So it’s been a year ago since I had my procedure done, lipo for arm, bra roll, thigh and chin I paid 5k. After two week I already know that no changed or no improvement, he insisted that I have to week 3 months, Three months gone by and still no changed, I told Dr Gallegos that there's no changed on the areas he worked on, his response was blamed on my body that I had a loose skin and the procedure doesn't work for me (I got everything recorded on my phone) he also make a bad comments to my previous plastic surgeon doctor. If this procedure doesn't work for me then why did you do it, instead he recommend another surgery to lift a loose skin that will cost me another 5k. I never come back and I still payment my 5K loan for these procedure. My left arm had a visible deep line about 4 inches long from lipo. Customers, who want a lipo procedure you need to be careful, try one area at the time if you get it all done and you're not happy the procedure is not refundable, you may end up like me still paying loan with no result.

I had my surgery January 2004, too bad reviews were not so public as they are now, thinking about my entire experience and out come all these years later this is what I can honestly say. One his wife worked in the office as was very rude most of the time, when I had a post op appointment stuck me in a room with me sweating and left me there for over one hour and was only interested in new clients. As far as Dr. Gallegos, he does have a terrible bed side manner, not professional for being a doctor. Making comments that I was fat, then I should have waited until I lost weight, right? That is what I should have been told. So I had a TT and breast lift, the tummy tuck is holding well after these years, however my breast never were right on the sides and ?? who knows. I would like a face lift, however would never go to him. I believe Dr. Chi, who I did see and was professional, reviewed at a 5 star, and to the point and made some recommendations prior to surgery if I ever go that route. So Kiddos for the the folks that are happy with their results, for mine I would say 50-50.

I have been going to Hermosa Plastic surgery for years. I routinely get Botox/Dysport as well as Juvederm filler. I feel I spend quite a bit of money at this place. I have also referred three people who have gotten some sort of filler. Recently, they were having a special on January 31st where it was about $100 off. I planned to pay for the procedure on the 31st to secure the discount and the procedure was scheduled for two days later. Well I lost my debit card and had to order another one. I also had it rushed so I could get it by the 31st to pay. Well it didn’t come in the mail so I called Hermosa to ask if I could pay the following day as the bank said I would for sure have my card. Keep in mind this is still paying early— I’m not asking for a procedure and to pay after— I would still be paying before the procedure. Well without a second thought, the nurse said “Nope, you have to pay today so I will go ahead and cancel your appointment”. Being a loyal customer I thought they could bend a little— especially for $100 when I usually spend way more than that. So I would not recommend this place. I’ve read a lot of bad reviews on Google and other sites and I don’t like going to a place where they are only concerned about the dollar. Beware of going here— They are cheap and more than likely take shortcuts to make even more money. I recommend a great place called NuAura. I’ve also let the three people I referred to them know what happened and they will no longer be going to Hermosa. Hope that $100 was worth it to you guys!

I had scheduled a consultation with Dr. Gallegos a month ago and didn’t really know much about him or his staff! So as I was waiting for my appointment I did read some reviews, many were five start and occasionally I would come across negative ones saying he was rude and what not!? I went in for my consultation today with my sister in-law and from the moment we walked into the office everyone was nothing but nice to us!! And Dr Gallegos himself was awesome!! He was very honest and stayed in the room for almost an hour answering all our questions and concerns! I was very nervous going in! But after meeting with him I felt totally confident and comfortable that he’s the surgeon for me!! I made sure to put a deposit to insure I’m definitely going to be having my surgery done at Hermosa Plastic Surgery!! Thank you so much to the whole office for making us feel welcome we both look forward to having our procedures done soon!!

Went in for breast lift in 2012 and surgeon insisted that implants be placed stating I would not be satisfied with the appearance of the lift alone. Was very hesitant but trusted him and he said I would most likely be small C with the implant he placed. They came over d-dd and I was very dissatisfied . Due to cost I waited 5 years to get them removed. A few months after getting them removed at his office, a huge hematoma developed and I had to have an ultrasound guided needle aspiration that was quiet painful and much lidocaine was given for pain . I asked for zofran for the nausea after vomiting 3 times through the night but Dr refused to prescribe antiemetics for symptom relief. Being a Registered nurse, I know interventions to take to help treat my symptoms such as trial of ginger ale or crackers but this nausea was beyond that where I can't not keep down food. Thanks Dr. Gallegos office for your poor follow up with me and poor concern for my discomfort. I do not recommend this place. Staff are not attentive to the needs of the patients .

I researched several surgeon, before choosing Dr. Gallegos, both in Mexico and the US. I am 3 weeks post op and just can’t imagine the work he performed to be better anywhere else. I had a 360 TT and a vertical incision up the front, lipo and fat injections. His staff remained progressional and kind through every step before and after. Even his anesthesiologist was of good character and friendly. Dr. Gallegos even called me the evening of the surgery to check in on me. Soon I have one more area to remedy and I will certainly be going back to him...

Went in for a consultation for jaw implant. Doctor seemed nice at first but when I didn't want fillers for jaw augmentation he's deminer changed completely. He went on to insult me by say your never going to look like the photos you showed me. I went on to say I know that I wasn't asking for that. The photos were merely a guide to show you the style I liked bases on these photos. What a jerk! The never of the man child.

If I could put no stars I WOULD. Hands down the worst surgeon... Wouldn't even call him a surgeon. I went in and told him what I wanted he examined my breasts and said he could get my breasts how I wanted them. After having my first son I was super insecure and wanted implants. In 2012 when I went to him I healed after about 3 months and My left breast was still "sagging". About a year goes by and I was getting examined by a doctor and she mentioned how my left implant had become detached and just sits there making my left breast completely uneven. Its noticeably different goes to the side and sags down. I called Him and told him about my breast and he said it would be another 3k minimum to fix them. I refused to pay that chop shop even a dime. I will never recommend him and never go back. Now I am waiting until I can get a lift and remove these implants. Super depressing spending 6k on silicon implants and hoping they'd be worth the money. I was wrong :(
