearlman suggested 1cc of Restylane for my tear trough (.5 each side) and 1 cc of Juvederm Voluma for my cheeks (.5 each side). I was not expecting the cheek filler suggestion at all and this made me a bit nervous (would I have big Real Housewife cheeks?), but Dr. Pearlman explained it would help lift right under where the filler was going on everything would look more "rested" and less sunken-in. He promised me I wouldn't leave him not happy or scared. I trusted him and I liked his sense of humor (when he was drawing lines on my face he said "this should come off by the weekend" -- I almost fainted). The whole process was maybe 15 minutes or less. And what was really cool was that the injections had numbing stuff in them so no need for extra needles -- as the injections were working they were numbing at the same time. I was worried about bruising and puffiness (both normal things after this) and had such minimal of both not even my boyfriend knew I had done anything when I saw him that night. My friends said I looked "rested" and happy. It was the perfect outcome and $thousands$ less than the amount I've been spending EVERY YEAR on fancy creams like Biologique Recherche, Erno Laszlo, and Yonka Paris, which just made my eyes smell good. REVIEW OF DONNA FAY GRAZIANO aka “The Beauty Expert” and BBL: I'm naturally freckly and always thought it was adorable, until my face started to look uneven. I had tried IPL (2x on my face) - there was hardly a change. Donna Fay is a straight-to-the-point esthetic coach who won't lie to you and she'll help you get what you are looking for. She promised to show me my own gorgeous skin on my arms, too -- the clean, Swedish-looking skin I always envied (not my Jersey Shore used-to-be-tan-once skin). I bought BBL for face and arms and three MD Face products from Dr. Pearlman that I was to use every day before and after to make my skin brighter and healthier. I'll attach the images here so you can see before and after sun damage on my face and arms. This is after 1 treatment and using their products. I'm never wasting money on Sephora, spas, medical spas, or any other cream or face product again. I'm only coming here for BBL and fillers every few years and re-uping my skin brightening creams from MD Face. And I'm going to hope for friends like Ashley and Donna Fay who totally support being happy in this life and making me feel like it's all going to be okay. Actually - it's all going to be better.

Trash, I will always respect the opinion of a dedicated surgeon but what a waste of time this was! Plastic surgery, facial fillers ect. are supposed to alter the look of a person or realistically change/improve what that person dislikes about them selves. When pointing out my insecurities on my under eye bags and my facial asymmetry which is noticeable to not only me, but others I was told to work on my 'self esteem'. I recently had my first Halo treatment with Donna Fay, “The Beauty Expert” from Dr. Steven Pearlman’s office. From the minute of my first encounter with Dr. Pearlman’s staff, to my initial consult with Donna, all thru the Halo procedure, and until I left the office I felt comfortable and at ease in my experience. After talking with Donna, I knew I was in expert hands. Ms. Fay is very knowledgeable and informative. She listened to my concerns and asked all the right questions to ensure I received the exact, customized treatment I needed to achieve the results I was looking for. The Halo treatment itself consisted of very minimal pain and discomfort, along with minimal down time. After the procedure I experience a mild sunburn feeling that subsided after a couple hours. Other than that, I healed in just a week’s time and couldn’t be happier with my results thus far. My dark spots are so much lighter and my skin now has a new youthful glow, thanks to not just the Halo treatment, but to the additional skin products Donna suggested I use to help aid in the healing and restoration of my skin. My family and I have gone to The Lasky Clinic, one of the most prominent Facial Plastic Surgery and Facial Cosmetic Surgery offices in in the country for many years now. They were the ones who recommend I see Dr. Pearlman for Reconstructive Rhinoplasty. They pretty much said he is the only person in town that can successfully help me. Before going to Dr. Pearlman, I went to see another doctor who actually told me that my nasal problems “could not be fixed.” So after speaking with Dr. Pearlman and scheduling a surgery date, I was dubious to say the least. This was my first experience with Pearlman Aesthetic, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bit of revitalization. From the moment of booking the appointment up to the day of, his staff made everything easy and stress free. I was a bit skeptical, but each of the ladies took the time to explain products and procedures to me. Mina, who works as the Executive Admin, was super helpful and communicative throughout my entire experience as well. She emailed before and after the appointment to check in on me and make sure that I was satisfied with my service there. Very professional, and courteous. On the day of appointment, I had a consultation and two treatments (Microdermabrasion and Hydrofacial) with Audrey. She walked me through the proper skincare routine and products needed to rejuvenate my skin and made the entire process painless. I have quite a bit of sun damage from my younger years of bed tanning (eek!) and living in tropical climates. I was a bit embarrassed to see the sun spots and to know that I haven't been doing my best to treat my face as I should. Knowing this, Audrey, and the rest of the ladies, recommended a new skincare regimen that was simple enough and also very affordable. They didn't push any products on me, and in fact, sent me home with a bag full of samples. I ended up buying two of the products, Image Clear Cell mattifying moisturizer, and a salicylic gel cleanser from the same line. These are prescription grade, but there has been no harshness or real side effects, other than clear skin. I've been using both products as instructed for two weeks and my skin still feels amazing! (Disclaimer: My nose was a bit dry the week after, but Audrey said that was probably due to me using too much cleanser. I've since laid off, and literally use a pea size amount daily to every other day.) As far as the actual microdermabrasion I didn't feel any pain, as one might expect. That and the facial were both relaxing and left my skin feeling cleansed, hydrated, and oh so soft! I honestly kept running my fingers across my face for the next 24 hours because I hadn't felt my skin that smooth in years! I'm planning on purchasing the rest of the Image Clear Cell products and have since referred a few friends to Pearlman Aesthetic. Thanks again to all of the wonderful staff there. Looking forward to my next visit!

Everyone in that office knows exactly what they're doing, and makes sure you are comfortable and happy at all times before, during, and after your procedures. He addressed my needs and really went into detail with what to expect.I also loved how he took really good photos from before I started getting treatments done to now, so that I could see the changes to my face. I had a rhinoplasty septoplasty and deep plane face lift 10 weeks ago today and I am thrilled with the results. Dr Pearlman is meticulous and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was given detailed pre and post op instructions and when I had a few questions about the healing process during the first few weeks post-op, Christine responded immediately with the answers to my questions. I had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Pearlman. I went in to fix quite a bit because my primary doctor really butchered my nose and it was crooked, bumpy, droopy, and all in all too big. In retrospect I made a huge mistake going with Dr. Pearlman for a revision because I did not trust him. Anytime I would ask him a question it was as if he didn't listen because he would answer my question as if I were asking a completely different question. I even had to go back to him for a second consultation. I decided to go with Dr. Pearlman primarily because of his positive reviews which was a big mistake. When I first had my cast removed after surgery I was pretty pleased with the initial results although I did immediately have some concerns. I made it clear that I wanted the tip of my nose to have a slight upturn (nothing crazy but just a slight lift to make it look more feminine) because his aesthetics lean more toward the droopy side when you look at his before and afters so I thought I made it clear I did want it a little higher and more defined than what he would do for his average patient. When I initially saw my nose I thought the tip was a little low especially because it does drop even more during the healing process. Then after about a week as the swelling began to hit its peak the bump that was on the left side of my nose came back and I also noticed the bump on the right side of my nose was still there. I hoped that it would just be swelling but to this day the bumps are still there as well as horrible scarring. When I voiced my concerns at the 6 month follow up appointment he raised his voice at me and got very angry. If there were ever a time that I thought smoke would come out of someones ears this would be it. He gave a facial expression i've only seen in movies. He tightened his jaw and appeared as though he had a giant lemon in his mouth, puffed out his chest and started to shake. I have literally never seen anything like it to the point where I was almost afraid he was going to hit me. Mind you this is no exaggeration. He was also completely void of empathy when I voiced that I saved almost 20 grand to pay for this revision and his response was "well thats not my problem thats the problem of your primary surgeon"... keep in mind he supposedly specializes in revisions so if he needed a blank canvas maybe he should go into another profession. He didn't take any accountability for what he did and then proceeded to insult me and told me that I have an asymmetrical chin therefore my nose should be crooked... he spent a good amount of his time insulting me then called me insulting because I told him he failed to listen to me... because, HE DIDN'T LISTEN. Pretty sure you shouldn't have "we empower beauty" plastered all over your office if you're going to insult your patient... pretty contradicting don't you think? He will not listen to any personal preference (granted there are limitations when it comes to the nose but in regards to tip angle it is something patients have a say in). He's got a big ego and thinks he's the authority on all things in regards to physical beauty but his aesthetic eye is terrible. Really look at his before and after photos... you can barely see a difference on anyone. I am only leaving this review because I do not want anyone to go through what I went through. It was a very disheartening process to go through. He had no remorse for what he did other than a fake apology message he left me only after I requested my records from him after 2 attempts to get them. I am now looking to get my nose done for a third time because of his terrible rush job. He does not have the temperament for this profession. I would genuinely not want him operating on me given that he definitely has some anger issues and performs way too many surgeries a day. Please do not use him. Do not go through what I went through. It is not worth it.

Stay far away from this office. The doctor is a total nut! You've been warned!! If you just want botox you can chance it but anything more I would advise to go elswhere. After surgery they basically kick you out as fast as possible and do not offer any help during recovery. The response is everything is fine, always.If you need surgery go elsewhere even out of NYC. I am a 40 year old male who lives in Manhattan. I originally went to Dr. Perlman in January of 2016 to inquire about neck liposuction. I chose him after going on six consultations with other doctors in New York City, and spending months researching doctors and pro's and con's of my procedures. A year later I am extremely happy with my results, believe I made the right choice, and I would recommend Dr. Perlman. This was a huge purchase, and I believe anyone electing to have cosmetic enhancements should do their research. Dr. Perlman spent an hour with me during our initial consultation. We discussed my goals, he took photos, went over the procedures, and gave me realistic expectations. I elected to have neck liposuction, chin implant, buccal fat removal, and Voluma filler to my cheeks. My goal was a stronger jawline, and definition to my face. The day of the procedure went by as expected, and his staff, especially his nurse Christine was awesome and comforting. I've had follow up visits at 3 and 6 months, and my before and after pictures truly show Dr. Perlman's skills as a surgeon. Most photos on his website are of women, and a lot of women give him reviews, but he is also great with the male face. Late last year I had a Halo Laser Peel by Donna, their office esthetician. I originally wanted an inexpensive chemical peel to clear up some minor sun damage. Donna recommend the Halo Laser Peel, and I was initially put off by the cost. The laser peel was two months ago (as of today), and every cent was worth it. One session dramatically reduced sun damage, brown spots. I spent years, and lots of money on skin products, and the Halo Laser Peel was what I needed all along. If you are considering this procedure, DO IT! My skin has never looked better.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. PearIman. I received botox and lip fillers, both were done by Dr. himself. I looked like an alien afterwards for about a year, my whole face and eyes were swollen, lips looked very unnatural, with lumps and bumps. I had since then done botox and lip fillers with another doctor, with very natural, amazing results. Stay away from Pearlman, as he doesn't know what he's doing.
