I loved the fresh strawberry/mint infused water. My guess is Dr. Ava spends a lot of time with her patients so that can cause a delay. I loved the window dressing as well. I know that is a weird thing to write in a review, but I think it says a lot about her having artistic flair. I think that is important when someone is working on the details of my face. It's the small details that make the largest differences. The front desk woman is very sweet and enthusiastic. It was a pleasure dealing with her. It is not often you can find a good doctor who also has a good bedside manner. I was very impressed with hers. Thanks you and I will be back for my next round of wrinkle releasing :)

AMAZING! 10/10 would recommend. First and foremost, her staff is so helpful and sweet. Alex at the front desk was not only nice but also extremely informative from the minute that I first called. She really had me looking forward to the procedure I was getting done. When I came into her office (which is beautiful) Dr. Avaliani definitely delivered and exceeded my expectations. I just recently started to receive treatment from Dr. Avaliani and I must say that everything positive that I’ve read about Dr. Avaliani is so true. She is personable, an excellent listener, extremely honest and very passionate about her work and the services she provides to her clients. The very first day of my visit she made me feel understood which is something I’ve never felt from any other Dermotologist and I’ve frequented many throughout the years. She also makes you feel like family. That’s a quality you never, ever experience with other doctors. It’s that type of feeling that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I have waited to review Dr Avaliani because I wanted to allow for time to react to the services rendered and to see what the reactions would be from my family members who live further away and don't see me daily. This was my test in a way! I initially sought out Dr Avalanche to inquire about Ultherapy. During the consultation, she gave me a mirror and asked what bothered me the most when I looked at my face. Surprised by her candid discussion of what service I wanted per what she felt would be the best way to achieve my desired look, I agreed to fillers and botox, and not to Ultherapy at this time. Now my previous experiences with botox were not great, so I was hesitant but I trusted Dr Avaliani. The fillers on the other hand were a new experience. Very painfully so for me. Unprepared for the amount of swelling and discomfort, I would have planned a few days off from work to recover had I known in advance. The injections under my eyes are not something I'm inclined to do again. A little more insight would have been reassuring. The following weeks after I have what looked like two bags under my right eye. I called the office to schedule an appointment to get more clarity. I was told it was from allergies and to take antihistamines and do warm compresses by the assistant. I have had a history of sinus headaches (which I listed on my health history) so this was not what I would say was from allegies. Still I did what was suggested with no visable change. It felt a bit dismissive as I don't tend to over react. More care could have been done there. I work in the service industry so I know how important it is for the client to feel reassured with something new to them. I went back for a follow up a month later, still with the two bags under my right eye. Thankfully Dr Avaliani did something to soften it. She did also thank me for my patience as I complained about the allergies diagnosis assumption. I believe Dr Avaliani is a skilled cosmetic technician and knows how to address individual faces, however, the human body is tricky and she wiil always encounter someone who doesn't respond as well to treatments like most. This I believe will come with better history evaluations, which includes understanding concerns and knowing how to listen to a client. Everyone in the office is nice and accommodating and makes for a pleasant atmosphere to be in, yet I felt a sort of aggressiveness when it comes to the scheduling of future services. Then again, this is New York! Given all that, I have recently let my natural grey/white hair grow out during this time and surprisingly everyone that knows me comments on how much younger I look with gray hair! No one has commented on the cosmetic uplifting, which they haven't recognized or are too polite to say. The true test was my own mother(who is quite critical) commenting only on my hair, saying it makes me look 10 years younger! Dr Avaliani is a genius in the making! I am hoping to continue with her guidance in making subtle changes and still allowing some aging to happen gracefully. That is the secret!

Amazing Doctor who actually cares about her patients and is not just there to make a fast buck. Dr Avialani is upfront about costs beforehand and gives you time to decide whether or not you would like to proceed. That way there are no hidden surprises upon paying the bill. After the procedure, I had no bruising, no swelling, AND I could not even tell where the needle went in...that’s right: aside from the new attractive volume in my cheekbone area, there was no trace of the injection site itself later the same day. Buyer beware! This office will answer all your questions you may have but then turn around and sell you as if you’re at a used car dealership. The up sell game at this clinic is like no other. I wanted filler in my Laugh lines..they advertise $499 a vile....I called for some questions...and for the next couple of days I kept getting calls to folllw up & if I wanted an appt....fine..I go in...it turns out to be more like $800 a vile...fine...I agree to it. Dr Anna...injects me one vile in each cheek 1/2 & 1/2... one vile for my laugh lines 1/2 & 1/2. I went in for laugh lines and ended up doing a light Cheek injection because she suggested it& that I needed it in order to give me the light lift I needed. Ok I agreed. Even though I wanted laugh lines, I took the extra suggestion... she was so cocky & rude about it, but I had taken the time off to go all the way to her office...so I looked past all her Ego. Dr Anna injected me and praised herself as to how amazing she is etc...”I’m amazing, I’m So good” she said... I couldn’t wait to see the difference! Unfortunately for me Dr. Anna wasn’t that amazing or great..she ended up fixing my left side laugh line, and my right side she injected directly above the laugh line ...so now I have one side laugh laugh line and one side smooth. It looks crazy. After 3 week consultation she clearly could see what I was talking about & I sent her pics throughout the past weeks...because you see results from fillers pretty quickly..,,she refused to agree she messed up on one side of my injections. She didn’t even offer a way to fix it, or that she even cared for her work. she basically told me I had to fork out another $800 to fix her mistake, because I just needed more filler according to her. But why did one side smooth out and the other side the filler is above the laugh line not in it? This is not where you wanna go if you want to see great results! she is all about making the $$$ But has no actual care or feelings for the actual patient, Or even how they end up looking after. I should’ve known when I initially met with her and saw all the injections in her own lips & face...her lips look like they have permanent cold sores from all the injections she does. She promotes Tons of machines & faux like procedure like cool sculpting that really are not even Worth the investment... it’s a huge sales driven office. Unfortunately for me this was a big investment for me and didn’t even get the results I wanted, nor did the doctor care about her work. I would give zero stars if i could. She Also had the audacity to judge the Botox I had gotten somewhere else instead of looking & critiquing her own work. What an awful experience...not sure how she’s bamboozling these women who go to her office but be careful...they’ll get ya.

There was a wait but it was totally worth it (and they have a giant tv in each room with Netflix to watch while you wait). And most importantly she is knowledgeable, professional and very thorough on the type of procedure or treatment you came to her for. Dr. Anna Avaliani is the person I trust the most with my face and body. It is very refreshing to have a doctor who can tell you honestly if a procedure exists for that sort of thing or if its even worth the money. She is one of the few professionals that will not take your money if she finds that your treatment is not necessary. She is tough on her patients and will not tell them what they want to hear but more so what they need to hear. She also has the most impressive critical thinking skills... you can tell her your issues and in seconds she can whip up a treatment that is the most affective but wont leave your pockets empty. She is pricey but her knowledge and experience is what you're getting.. that is priceless to be honest since I've visited A LOT of different cosmetic doctors and regretted paying less for results that are either non existing or results that did the opposite and ruined my face. Anna Avaliani is phenomenal! I had always wanted a more dimensional nose with elevated bridge, which unfortunately for most Asians, it’s a rare case. I did the non surgical nose filler at Avaliani’s clinic. The result was immediate and she literally gave me a perfectly shaped nose. It was not overly done and looks very natural. On top of technical skills and experience, Avaliani is so amiable and has a funny and witty personality. So hard not to love her. She makes you feel immediately at comfort and is patient to answer questions. Additionally, she gives genuine advice and would only recommend treatments that make sense. Avaliani will for sure be my go to person for all future cosmetic treatments!

I found Dr Avaliani by searching for a relatively new treatment that is not being offered by many offices yet. My personal experience with Dr. Avaliani exceeded my expectations. She was not only knowledgeable but had a great personality and was easy to relate too. I had a few concerns and she addressed them all with honest feedback during our consultation. Her consultation fee was reasonable and never once was she pushy about her recommendations/services. Me and a friend both decided to go ahead with treatments. Dr. Avaliani did the treatment for my friend and I had my treatment done by Alex(one of the girls, who was great)..In addition to all this, even though Dr Avaliani was not doing the treatment on me herself, she checked in on how things were going more than once which really stood out to me and demonstrated her level of professionalism. If I have to rate between 1-5 stars I give her a 10.

Absolutely unfair policy with appointments. I made an appointment for the following day, but realized I had a conflict of another doctors appointment. I called them right back (within 15 minutes of making the original appointment) and they told me that I could not cancel because I was not within their 48 hour cancellation policy. They had ZERO problem charging me immediately and did not honor the fact that I called them right back and had made a mistake with my appointment day. Not flexible and absolutely unsympathetic about an honest mistake. They wound up charging my credit card TWICE. $100 AND I never even saw the doctor and at this point, I want all of my friends and family to do ZERO business with them. They LOVE to take your money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OFFICE.

What an amazing experience!! I was uneasy as this was the first time I was getting Botox and Juvederm. I’m also terrified of needles. Walking in I was greeted by friendly and courteous staff. Their smiles were infectious and the entire office was a testament to serenity. They did everything possible to calm my nerves and I really appreciated their efforts. All my fears were quashed when I met Dr A. She spoke with me for a while, explained everything, gave me suggestions and was never pushy. When I told her about the needles she handed me this little vibrating thing to put on my chest to keep me calm. Her honesty, sense of humor and understanding of my fears were just what I needed. I totally trusted her and I’m soooo glad I did! It’s only the day after and everyone I run into tells me I look years younger and how subtle the changes are. I just wanted to look refreshed and wow did Dr A deliver!!! Her office called this morning to check how I was feeling which was really nice. EVERYTHING about DR. Avaliani and her team/office, is perfect, professional, on point, truthful, caring, thought felt, clean, organized, and the list goes on. I’ve been meaning to make this review as I’ve been coming to her for 10 months. Botox as well as the picosure treatment which was one of the best things I could’ve done for my face!!! For Sun spots, scars, freckles....etc. what a difference! So happy I met her because when it started with finding a Botox doc, I was very unsure... instantly her connection of experience in the world on all levels with people and her profession was truthful confident and HONEST! No way will she let you look like a freak! I feel I’ve known her for years and she is someone I’ve described as being as if she is not from this world!!! From what I do for a living I know this for a fact, these types of diamonds are extinct. Besides being trusting and the hospitality all around, it IS a bit expensive but I will say... these are the types of genres in a field where the saying goes without doubt... you get what you pay for! She won’t even inject you if you don’t need it yet, money is NOT everything to her. It is her passion .... this is why she became who she is... so popular and so AMAZING at what she’s accomplished at even such a young age. You can tell (if you’re smart) that first instincts are everything, from day ones phone call with Alex... first green flag... walking in, the greeting etc. never a wait as well as some offices do. Another key thing I look for, is can tell by a genuine smile if someone is happy to work for a business.... Casey and Alex are really fooling me if not, they’re so sweet and great at their positions as well! On point! And now knowing exactly the type of “BOSS-LIKE” person Dr. Anna Avaliani is.... I get it! If anything you’ll leave looking up to her. You will not be disappointed!!! And yes some may have not the best experiences or they are miss communications, but let me tell you .... in her case that’d be a rare occasion. 100%
