Today I went to Dr. Falleks office to meet with Christina, him and Nathalie. I had the best experience ever and I am really looking forward to my surgery in the next few weeks. I am not sure about the reviews that speak to unprofessional front desk person or nurse or doctor everyone was polite and honest with me and the other patients in the office. Ill be sure to post again after my procedure.

my son had the most disgusting experience with the receptionist Nathalie and his assistant Chris or christiana. He called today to confirm his appointment and payment plans and Nathalie, first of all, had the wrong notes in his file, showing a charge which applied to his friend , nathalie then proceed to tell my son that his payment plans were denied because of his friend's bill continuously saying "YOU KNOW HOW THIS MAKES YOU LOOK" his friend's bills have NOTHING to do with him, how does that even make sense and when he asked to speak to CHRIS she was just as disgusting,if not worse,threatening to hang up,being condescending and cutting him off when all he was asking for was an explanation as to why he was being denied based on his FRIEND'S PERSONAL BILLS. I'm pretty sure that discussing other patient's bills is illegal. I have every intention of reporting this behavior to the appropriate parties. worst customer service

I had to have stitches in the ER on a Sunday morning and I was fortunate to have Dr. Fallek as my plastic surgeon. The damage to my ear was extensive and required many stitches. He was professional and considerate, but the best compliment I can give him is that immediately after having the stitches removed you cannot see where I had them. I am extremely impressed with the outcome, and unlike some the previous reviews I found the office staff to be warm, friendly and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. fallek.

I would personally tell anyone who is interested in any type of cosmetic procedure to call this office for a consultation. Dr. Fallek is a perfectionist and takes tremendous time and effort to explain the procedure and what to expect with recovery time, risks, etc. Having any sort of elective surgery or procedure you always have some doubts and fears to overcome. Dr. Fallek provides unlimited amounts of time. You never feel rushed or pushed into feeling that you have to do something. He is an extremely skilled and gifted practitioner. He has a very talented and dedicated support staff with Christina and Nathalie. They make you feel like you're part of the family. I highly recommend Dr. Fallek and his amazing staff.

Dr. Fallek is awesome!! I was referred to him for an early xanthelasma removal and I couldn't have had a better experience. He is a master at his craft and is highly personable, welcoming and friendly, with a great sense of humor. His bedside manners exceed what is to be expected. All the same applies to Christina and Natalie, who are complete dolls with personalities of gold, making my experience even better to the point of actually looking forward to followups for some laughs and conversation. Reading the negative reviews here about him and his staff are sort of baffling and to be honest, rather unbelievable. It's sometimes easy for certain people to point fingers and bash a second party when they don't do some self reflection of their own actions and fail to focus on how it could have escalated any situation. And it's pretty obvious that this is where these negative reviews came from. Highly skilled office here, all around. Extremely recommended!

Got a bbl and was the worst place to go . I though I was going to love my body after this surgery but it’s only worst . This dr doesn’t not know how to shape . After the surgery you will not hear back from them only if its about payments . Your results will talk for its self . Don’t make a mistake read all comments look into his work . Don’t just waste money on trash work waste your money on work you will love the rest of you life . Make sure u pick the right dr. And Steve you are not cut out . There are many more doctors in the area take you time and choose wisely .

I can not say enough great things about Dr. Fallek and his NJ office staff. I went to him and another doctor for skin removal and an inner thigh lift the two doctors worked on me together. After the initial surgery Dr. Fallek was the one who worked on my revisions and I am so happy he did. Dr. Fallek is so nice and personable and has a great bedside manner. I have seen a few different plastic surgeons and Dr. Fallek is the best. He actually listens to you and does everything he can to make you happy with your decisions and results. I even left messages for him while out of the office and he gets back to you right away, you’re in good hands with him from start to finish. His nurse/assistant Christina is very funny and makes you feel like a friend and truly cares about how you are feeling while in the office. The receptionist Natalie at the front desk is so sweet and always accommodates you with the dates and times you need to be seen. I would definitely recommend Dr. Fallek if your looking for a doctor who will give you amazing results.

The surgeon Steve Fallek has horrible bedside manners, is unprofessional and a narcisistic person. He works as the director in 'Beautyfix Medspa' where he was treating my best friend to remove her unwanted nose filler; Sr. Fallek who is the director had to help her dissolve because the nurse he hired didn't know how to remove it. Sr. Fallek was disgusting and rude towards her, he yelled at her as if he was her father and told her he wasn't going to help her anymore and left the room unprofessionally. This doctor than comes again threatening my best friend telling her he had a lawyer after he yelled at her. Seriously? People deserve to know the type of person he is no matter where he works, his personality is disgusting, the many negative reviews talk for themselves.

Dr. Fallak allows his employees Cristina, his assistant, and Natália, the receptionist, to mistreat the patients with an alarming level of rudeness, impoliteness, aggressiveness and vulgarity! They literally insult the patients, yell at them, say and do whatever they feel like because the doctor does NOT care enough for his patients to fire these two individuals. If you are looking for a place to have your surgery, with the least amount of stress and unpleasantness stay away from this doctor’s office in Englewood, NJ. I honestly cannot understand why this practice was not closed down yet. Having to deal with Cristina and Natália is a nightmare, NO ONE should be exposed to!!! This doctor’s office must be the only one that allows an assistant and a receptionist to behave so poorly with the clients. Moreover, if you are part of the LGBT community find another doctor for your surgery! These two women/trolls that work in the Englewood office are prejudiced and judgemental. Take your money and your business some place else!!!
