This is my first review and I can tell you that that the results are amazing Today I got my cast removed after 12 days from my rhinoplasty surgery and I can confirm that he's one of the best in NYC. I felt no pain and had no swelling at all. His staff was a pleasure to work with, they answered all my questions and on the day of the surgery they made me feel so safe and right at home. Dr. Weintraub is a genius and knows what he's doing. I'm so happy with the results when he showed me the before and after pictures. I am very happy to say that my facelift has been the best decision of my life and I couldn’t be more pleased. The care I received prior to, during, and after my facelift has been overwhelmingly amazing. So much to the point that when I went in for my 2 week follow up I couldn’t stop crying and hugging Dr Weintraub for his artistry and expertise and my beyond belief happiness with my gorgeous, refined and natural new face. I spent the good part of my day in the mirror! My jowls made me look angry and sad, which was not my disposition. I didn’t think my neck was so bad but after having it done it was like night and day, rewinding the clock at least 20 years. I can spot a poorly done facelift a mile away, and it was my biggest fear of ending up that way. I can honestly say that I don’t look done at all, and now when I look at pictures of when I was in my 30s, I look that way again! This transformation has been in stages because I was frightened of really looking fake and done, that wind tunnel look. I first went to Dr. Weintraub for a small surgery on my body. It went so well that I had my eyes done next, which were very challenging given poor results from another surgeon’s work in the past which added to my fear. This journey culminated with my facelift, and Dr Weintraub’s gentle approach to my sensitive nature, and my past experience which made me so sensitive due to my complications with the other surgeon. I have gained strength in going through the process and being treated so kindly and emerging with beyond expectation results. Dr Weintraub has healed me in so many ways. It is evident that he is the kind of doctor who goes into medicine for the right reasons, to heal the patient. I feel so healed and feel so grateful to him.

As a recording artist, celebrity, and person that is in the media often, I have to make sure that I am constantly looking my best, and I'm very selective when it comes to picking a doctor to handle these sensitive needs. Selecting Dr. Weintraub is a no brainer. If you want a doctor that all the stars rely on and who is affordable to everyone, this is your one stop shop. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome, comfortable and like you are with family. His assistant Jill is one of the sweetest, most knowledgable and relatable people you will ever deal with. While I try to eat right, get lots of sleep, and rest, there is only so much I can do on my own. Cameras can be brutal in HD. I've had my cheeks, brow, lips all done, and not embarassed to say so. Feeling good about yourself is not a bad thing and people should not be ashamed to allow themselves to feel beautiful inside and out. Treat yourself, you will be glad you did. I am going to be getting rhinoplasty in the future with him and am beyond excited about it.

If you are looking for beautiful nose, this doctor is a genius. I had a horrible result from another surgeon who was supposed to be the best but left me with uneven cartilage, nostrils that were drastically different and a collapsed bridge and deviated septum. I even let the other doctor do a second surgery but it left me looking worse. This time, I did my research carefully and read the stellar reviews of Dr. Barry (I can tell you now they are totally deserved). He is just as kind and professional as everyone says, and his skill is amazing. I don't know how he was able to take a twisted, mangled nose and make it beautiful. He impressed me with his compassion right away. He was a true gentleman and listened carefully, didn't say anything bad about my first doctor even though it was obvious I had a terrible result. I had gone to other consultations for my revision but didn't feel any connection with them like I did with Dr. Barry. He took his time and answered every one of my questions. The staff is extremely warm and professional as well and I the recovery was not painful at all. Every day when I look in the mirror I say a quiet thank you to Dr. Barry for fixing a really difficult nose. I love my result so much that I referred a friend to him for a rhinoplasty and she looks amazing as well. From the very first phone call (pre-consultation) to the actual consultation (meeting Dr. Weintraub for the first time) to the day of the surgery and all follow appointments afterwards , I only fall more in love with everything about this place! They are all loving, informative & gentle. For someone that is fearful of the word "surgery" this entire process was a breeze! Dr. Barry has the hands of an angel. I received exemplary treatment from Dr. Barry Weintraub and his staff. Not only is he talented, he is patient and kind. Absolutely worth every single dime you spend. Jill, the Practice Manager is supportive and Rachel, the nurse made me feel comfortable instantly. Prior to the surgery, the anesthesiologist (Doctor John) came in to make sure I was comfortable and asked if I have any questions. (At any other surgery, I never even knew what the anesthesiologist looked like!). Rachel, the nurse, made me feel comfortable, talked to my like we were friends or family and took my mind off of the major surgery that I was about to get. I am a person that is not the type to go for plastic surgery, after hating my nose for years, I still wasn’t brave enough until I met Barry Weintraub. Well, actually read his reviews on yelp. I take reviews very seriously (as I am writing this one). If I came across just ONE bad review about a doctor, I was immediately turned off and he/she would be crossed off my list. Dr. Barry Weintraub deserves every single star that he can get. On the day of the consultation, Dr. Weintraub explained everything crystal clear about how the day of the surgery was going to go, and that is exactly how it went. He assured me that it was going to be okay, and it was more than okay! He was patient and answered every question of mine without question. I’ve never felt rushed or uncomfortable. I’ve never felt PAIN either! When I closed my eyes Rachel was right by my side , and when I opened them there she was too. For somebody that cannot take pain (me) , I have never experienced pain in Dr. Weitraub’s office. He truly has the hands of an angel. The most gentle doctor, I’ve ever been to. Now 3 months post-op, I couldn’t be happier! Every single thing that was ever said to me throughout this process was true! THANK YOU DR. BARRY WEINTRAUB!!! I am 9 days post op rhinoplasty and got my cast off today which revealed my beautifully sculpted nose! I had the most amazing and smooth experience with Dr. Weintraub that I just have to brag about. The actual surgery was painless. Yes, painless. The first few days post-op were uncomfortable at times but very tolerable with only Tylenol. I did not need to even take the prescribed pain/sleep medications. Not to mention Dr. Weintraub is so kind and made me feel so comfortable and confident that I was not even nervous to go into surgery, instead I was just excited for the outcome. The results have beyond exceeded my expectations. I was hoping to just fix the drooping and wide tip on my nose. My nose now is SO NATURAL and has subtle changes but in the most perfect way. Dr. Weintraub is truly an artist. I also have to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the rest of the staff including Jill who was so welcoming from the first time I spoke with her on the phone to meeting with her for the consultations. It is so sad to read these recent fake reviews on Dr. Weintraub. Someone is clearly disguising themselves as phony names and writing different versions of the same bad review. I strongly encourage you to use your common sense and best judgment with these 1 star reviews. Or do yourself a favor, and just don't read them! Maybe this person has some mental issues with their appearance? I am just guessing, because none of them align with anyone else's experience nor mine what so ever. Also, notice that the dates are very close together. This seems to be one person whose out to do some damage, which is just the most awful intention considering how incredible of a surgeon and person Dr. Weintraub is. I am a patient of Dr. Weintraub, and I feel so lucky to have found him. Trust me, this is your guy. I have worked in the fashion industry for many, many years and as a designer I always favor natural beauty over anything else. I am incredibly particular and detail oriented in my work and my appearance, and Dr. Weintraub is the first doctor I've ever met that I can sincerely consider an equal as a designer and artist. I've always been very safe and careful medically, but I've never felt that I could fully trust someone artistically until I met him. He is a sculptor, and among the top plastic surgeons in the world. He is the kind of surgeon that refuses most requests he gets -- his work is so high level and natural he won't take a patient if he doesn't think the result will be 100%. He has done lip augmentation for me with the most natural results I've ever seen on myself. Likewise, I came to him minutes after a weird unnatural filler job (performed by someone else in the area) and he was able to massage the filler into place to correct where it had been placed. His result was smooth, effortless and exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention, he charged me nothing for it. This is not only an amazing doctor, but an amazing person. He deeply cares about his work, he cares about people, he cares about women's mental health in relation to beauty, and overall he has a comforting warmth about him. He is just unbelievably skilled in plastic surgery and facial symmetry. If you have any seconds thoughts about this doctor, or are questioning this one person's whacked out 1 star reviews, do yourself a favor and google Danny Lang and Dr. Berry Weintraub. Phenomenal story about a severely wounded construction worker on the job. Near death, Dr. Weintraub happened to be walking down the street and was able to locate and plug the exact artery in the man's arm with his bare hand and he saved his life. There are a bunch of interviews on this, and it's really what sold me on him. I walked away from my first appointment thinking, 'Finally, I found a real artist.' After watching this interview I thought, 'Finally, I found a real surgeon.'

This review has been a long time coming. If you are considering Dr. Weintraub for nasal surgery or any type of surgical procedure, please read this! I have suffered terribly as a result of a horribly botched rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Weintraub and I sincerely hope to save other patients from suffering a similar ordeal. He promised a natural and understated result but left my nose looking completely grotesque. He destroyed my nasal bridge and lifted my tip to an absurd 110 degree nasolabial angle. I also have a collapsed nasal valve and can’t breathe properly! After botching the centerpiece feature of my face, Dr. Weintraub showed a complete lack of remorse. His exact words were “I don’t get the big deal, it’s just a nose. If you don’t like it don’t look in the mirror.” To explain the horrendous result to family, friends and coworkers he asked me to tell everyone I had been involved in a serious accident!!! Unlike most respectable plastic surgeons, Dr. Weintraub does NOT perform digital morphing of the final outcome. I believe this is because of cases like mine... when his surgeries go horribly wrong he does not want to risk the liability of a warranty. Please find a surgeon who DOES perform digital morphing and is up to date with the latest rhinoplasty techniques. Another cosmetic surgeon on the upper east side also warned me that he has performed MULTIPLE surgeries on botched former patients of Dr. Weintraub so I know for a fact there are MANY other victims out there. It should be a CRIME what this man did to my face! My family are all equally upset and very angry about what happened to me. I now have to live with the permanent result of his butchery for the rest of my life. Bad cosmetic surgery is permanent! It destroys you mentally, physically and financially! I have lost my breathing, my sleep and my peace of mind. I’m a shell of the person I used to be. Beware! Dr. Weintraub is also very two faced. He was very persuasive, warm and charming at the first consultation when he wanted my money but turned nasty and abusive when my surgery went badly wrong. He even used gaslighting to deflect the blame from his poor surgical skills. He also rushed my operation to be on time for his next case that day. Five minutes after waking up from surgery, despite feeling weak and disoriented, while bleeding profusely I was bundled into a taxi and sent him! He treats his patients like cattle! He is not only a sloppy surgeon but also a despicable human being. He is highly unethical and dishonest, he deletes bad reviews to silence his victims. This man is also a conman and a crook who cannot be trusted. If you run a simple internet search for ‘Barry Martin Weintraub fraud’ you’ll see details of a very shocking case where he fabricated a bankruptcy to avoid paying compensation to his victims! Please learn from my mistake and don’t let this happen to you. Don’t allow this narcissistic mutilator anywhere near your face or body!

If you are a male looking for cosmetic surgery, you should highly consider Dr Weintraub. Rhinoplasty's (nose jobs) generally take a year to see the final outcome, and as such, I wanted to wait until then to post the review. It has been about a year since my surgery and I could not be happier with not only the outcome as far as my appearance, but also the service I received. As a male, I found it difficult to find a surgeon that was able to produce the overall shape and look I wanted; most surgeons seem to operate primarily on women and have a tendency to make the nose appear more feminine than I desired at the time. Dr Weintraub has plenty of experience operating on men and was able to produce the look I wanted. He was incredibly kind and charismatic and made what was a very new experience for me enjoyable. I travelled over 4 hours to be a patient of Dr Weintraub's and it was absolutely worth the extra time and effort. I am extremely happy with my experience as he proved to not only be a skilled surgeon but also kinda and compassionate individual and it was a pleasure to be his patient.

I first met with Dr. Weintraub in hopes that he could improve or correct multiple breast deformities due to capsular contracture, missing breast tissue due to surgical biopsies and poorly placed previous implants. I have had the surgery to replace my implants, remove scar tissue and fat transfer and am extremely pleased with the beautiful results. I finally have beautiful breasts! Dr. Weintraub and his staff are kind and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Weintraub !

Dr. Weintraub and his staff are absolutely wonderful and we had the best possible experience this week. 10 stars! Could not have been any better. My girlfriend wanted a rhinoplasty procedure and lip fillers and did a ton of research on every doctor in NYC and the surrounding areas. In the end, she determined that Dr. Weintraub is the very best and that she wanted to do her only consultation with him. I had encouraged her to meet with multiple doctors before making a selection, however we knew right away when we met Dr. Weintraub, saw his gorgeous office, toured the operating theatre and talked to his staff, that we were in exactly the right place. Dr. Weintraub is thoughtful, extremely experienced, a good listener and takes the time to understand exactly what you want. His bedside manner is outstanding and knows how to immediately put patients at ease. We also LOVED Jill, the various nurses and all of the front desk staff. Everyone is extremely kind and professional. A great group of people to work with! First class all the way! My girlfriend knew exactly what she wanted. However she was worried that the doctor would not understand. However she found it easy to communicate her vision to the team. Dr. Weintraub not only embraced her ideas, he added thoughtful feedback, answered all of our questions (and we had many) and made the process fun and collaborative. He also clearly understood how every face is totally different…..and that you have to customize every nose to every face to make the changes appear natural, beautiful and not at all fabricated. He knew exactly what my girlfriend needed to achieve the desired look without sacrificing any aspect of her natural beauty. This was all very helpful and make us feel very comfortable. We built a plan together and felt confident that Dr. Weintraub was the perfect partner for the project. We were in a hurry to get the procedure done quickly (my girlfriend has a lot of travel coming up) and they were about to not only accommodate our desired schedule, but got us in for the procedure even faster than we had hoped. Truly fantastic service! The procedure went very smoothly and we could tell right away that the results would be stunning. She had very little pain after the procedures and only required pain killers for two days…then we moved to Tylenol Extra Strength. She had absolutely no bruising around her eyes (which I had seen was the case with other patients at other clinics online). Her recovery was incredibly very fast. She was back on her feet in 2 days and feeling really good. And the team at Dr. Weintraub’s office checked in regularly. We were very appreciative of all of the extra attention. Also note that all the procedures are done on site in a beautiful and ultra-modern operating theatre. This made us feel good as having a procedure in a hospital greatly increases risk of infection. Cannot say enough about Dr. Weintraub and his team. He is the best in New York which makes him the best in the world! Our teenage daughter had rhinoplasty surgery over the summer (August 2019) and we could not be more pleased with the results. Like most people, we took a lot of care in researching surgeons. Dr. Weintraub was highly recommended, with a plethora of five-star reviews, but for us, the decision came down to wanting a result that looked natural. Also, she is a singer so we wanted to ensure no damage to her voice or vocal chords. Our meeting with Dr. Weintraub initially convinced us that he "got" what we were after and we committed to the surgery early last year, targeting late summer. We are now four weeks post-op and oh my goodness, she looks gorgeous. The result is natural... but the impact enormous. Beyond the result, we were extremely pleased with the entire process. From the initial meetings, to the actual process for the surgery-----there is a reason Dr. Weintraub has earned his wonderful reputation. The service was completely personalized. It was so clear with every meeting and before and after surgery that we were in the hands of someone highly skilled. The office support is incredible as well, with a team of dedicated and kind people. I honestly could go on and on about how likable, kind, responsive and incredibly professional we found our interactions with every single person there. The surgery itself was fairly quick. The anesthesiologist used a camera to avoid her vocal cords and stayed with her the entire time. She woke up without issues, came home with a few nose plugs in her nose but no bruising. She had very little pain, and needed no pain killers. Within three days, the nose plugs were out. Within a week, our daughter was back to normal, with minimal swelling, and singing like always. Looking at her lovely nose makes us happy every day. I am SO GLAD we did this. I want to add something now that I hope is taken in the right context. I know that there is a specific person that has taken it upon themselves to write multiple negative reviews. I know this because I have been scouting this site for two years and until earlier this summer, it was all five star reviews. I will admit I paused a bit when I saw the first negative review a few weeks before our scheduled surgery--but as they kept getting posted and then removed, it became obvious that it was a one-person campaign. For one thing, the language is tell-tale. For another, the claims are fantastical--in one, the person talked about a melted nose. Come on now! Nothing about what that person has written jibes with our experiences. My advice to anyone considering Dr. Weintraub is to make an appointment and go see him for yourself. He is kind, he is responsive, he is a professional and he is TRULY an artist and skilled at what he does. His experience is unparalleled. He has done thousands of these procedures and that is the kind of person you want doing surgery on you! .....and if you don't believe me, do this: Go for a consult. During my consultation with Dr. Barry Weintraub, I gained an immediate trust with him to be my plastic surgeon. Dr. Weintraub not only gifted me with a nose that I had envisioned for myself, but a nose that looked natural on my face. My nose had a dorsal hump, as well as a plunging tip that appeared to droop to the floor. He skillfully crafted my nose, transforming my dorsal-humped slope into a gorgeous “swoosh-like” slope, and recreated my plunging tip with the perfect nasolabial angle of 95°. I was very well informed with how to prepare for surgery, what to expect on day of surgery, and care for after surgery. I healed very quickly, only experiencing the expected slight discomfort. EVALUATION OF DR. BARRY WEINTRAUB PERSONAL MEMOIR OF EXPEIRENCE WITH NEW YORK’S GREATEST PLASTIC SURGEON It seems to me, that in discussing Dr. Weintraub, we are necessarily discussing surgical genius or at least the work of one such virtuoso. He is equipped with a kind of dual aesthetic judgment and technical ability, which is to say, that the good doctor is able to keenly observe and correct minute detail while accounting for the overall aesthetic presentation and never sacrificing one for the other. He’s not only a keenly skilled technician but also a more generally talented artist. While most surgeons fall victim to perceiving in a very mechanistic way, causing a loss of resolution in the overall work, Dr. Weintraub seems to work in greater detail but with a conscious fluidity that allows him to execute what he, in agreement with his patients, find aesthetically pleasing. As an artist myself with a recognized career in music, I imagined that I would be among the more difficult of the surgeon’s clients. Having studied visual art and being a recognizable image of peoples expectations i.e., (when fans see me), I knew immediately that the work to be done would be under great scrutiny and would require great subtlety. Despite all of my reservations, I knew if any surgeons would find themselves able, it would take someone as masterful as Dr. Weintraub to pull it off. Today, no one has remotely noticed that I have undergone surgical rhinoplasty. Instead, people continue to stop and stare as they had before and those closest to me admire the symmetry, lines, and angles of my face. We all fall subject to our own vanity, it’s undeniable not to acknowledge that appearances give us an edge in today’s highly competitive world; Dr. Weintraub’s work is a brilliant paradox in that it documents a phenomenal improvement but in wildly subtle manner. It has to do with Time. You want to cheat time. You want the surgeon to erase the ravages of time from your face and body; create an illusion of a more youthful you. If you are reading this you will be doing your due diligence- to decide who you might trust to undertake such a dramatic thing. It is surgery; do not take this decision lightly. I am an artist and a medical professional. When I decided to have my surgeries I understood that the surgeon must be an artist, not merely a great technician. I chose Barry Weintraub in part because he has a classic aesthetic sense of beauty. It is now one full decade since my surgeries, which were extensive. A face and neck lift, and a breast lift which required the removal of encapsulated implants (done by another surgeon years prior). And although no one stops time, my results far exceeded my expectations. The remarkable thing is that ten years later the results are still extra- ordinary. My chin line is sharp, no jowls appeared even with some weight fluctuations, and the breasts remain soft and lifted. Barry Weintraub is, based on my long association with physicians and my personal experience, the best there is. So it is not just about time. It is about how you feel and look over time, course. But do you look like your best self, are you relaxed when you look in the mirror? You want to live in your face and body, you are not a mannequin. Better yet, are people not at all sure you have had something done? I cannot recommend Dr. Weintraub, or his staff, or the atmosphere of his office, more highly.

As I’m writing this review at 5 months post op, I can honestly say that my nose gets more naturally beautiful by the day. Dr. Weintraub is truly an expert and exceeded my expectation of a natural result. I could not be more pleased when I look in the mirror everyday. Not only was my surgery (fairly painless and seamless), but the recovery time was just 10 days and I was already putting (light) makeup on and heading out to show off my beautiful new nose. I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Weintraub and his incredible staff who have been the sweetest, most accommodating women I’ve met. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
