The doctor is great! But the staff is very unprofessional and don’t care for the clients. I had called to get information about a promotion they had going on and I booked my appt. The day of my appt I took off from work, when I show up the secretary told me that the information I got was wrong and the price was also wrong and the promotion had expired. When I left the office I received a phone call from a different secretary to telling me I was right and the other secretary was wrong. Not only did I miss work (which I didn’t get pay for that day) I didn’t get the procedure done, the secretary didn’t have the courtesy to give me a call and explain to me she made a mistake and maybe reschedule the appt or tell me to go back, she was very rude and didn’t make an effort to find out if the information I was providing her was correct. I’ve been a client for several years and referred many people, because of her service they lost one valuable costumer.

Im writing this review, because i im highly sastified with my surgery with dr. Jeffrey Yager. I got silicone injections removed from my buttocks on May 6, 2019. Yager was amazing, very polite and professional, made me feel very comfortable. The results were so amazing, I couldn't be any happier. Although, i had to travel from Orlando to NY to get my procedure done everything was so easy for me, his staff made all my arrangements so that it would be convenient amd comfortable. Last but not least, i was suprised that Dr. Yager spoke both english and spanish fluently. That made me feel more at home as i prefer to speak spanish instead.

Had my tt and 8 months later still dealing with it. I have a section on my left side that has a huge lump. The doc has taken some actions but not an aggressive one. I have been doing everything he has instructed me to do including paying for more massages, getting injections, etc. and yet nothing. It is still there. I am so dissatisfied with the look that it is unbelievable. I would think that 8 months and 15K I would look gorgeous but instead I look disfigured. I would highly think twice about going there. Now I must pay another surgeon to correct this. I am beyond upset and so disappointed.

So far extremely happy with my results and there’s still months to go... For years I wanted to get my body back. I am 47 years old and have four kids. I’ve changed my eating habits, been exercising and lost 50lbs however the mama pouch is always there. I knew that it’s a big risk, especially hearing all the lives lost with cosmetic surgeries. One thing for sure I knew, I was not going to get this done outside of the US, I didn’t care if it was less money. I was scared but I here telling you my journey. I was recommended to Dr. Yager by my sister in law. Her experience was great and she’s happy, so I went too. After lots of research, questions, I went for my procedure on August 16.. Surgery was a breeze, in and out in about 3 hours. They said surgery was at 12:15pm, I was in operating room at that time. I think they should hold us a little longer until we wake up more. I don’t even remember waking up until they put some strong smelling thing on my nose to wake me. I was rolled out on a wheel chair to the car half asleep. :( The first weeks was the worst but after, it got better. You definitely need help. I’m so excited to see the end results. In just 3 weeks I’m down about 10lbs and 3,5 inches on my waistline. I’m still swollen and a bit achy but extremely pleased. I have begun my massages and will be better soon. I’ll add that, I did not know the massages was an additional cost, but paid for better results. So far, staff have been pleasant and welcoming. Always smiling and helpful. Great team. Thank you for giving me my body back Dr. Yager.
