Dr Andrew Jacono " Forehead Flap" I met Dr Jacono in April of 2016. I had an opened wound on my nose that two biopsies came back negative. Dr Jacono biopsied my nose again and I had Basal Cell Carcinoma. I had previously been to four different Plastic Surgeons and all four said they couldn't help me and wished me luck. My luck changed when I met Dr Jacono and his wonderful staff. He explained the Forehead Flap surgery and I was horrified( I'm in the beauty business). Dr J assured me that my nose would be perfect. I went to a MOHS Surgeon and she remove I would say about 80% of my nose, my right nostril was no longer there. The next morning at 6am Dr Jacono performed his magic, the first part of the surgery was complete. I had no swelling or pain. Three weeks later was the second surgery after that I saw him on a regular bases. My nose looks fantastic. I will never be able to Thank Dr Jacono and his remarkable staff from the ladies at front desk, the compassionate nurses and his amazing surgical team. You gave me my confidence and life back and for that I am forever grateful.

I can't stop gloating about my lip lift result. A terrible accident had destroyed my entire left face, I had over 20 hours of surgeries and worked with numerous top plastic surgeons in NY. that makes me a total expert at being a patient and picking surgeons. two of the surgeons didn't think that I had enough space between my lip and nose and that I would look strange after lip lift. Dr. Jacono saw how much I would benefit from a subtle procedure. according to his experience, I have 16mm between my nose and lip. Later measurement confirmed his estimate. There is enough space to look normal after a subtle lip lift. His confidence made me feel very comfortable. After a quick and easy procedure, I was pleasantly surprised with the result right away. Not only was my upper lip more pouty and fuller, but also my entire face appeared more balanced. I have very big cheekbones and strong jawline, my lips took some attention from masculine features and added soft, feminine, sensual look to my face. The subtle lift also allows my pearly white teeth to show without smiling. I was incredulous how a 2mm difference can bring about such noticeable esthetic result. It feels like magic. I was so glad that Dr. Jacono saw what other dr couldn't see. He made procedure so quick and easy, I didn't need painkiller post surgery. I suggest that everyone goes to see him. I value his opinion. Because of my previous disappointment and poor results with SMAS facelifts, I was eager to learn about Dr. Jacono's expertise in deep plane facelifts. At my consultation appointment, Dr. Jacono patiently discussed my concerns and provided me with thorough information to help me make the best decision. Dr. Jacono performed a rhinoplasty on me 6 months ago. He came highly recommended from a friend, so I knew he had the technical skills to do a great job. But , was during our consultation that I realized he has a very good artistic sense of what looks good. Or at least, I can say that I like his artistic sense. I wanted a conservative surgery. I basically just wanted to get rid of the bump on my nose that had grown during high school. But even doing something as “simple” as this, there are still some choices to make. so, I am very glad I went to someone who is a very talented surgeon and also has a great eye. He made some suggestions for some other very subtle changes that I am glad I did. I think he did a great job on my nose and am really glad he did not try to talk me into doing something more dramatic. I still wanted to look like the same person. He really listened to me on that. He also has a great personality and is very relatable and down-to-earth. while it is not a fun surgery to recover from, I was prepared for what to expect and I did heal pretty quickly. In two weeks, I was back at school and going out. Still had some swelling but not bad at all. Most importantly, 6 months out, I am extremely thrilled with the result!

I have wanted rhinoplasty surgery since before I can imagine. However, I could not afford the time needed for surgery and recovery, so I started investigating non-surgical rhinoplasty. Even though results are not permanent, they are long enough that I wanted someone with a good reputation and with a good resume to perform it. I started googling doctors but was not sure who to go with. Then whilst on a Delta flight and reading the Sky magazine, I saw Dr. Jacono was advertised as on of America's Top doctors. So I started specifically to research Dr. Jacono and contacted his office for an appointment. His office was responsive and patient in helping me find an appointment time that would suit my busy schedule. When I arrived at Dr. Jacono's office, I was greeted with a smile and immediately made to feel welcome and comfortable. I found Dr. Jacono not only to be warm but also very honest about the possibilities and limitations of non-surgical rhinoplasty. He took the time to show me different outcomes and explained what he could do to help change the shape of my nose. Within 15 mins, after a life time of being self-conscious, Dr. Jacono had straightened and lifted the tip of my nose. He very attentively made sure I was okay, even though the procedure was not invasive and told me to contact him if I had any post procedure questions. It may have only been a 15 min procedure, but it was a life changing one. I will definitely be back when these injections wear off. i had two simultaneous surgeries with this " doctor " : lower eyelids blepharoplasty and hair transplantation. The result is awful : two additional corrective eyelid surgeries with no real correction and not a single grown transplanted hair . i would call this doctor " narcissistic mutilator "

This doctor spells the word malpractice . I was victim of DV I was referred to this doctor by the Face to Face program . He was a good talker and assured me he could do his job I had lesions in my scalp from being hit there Dr Jacono was excellent removing the lesions and the scar on my chin but . My T zone facial area has some scars going straight down the Dr informed me the scars would always remained and be there ( I understood ) . The scar is more visible which doctor performed on now than it was before it looked like he opened it up and stitched it backed . Not a good job he had performed on my chin ( excellent ) the other scar he lied and neglected me for any more facial procedures I felt abused and neglected just ( same old feeling ) I had with my abuser . I didn't receive any of the other facial procedures such as fraxel , chemical peel ,scar removal for T zone area . Dr office just had me coming back and forth for nothing . He lied to me ( Dr Jacono ) he said if I like d how the scars heal he would performed more procedures well guess what . He did a good job on 1 but on the other hand seem like he performed carelessly on my t zone area . I knew from the start I felt it inside they wouldn't performed my face with reconstructing 100% but this is the only face I have . Even though I wasn't paying a dime it still doesn't give anyone the right lie , mislead and do a half *** job on my face . I take my face seriously and he played on that when he took me as his patient . The face to face program doesn't return my phone calls back so the all these people are interested in is getting the donations / fundings and leave the victims feeling nameless and faceless . Someone needs to investigate the victims to just see if they receive what this agency promise and about which they are NOT .

For the last 10 years I've been wanting to get rid off the fat on my neck and improve my face's profile, so I did my research and decided to go with Dr. Jacono. And 2 weeks ago I had it done at his Long Island facility. My experience from my first consultation, till my 2nd revision yesterday has been outstanding, Dr. Jacono and his staff are very warm, and knowledgeable. My experience and outcome are nowhere NEAR what he publicly boasts and posts incessantly. My surgery left me with nothing but scars, no visible difference, enormous lost time from work, embarrassment and wasted time sitting in his office for HOURS on end waiting for scheduled appointments. He knew he screwed up my procedure and reperformed it and had numerous follow up treatments to try to correct his errors. Interestingly in all the waiting room time I came across several others who had similar or equally as disappointing outcomes. I asked him to do the right thing and refund my money and he is so greedy he didn't have the decency to compensate, may leave no other than legal remedy. Don't let all of his bragging everywhere fool you!! Save yourself from a disaster!

I spent many months researching doctors before choosing Dr. Jacono for my deep plane face lift. When I think about it, I actually have been researching doctors and plastic surgery techniques for several years, since my 20s probably, because I had a feeling one day I would be ready to have something done. Then this past year, as I got more serious, my search intensified. I selected Dr. Jacono for many reasons, but the most important reasons were: 1) he specializes in facial plastic surgery, and 2) he provided many examples of his work to look at, which demonstrated to me his ability to achieve consistent, successful results. It did not hurt that he is well-respected in his field and that he has moved the science of plastic surgery forward with his own research and technique pioneering. Most people would probably consider me too young to opt for plastic surgery (I am 47), especially a full facelift, but I came to my decision for a couple reasons. First, while overall I like the way I look, I had a couple of issues that have bothered me since I was in my 20s. Second, I wanted to look my best going into my 50s and hopefully beyond. A facelift would address both of those. I have several family members who have had plastic surgery through the years, but I wasn't really satisfied with their results, so I didn't feel comfortable getting a doctor recommendation from them. It was up to me to find the right doctor for me. It was important for me to look at where plastic surgery as a field was at, both in terms of its effectiveness to solve certain cosmetic issues as well its ability to create long-lasting results, preferably for several years. Since I have been following plastic surgery techniques from time to time through the years, I felt like the field was advanced enough for me to feel comfortable moving forward planning my own procedure. In my opinion, there has never been a better time to get positive, natural-looking results with plastic surgery. And to put it bluntly, if I was going to invest the resources and time into this, I wanted the best doctor I could find. Dr. Jacono was a solid choice. He had the expertise and specialization I was looking for. He had wonderful, consistent results that were long-lasting and, even more exciting, so natural. And his philosophy to get the procedure done while I was still young enough to enjoy the results really resonated with me. I felt good about choosing Dr. Jacono going into the procedure, and I feel just as good about my choice six weeks post-op. I am so happy with my results. If a woman has the good fortune to be able to do this for herself, I would recommend Dr. Jacono. Every time.

I had a neck and lower face lift about 10 years ago and needed a refresh. I met with 4 plastic surgeons and chose Dr. Jacono due to reputation and personality. He and the staff are extremely attentive and caring. My results are spectacular after only 2 mos although I am told there is still some minor swelling of scars that will continue to improve; although I do not notice that. I do not look like I had “work” done; just look younger and refreshed. Now I love looking at my neck and jaw line. Jacono Review: I have always been self-conscious about my nose. So self-conscious, in fact, that I never talked about it. My nose wasn't like a couple extra pounds that my best girlfriend could help me disguise in a new pair of jeans. I didn't consider rhinoplasty in my teens, twenties, or thirties because my insecurities ran far more profound than the tip of my nose. I was petrified that I wasn't pretty or glamorous enough to walk into a fancy plastic surgeon's office and ask him to perfect my facial features. I pictured an opulent office, a doctor in a silk suit and shiny shoes, and 2-dimensional women from the pages of magazines filling a waiting room. It wasn't until my 40s when my allergies flared, and an ENT encouraged me to explore nasal surgery to relieve some of the symptoms that I considered rhinoplasty. Enter, Dr. Jacono and his office of New York Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Jacono and his office are not pretentious or fake. The women at the front desk are genuinely engaging and welcome you like a guest into their living room. The entire staff is tremendously warm and caring. Jamie, the patient care coordinator, answered my every financial, scheduling, or medical question with extreme patience. I'm sure I asked her a million questions and then asked them all again. During my time with Dr. Alemi, he humored my insecurities and laughed (only the perfect amount) when I asked him if I was too old for rhinoplasty. The grand finale of the office experience is Dr. Jacono. He listens and thoughtfully shares his experienced opinion, and empathizes with the enormity of a patient entrusting him with their face. I do not seek out medical procedures. I don't like hospitals, needles, or pain. Even today, I still feel worthy of praise for voluntarily getting pregnant and subjecting myself to childbirth. After meeting Dr. Jacono and his staff, I can't imagine trusting anyone as confidently. On the day of my surgery, I awkwardly waited with purple lines all over my nose in my gown and booties for my doctors (too attractive to make anyone comfortable in such a situation). They appeared, and although I knew they were busy and ready to get on with another surgery, they were funny and patient. Dr. Jacono walked me through the entire procedure, and then before he left, he said, "now, what do you need to tell me?" He and I both knew there was nothing I could tell him that he wasn't already on top of, but he had time to listen to whatever rational or irrational concern I needed to share. After that, I went into surgery without a moment of hesitancy. Three weeks since surgery and my nose looks more natural than I could have imagined. Now, when I look in the mirror, I see ME first—my eyes, my smile, my happiness—and then all the little things I want to critique. I can't recommend an office, staff, or a doctor more emphatically (and if you go, take me with you so I can say, "hello" again).

I am so happy I decided to go to Dr Jacono for my open rhinoplasty. For the past few years, I noticed an accelerated ageing of my lower face and neck. Although I collected a dozen 1-800 numbers from various infomercials, intellectually I knew no lotion or cream would get rid of sagging skin. I saw an ad for Dr,Jacono's in-office seminar and made an appointment to attend. I came away impressed by his knowledge, confidence and demeanor, not to mention the portfolio of remarkable transformations achieved by his various procedures. During my private consultation, Dr, Jacono listened to my questions and concerns, reviewed my photographs, and then recommended a minimal access deep plane extended facelift w/CO2 fractional laser resurfacing. I always knew there were things about my nose I would like to be corrected but I was still extremely nervous about having rhinoplasty. As soon as I met Dr. Jacono in his office for the consultation I felt a sense of relief. From our conversation I could tell that he understood my aesthetic concerns, knew how to fix them, and understood that I wanted my nose to fit ME and look as natural as possible. On the day of surgery I was so nervous but Dr. Jacono, his fellow, his nurses, and anesthesiologist put me at ease. I went home the same day and started the recovery process. After a week I returned to his office to have the cast removed. All I can say is WOW. Even with week one swelling I could tell that this nose was perfect for me. Now at week four, the swelling decreases day by day and I am am even more impressed. I can’t wait to see the final product. Dr. Jacono corrected all of the nose issues that had been plaguing me since puberty and gave me a feminine beautiful nose and, more importantly, gave me a nose that was meant for my face. I have no regrets about the surgeon I chose or the decision to have rhinoplasty.

But he's not personable and I found him to be careless. No bedside manner . Just like.. what do you want and this is it .not leaving many options and he's grossly overpriced. Let me explain why a lip lift procedure can make such a subtle yet positive improvement. Back in the 80's, my best friend and I got silicone lip injections for more fullness which also promised to be permanent. (I know, it seemed like a great idea at the time). But as the years passed, our upper lips began drooping ever so slightly from both the silicone and natural aging, which can also increase the length between the nose and upper lip! Fortunately, my best friend, who refuses to be steamrolled by the march of time, became an expert in finding plastic surgery procedures that didn’t looked "done" and discovered the lip lift. I was self-conscious about my nose for as long as I can remember. Obsessing in the mirror, deleting picture after picture in an effort to draw attention away from it. I never thought I’d ever actually go through with surgery because of the cost and general fear. It is my face after all. What if I came out worse than when I went in? I agonized about it for months. Luckily my research lead me into the capable hands of Dr. Jacono. He made me feel immediately at ease. What was this huge, unimaginable step for me was something he’d done over 3,000 times. He knew immediately what he could do to improve my look, but took the time to talk to me about MY concerns and desired outcome. The result is something I could never even imagine. In a word-perfection. He gave me EXACTLY what I asked for. I told very few people that I was getting the surgery, and after healing for a few weeks I saw my parents and closest relatives for the first time. NOBODY EVEN NOTICED! In 2011 I had my first rhinoplasty with another NYC Park Avenue plastic surgeon. The surgery was supposed to correct my deviated septum and refine my bulbous tip. While the procedure left my nose noticeably slimmer, it did not straighten my septum and instead introduced another set of problems – a droopy tip that made my nose appear too long, a pinched tip, yet still somehow meaty and unrefined, a bump on the bridge of the nose where it curved to the left, a pollybeak deformity and a hanging columella. My breathing problem got worse. It was clear to me, when I set out to search for another rhinoplasty surgeon, that this person had to be the best of best. In my google searches, I would type "the best nose surgeon in the world". From my search I excluded surgeons who are not certified in all three: plastic surgery, facial plastic surgery, and otolaryngology. I consulted magazines, online forums, my dermatologist. One name kept reappearing – dr Andrew Jacono. So I made a consultation appointment with him and two other surgeons. While dr Jacono's revision rhinoplasty was more costly than that of the other two doctors, he won me over with two things – his complete guarantee that he can correct and fix all of my nose problems (with the other two there were no guarantees, straightening a curved nose is one of the most difficult procedures) and something that the other two doctors missed – in addition to the problems I listed above, my nose was still too large for my face. That was most obvious from the profile. Dr Jacono immediately and frankly commented on that, while the other doctors said "let's fix what is broken and not create additional issues" (meaning they did not want to make it prettier). I knew I was expecting a miracle, yet somehow I wasn't worried. Deeply inside I felt I could trust dr Jacono to fix all these issues. Six and a half weeks later, as I'm writing this, my nose looks AMAZING. Even though it will take a total of a year or longer to see the final result, already I love my new nose. Every day, as the swelling is going down my nose looks better and better. Dr Jacono did what he had promised – he straightened my curved nose, fixed the pollybeak, unpinched the tip, rotated it and refined it. The columella is no longer hanging, my nose is no longer dropping and it is not too long, nor too big. It is more feminine, smaller, refined and natural-looking. For years I refused to be photographed and when I was, I would photoshop my nose. No more. I keep taking selfies every day. I finally have the nose I was meant to be born with. Dr Jacono is top of the top. He is also kind and friendly, as are his staff, the nurses and the receptionists. Thank you dr Jacono for exceeding my expectations.

I had the worst experience here. My initial appointment was pushed back about 4 hours and on the day of my appointment, I showed up about 30 minutes early and was told to come back an hour and a half later. After waiting to see Dr. Jacono, I ended up waiting in a consultation room for another 20 minutes just for a 5 minute consultation. This man has no care or concern for his patients, he's only after money. In my consultation he just told me everything I already knew about my situation and then escorted me to his assistant which I thought would be for more information, but no, all she did was print out a price estimate which was much higher than I was originally told. This was a total waste of my time.

I first went to Dr. Jacono a few years ago because I wanted to inquire about getting the buccal fat pads removed from my face. I am a tall skinny girl, however, I have round cheeks that make me look heavier than I really am, especially in photos. He informed me that if I only removed the buccal fat pads then my face would look sunken in and I would actually look older than I really am. He said that in order to achieve the results I truly wanted, I would have to do a face lift as well. At the age of 27 I was taken back by the stigma of "face lift," however, after sitting with him in the consultation and hearing more about why I needed a face lift as well, it opened my mind up to it but I wasn't fully ready to go through with the procedure and touching my face in an irreversible way. It wasn't until I had to get my license renewed this past year at the age of 29 and comparing the photo from my old one to the new one when I decided that I definitely am sick of having such full cheeks. I also came across a photo of me with my mother, grandmother and great grandmother where my genes couldn't scream at me any louder that I am destined to have a full, chubby-esque face. I went back to Dr. Jacono and within a week or so after meeting with him I scheduled my procedure of a MADE face lift with buccal fat removal. One of the BEST things about Dr. Jacono's work is how little you scar with his innovative way of cutting you open. Instead of going in front of the ear, like most face lifts, he goes in the ear and around. This makes the scaring nearly impossible to detect. Even my hair dresser who works at John Barret in Bergdorf Goodman on 5th Ave., and definitely sees a ton of face lift scars, said he couldn't see any scarring and how impressed he was with my results. My procedure was in the middle of February and I saw my hair dresser in the beginning of May. And I'm still not done healing. Little by little the swelling keeps going down (takes about 6 months total so I'm about half way there), which works in my favor of people thinking I'm losing weight and it's not an immediate, drastic change, but still achieving the results I want. On my last visit with Dr. Jacono he had someone on his staff take photos. The member of his team that came in said he thought I had rhinoplasty done and couldn't remember my procedure. I told him I had the MADE face lift with buccal fat removal and he was like, "wow, you look great!" Once he finished taking photos I asked him to show me the before and after and I was blown away by the results. Even before seeing these photos, I already could see a huge difference in my face and in photos. And to top it all off, this procedure is preventative to aging, so I will look 30 for the next 10 years! Touching your face isn't easy and very nerve wrecking. People get horrible work done and there's no coming back from it. If you want to do anything to your face, I strongly recommend going to Dr. Jacono to achieve the best results possible. Not only does he do magnificent work, but he and his staff are extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. Plastic surgery is an art that's done by a scientist. You want to go to someone who has taste and that's exactly what you will get with Dr. Jacono. I cannot recommend him enough!

I had reconstructive Rhinoplasty and the Co2 matrix fraxel laser with Doctor Jacono . I am extremely happy with my results. I had a nose job about 15 years earlier that was not done correctly....Bumps and gaps were forming on my nose....not only did dr. jacono fix all that but he also gave me a beautiful nose that does not compare to the first job and looks like he took years off my face just by fixing my nose. My two daughters were so happy when they saw it healing they said "Mommy u look even younger now!" I know you have to wait a few weeks to see real results with the fraxel laser but i can already see so many scars on my face gone. My husband keeps complementing how great my skin looks every day. I highly recommend Dr. Jacono and his whole staff is amazing. I've read some negative reviews about him being rushed etc. I didn't experience any of that. He took his time with me and I was so sure after my consultation with him that I did not even bother going to any other consultations. And i have never done that with any other doctor. I will definitely be back when i need his expertise in the future :-)

I have thinning upper lip and the right side of my lip droops from lack of muscle there. Dr. Jacono recommended a "bull nose" lip lift. It has not even been 3 weeks yet and it looks fantastic. It makes me look younger and it also looks even. I would use Dr. Jacono again and I recommend him highly. The staff are very friendly and the office is beautiful. Best of all you don't have to go to the hospital for surgery. He has his own operating rooms.
