I found Dr. Thorne while researching online for the right physician to perform an otoplasty procedure to pin and reduce the size of my ears. I also needed eyelid surgery to reduce the sagging on my eyelids and I found that the information on social media very helpful in deciding to schedule a consultation with him, after meeting with Dr. Thorne I found the consultation to be informative and he took the time to answered all my questions. I often wonder what are the determining factors for one to be considered one of the most highly touted surgeons in our nation. Those in the "know" (whomever they may be), might contend that there is a 10-variable, data-driven algorithm available to determine the "creme de la creme" of surgical practitioners. The foregoing, is largely based on medical credentials (schooling , residency and referrals from one's peers). Well, Dr. Thorne has garnered all the accolades based on what I have delineated. However, what I humbly feel distinguishes him and his entire staff (Leeann, Denise, Aida and Lisa) , is their collective. genuine level of "caring" and their "approachability" truly should serve as an exemplar for the industry. Indeed, for those who may be faint of heart/squeamish, apprehensive or perhaps, intimidated about entering his office, I hope what I have noted, will allay your respective fears.

I went for consult. Dr was late because I was told he was in surgery which I understood but then walked in with shopping bags. The he proceeded to tell me how bad I look and nothing can be done from another drs work. Since the I found a dr that did offer hope and fixed a bad job from another dr. No thanks from Dr Thorne. He needs to retire and stop collecting innocent patients consult fees to do his shopping!

After a recent nose break, I turned to Dr. Thorne for help and guidance. He had helped my spouse numerous times over the years, even correcting a botched surgical procedure performed by another surgeon, so the choice was easy. Not only I am a grateful patient, I am a nurse at a major institution. If there is a finer physician on this planet, I am not aware. If there is a more skillful, trustworthy, attentive, compassionate physician, I am not aware. Withtout a doubt, no one has done for me. From the moment I walked into the office I was treated like a VIP. Dr. Thorne did not change who I am. He simply made me look as good as I feel. And I feel like a million. They say that a picture is worth a thousand words. That's good, because there are not enough words to praise him. Clearly, her is the classiest person I know, with the the skills to match it. It's been two months since I had otoplasty and ear reduction surgery performed by Dr. Thorne and I couldn't be happier. My ears are no longer the first thing you notice when I pull my hair back and they are now very symmetrical.
