My 4 year old son fell and split his tiny bottom lip last week. I am so grateful I brought him to see Dr. Salem Samra. He is so kind and patient and knowledgeable. I was expecting my little guy to be screaming his head off while getting the stitches. To my surprise and relief, my son did not cry at all! Dr. Samra is not just extremely talented to flawlessly stitch such a small and sensitive area on a small child, but he is also so caring and nurturing that my son had a rather pleasant experience! I am forever grateful to Dr. Samra and his excellent staff. He explained how to care for the wound and told us that they were there for us if we needed anything. Everyone was so kind, and I felt they all truly cared about us. I highly recommend this amazing office!

This surgeon is very skilled and caring. You can sense that as soon as he examines you, and comes up with a solution that causes the least amount of pain and grief. He answers all questions thoroughly, and provides suggestions to make the process go easier.

I recently had cosmetic surgery from dr. Salem. I can't express enough how absolutely happy I am with his work. He is wonderful surgeon and has an absolutely amazing bed side manor. I would recommend him in the best way. His whole practice is amazing from the front desk to Jennifer (scheduler) to the nurse,and all of the other surgeons. Definitely check him out!! This post is long overdue but the excitement about my results hasn’t faded one bit. After my toddler asked why I have “lines that look like roads” on my forehead, I went to Dr. Sal Samra for Botox and possible fillers. I’m no stranger to Botox but have been on the fence about fillers in my laugh lines and lips for years due to fear of looking like a Real Housewife. I decided to take the plunge and get it all, and I left feeling SO GOOD. The results were exactly what I wanted. For weeks (months!) I got constant compliments from friends, family, co-workers... but no one was able to put their finger on exactly what was different. I’m still surprised by how pleased I am with my own reflection. Dr. Samra is precise, attentive, and thoughtfully conservative in his approach - everything I was hoping to find in a plastic surgeon. I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

After went to my first paid consultation, I do not feel comfortable having my procedure done in this surgery center. The doctor is not detail orientated, doesn't seem as he care about his client. On top of that, the receptionist is not friendly and rude.

I recently was referred to The Samra Group because I wanted to get a mole on my arm removed, mostly for cosmetic reasons. I met with Dr. Salem Samra and I was very impressed. After the mole was removed and it was biopsied we found out it was the beginning stage of skin cancer. To be safe, I had to get more tissue removed to ensure the borders were clear. I cannot express enough how pleased I was with Dr. Salem Samra. He was extremely professional and made sure I was comfortable during the procedures and eased my nerves throughout the entire process. Everyone I came across at the practice was very kind and helpful. I am so thankful for all of their help.

My name is Michael Bernardino over the holiday weekend I almost lost my finger due to a power washing accident. Dr.Feris samra and his father also Dr.samra performed emergency surgery and they were able to save my finger. I am extremely greatful for what they did for me. They have also been in consistent cantact with me to make sure my recovery goes good.

Poor unprofessional overall experience. When I called two months prior making an appointment. Each consultation is $100, $50 needed to be paid over the phone when making an appointment which I am fine with it. On my appointment day, I called to check for my appointment. They said “we do not have your appointment but I saw that we have a record of charging you for a deposit of consultation.” They did not explain further why niether apologized. When I arrived for the appointment. The receptionist was not friendly, didn’t greet, did not explain but ask you to sign a consign form of having your picture taken for them to use. Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service I am receiving. Careless mistake for just a simple appointment scheduling. Ignore your questions and treat you indifferently. What do you think after you paid for your surgery? How will they treat you? There are more reputable and respect people in this practice. This place does not deserve a good review.
