When I first though of having breast reduction my head was full of questions. ( Am I going to die? will I be OK? etc. Dr. Ferraro is so professional, my questions and concerns were all answer. No one referred him to me I just googled " Breast Reduction near Paramus " he was one of the first one to come-up in the search with 5 stars. I read reviews and will forever be thankful to him. Besides my back pain been completely gone I feel more comfortableness with myself now. Today has been one week after surgery and I am already back to work : )

I would recommend Dr. Ferraro to everybody wanting any type of surgery. He is the best from his bed side manner to his skills and keeping you on the right path through the whole journey. I don’t have any complaints. I was very comfortable with him from the first time I met him. He told me exactly what to expect from day one so I had no surprises and was not nervous at all. Dr. Frank Ferraro is awesome; I can promise you that you will never need or feel like you want a second opinion after meeting him! I first met with Dr. Ferraro in May 2017 to get more information about a tummy tuck. After having two children and gaining probably too much pregnancy weight, I was very unhappy with my stomach and all the extra skin I was left with. I called Dr. Ferraro's office and spoke with Nicole, she got my consultation booked within a few days of my first call! Dr. Ferraro was so compassionate to me regarding my concerns during my consultation and explained every single detail of the procedures. He went over the tummy tuck and what to expect before, during, and after as well as detailing the complete Mommy Makeover. After discussing everything I opted to get the Mommy Makeover to include a full tummy tuck, liposuction, and breast implants under the muscle. My procedures were done just two short weeks after my initial consultation at New Century Spine and Outpatient Surgical Institute, which is a phenomenal surgical center. The staff at Dr. Ferraro's office, the surgery center, and the post op overnight facility were superb! I made sure to listen to Dr. Ferraro's post op instructions, I still wear my compression garments six months post op and could not be happier with my results! I had a minor set back with my breast implants incisions which required me to follow up with Dr. Ferraro on a weekly basis. It was very nerve wrecking for me, but Dr. Ferraro's bed side manner is awesome and put me at ease! He is a very caring man that loves his work! He is not your typical plastic surgeon by any means! He treats you like a work of art and most importantly gives you natural looking results that are proportionate and exactly what you asked for!!!!! Breast Reduction - Amazing Results! Exceeds 5 Stars! Dr. Ferraro is amazing and a phenomenal doctor! After my 1st consultation in September 2018, I knew he was the surgeon I was going to have perform my breast reduction. He made me feel comfortable and addressed every question and concern I had. He was extremely thorough and provided me with all the details of what to expect during and after my surgery. I had my breast reduction performed on Monday, October 22, 2018. The surgery went extremely well with no complications. On the 4th day of my recovery, I was accidentally elbowed hard on my right my breast. My right breast started to swell quickly and the right drain kept filling up with blood. I rushed over to Dr. Ferraro’s office and he examined me right way. It was determined that I had a hematoma on my right breast which required surgery. Dr. Ferraro did not want to risk any complications and scheduled me for emergency surgery the same day the incident happened. In order for him to perform the surgery, he had to make several calls to find a hospital that would be able to accommodate him in order to perform the emergency surgery. I was admitted to Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ the same day and within an hour and ½ I was in the operating room where he performed the surgery. I spent the night in Valley Hospital and 1st thing in the morning, he came to the hospital to examine me and was discharged. He was extremely kind and caring during the entire process and once again did an amazing job! During my recovery from the 2nd surgery on my right breast, I had called his office on two separate occasions regarding questions/concerns I had, which were quite a few questions each time. He took his time on our calls and addressed all my questions/concerns and was extremely thorough and kind. He never made me feel rushed on our calls or during my pre-op or post-op visits. He truly cares about his patients! My breast reduction was a success and exceeded my expectations thanks to Dr. Ferraro. They now fit my body frame perfectly and no longer experiencing neck or back pain. I highly recommended him to my friends and family and will always continue to do so. He is truly an amazing surgeon!

I am totally disappointed with the outcome of my breast reduction surgery. I had the surgery in June 2017 and I was still having pain where my cuts are located. In July 2018 I had the scar revision surgery which also didn't help. The pain is unbearable here it is March 2019 and I'm still in pain The scaring is also terrible I tried all the creams he suggested but they didn't work. I wish I never had the surgery

Dr. Ferraro is the absolute best. I went to him over 15 years ago for a breast augmentation. I immediately felt comfortable with him and made my appointment asap. Recently I went back to him due to some caving in in my chest dues to many many surgeries I had over the years for an illness. The caving in became so bad I needed Dr. Ferraro's opinion. After speaking with him I book my appointment and had my surgery a couple weeks later. I needed lypo to extract fat from different areas and inject it into my chest. To say the least I am beyond happy of the outcome and the great job he did. The night of the surgery he called to see how I was doing. I have been back for a couple of follow ups since. When I first met Dr. Ferraro I was interviewing him to work with my surgeon for a bilateral mastectomy that I was having due to breast cancer. Dr. Ferraro was very professional and supportive with all of the information he gave me for consideration. He was going to put in the tissue ex-panders during the first surgery and eventually the implants. Every time I went into the office I was treated with ease and comfort and I always felt that he had my best interest at heart. I had my surgery on june 19th for a full tummy tuck with muscle repair. Dr. Ferraro and nicole made my experience incredible. He is very very attentive and encouraged questions or concerns. I never felt rushed so I thank him for that! Regarding the surgery, I thought it would have been worse as far as pain but it wasn't. The incision is perfect!! I saw so many pics of incisions that were super high, uneven etc mine is not and it's super thin-SO relieved. The belly button is perfect and does not look much different then my original. I saw some that had a donut like one..again. relieved. He is a master at his work/art!! I have had 0 complications so far and I am a month post op. ( knock on wood ) and hopefully it stays this way. I received a breast reduction from Dr. Ferraro at 29 years old. I was fed up with the heaviness I've been carrying around, especially as it limited me in my active lifestyle and caused back and neck pain. I live in NYC and saw one doctor here in the city before Dr. Ferraro for a consultation. The first doctor was overly cocky, pushy and forced his "spiel" on me before I could explain why I was there or ask my questions. Elective surgery is a big deal and everyone handles it differently, and this doctor did not seem to care or recognize that! Dr. Ferraro was the opposite of my first consult. In addition to having a pretty great mustache, he has the experience and confidence you want in a doctor (especially a surgeon), but also came in ready to listen to my questions and understand my motivations. He made the process easy by helping me navigate the decision rather than forcing it on me, and at no point did I feel like I wasn't in the very best of hands. Support staff at the surgical center (and the brand new facility itself) was top notch, and affordable transportation from NYC to NJ was provided. After my surgery, the first week was the only hard part. After that, I was back to spin class in exactly 4 weeks. I still tell anyone who asks: I felt better 4 weeks post-op with one normal sports bra than I did my whole life with my large breasts (and wearing 2 sports bras). I feel free, and Dr. Ferraro last left me with absolutely no regrets.

I have to say that I had been looking for a plastic surgeon to do my breast reduction for years. I went to numerous surgeons and something just never felt right. I even had in the past my insurance covering the surgery but for some reason, I did not feel comfortable with the doctor so I never pursue the surgery. After reading reviews and doing a lot of research, I came across Dr. Ferraro. I thought maybe the reviews were too good to be true. I came to Dr. Ferraro's office and immediately fell 100% comfortable. The entire team is exceptional; front desk, nurses at the surgery facility, and of course Dr. Ferraro himself. Within one month from visiting him, I was set for my surgery. I did not have insurance at the time so I paid for it out of pocket and it was worth every single penny. Surgery day came, the staff and nurses were great. My significant other got really sick in the waiting room while I was getting set up for surgery. The doctor was so concerned about him and kept checking up on him. The process to get ready for the surgery was fast, everyone was so nice and before I knew it, I was in the surgery room. After the surgery, the staff was great. They made sure I had a snack and processed the discharged paperwork pretty quick. Once I was home the doctor called me to make sure that not only was I okay, but my significant other too. The following day, the staff also called to make sure the process was going smooth. The entire process over all has been amazing! If I had a concern I could call the office and within 10-30 mins the doctor was on the phone. I even had a concern about a bill I received, I brought it to him and it was taken care of. Overall, my recovery has been great! LISTEN TO DR. FERRARO!! I have done everything he has suggested and I could not be happier. I am glad I went with my gut and decided to have Dr. Ferraro do the surgery. I have the size I asked for (G to B/C) , I am healing well and the scars are disappearing. He's great and he's on top of his game. No wonder he came out one of the best surgeons..oh, and its the little things he does that count the most. I will always recommend him.

Dr. Ferraro performed an incisional hernia repair and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), and I am currently six weeks post surgery. Appointments are always on time and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. From the very first visit, Dr. Ferraro seemed confident and experienced, yet approachable and patient. He had a clear plan and point of view, yet he definitely listened to my concerns and answered every question. His bedside manner is really great, and he is very responsive - he or his office return messages within hours. He clearly understood and agreed with my wish to not only look great, but to feel great and regain my core strength. My surgery actually involved another surgeon, and Dr. Ferraro and his office were super flexible, cooperative, and communicative. After the surgery, there were (and still are!) many follow up appointments so that Dr. Ferraro could monitor my healing. I really felt taken care of and like I was in good hands. Dr. Ferraro was also honest and direct with me about what to expect and the healing process. Physically, I am doing really well. I am still healing, but I look and feel better every week. I can't wait to see the final results! I would definitely recommend him to anyone and a few of my family members have already considered calling him for their own purposes!

Dr Ferraro has been my plastic surgeon since 2005 when I had my first bout of breast cancer. He was the second doctor I consulted. The first one kept me waiting in a freezing cold exam room for 45 mins and then took 2 mins to tell me the only surgery he would do was an implant. Seeing Dr Ferraro was a completely different experience he took time to explain my options, listened to my concerns and ultimately performed a TRAM flap reconstruction after my mastectomy. He returned phone calls quickly and on a couple of occasions actually answered the phone himself! I have been very happy with the results. There are not enough words or stars to describe the gratitude I have for Dr Ferraro. I am beyond thrilled with my results of Breast Implant Removal. I had breast augmentation back in 2012 with another surgeon, I hated them soon after and was going to take them out but instead wound up in the hands of the same surgeon in 2014. Dr Ferraro is amazing! I got a Mommy makeover after having 2 c sections. Dr Ferraro took the time to answer all my questions and was so patient and kind that I knew I would be comfortable having him perform such a big surgery. He’s very thorough but not over zealous. I had also wanted lipo on my inner thighs but Dr Ferraro said I should do that another time as he didn’t me to be in too much pain after a breas lift, augmentation, lipo on my flanks, AND a tummy tuck. I appreciated that because he could have just taken my money and said he could do it all. After the surgery he came to the recovery center and made sure I was okay. I’m not going to lie, it was the worst pain I’ve ever been in and I would never go through it again, but it was so worth it in the end. I can wear clothes I was never able to wear before and I don’t look like I have a butt in front anymore! Dr Ferraro follows up with you for months and months after the surgery because he cares about your results and wants to make sure you’re following orders and wearing compression garments and generally wants to make sure you’re doing well. He’s a great doctor and I would recommend him to anyone!

I have always been a medium frame 5’4”, and averaged weight but that all changed after 35, when I got pregnant. After my 4th child, my beautiful 36 B’s turned into massive 38 triple D’s. Clothing I have always worn was now an issue due to my breast size. Not to mention during my cycle when they was extremely sore, heavier, and even larger than norm. I am a bedside registered nurse in a critical care setting. I have had lots of experience with various doctors and can honestly say Dr. Ferraro is a top doctor. I had a very unusual case. The year prior to my surgery with Dr. Ferraro I had had an appendectomy followed five weeks later with a hernia repair. Prior to these surgeries I was a very slim and fit woman nine years post my only pregnancy who incorporated working out in a gym as part of my daily routine and was wearing two piece bathing suits. After my 2nd surgery last year is when I noticed this very large, tender bulge around my navel which occurred when I stood up. When I first asked that surgeon what that was he told me it was surgical fluid that my body would eventually absorb. He told me if it bothered me he could stick a needle in my abdomen and drain it. I went back to that same surgeon three months later and now he tells me to go to a gastroenterologist, but I had no GI symptoms. I knew I had some kind of hernia. I ended up going to another general surgeon, Dr. Ahlborn, who I really liked, who explained I had a separation of my recti muscles and a large ventral hernia. He referred me to Dr. Ferraro who he said could do a better job than he could at this type of surgery. Before I even when for an appointment to Dr. Ferraro, Dr. Ferraro spoke with me on the phone at length answering all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and kind. When I went to his office he explained things so well and took his time to answer questions. If I thought of a question after a visit he was very responsive and friendly in returning a call. I have had my surgery and four weeks post-op doing well. Can't say enough good all around about Dr. Ferraro.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE I COULD ASK FOR. I have spent about 1 1/2 years looking for the right doctor to move forward with. I did all my research, read every review, joined every website, etc. because I was so anxious about who I would choose. I went on five consultations, and even met with another surgeon twice, before I chose Dr. Ferraro. I am only three days post op and I can say with confidence it was one of the best decisions I ever made. If you are reading this review I want you to remember this; in todays day and age you will be distracted by the bells and whistle other doctors and their office may offer you. They might have a huge instagram following, they might have a fancy office, a cappuccino machine, a folder with a million glossy pamphlets plastered with their face, and it will be hard to not get distracted by the showboating, but I promise you that is not what makes a great surgeon. Dr. Ferraro was so kind from the day I met him, he was so patient and informative, he took his time with me from day one, and that is why I chose him. He doesn't try and distract you with an elaborate presentation and ruse. His work and his skill speak for themselves. Other doctors I met with had me talk with nurses, or had a "if you come here great, if you don't, oh well" attitude and did not make me feel comfortable. Dr. Ferraro has answered every email, text, and concern I ever had (which trust me has been a lot because like I said, I have done a lot of research and was so nervous about every thing that could possibly go wrong during this type of surgery). He truly has made me feel like I am the only patient he has, and that is how everyone deserves to feel! Most importantly, I am already so happy with my results. Dr. Ferraro made a decision based off my own body and anatomy that had my best interest in mind. Another doctor would have pushed my body to the limits if thats what I had asked them to do, and while I was initially (but only momentarily) disappointed I couldn't go as big as I had wanted, I am SO thankful that he chose to do what was right for ME. I could not of asked for a better experience thus far. I am so happy with the way things are looking, I am so happy with the way I am feeling, and I am so happy with the way I am treated. Like I said, I am only three days in, but I know how hard the decision to pick a doctor (for any procedure) is. I had a breast lift + implants on 1/12/17, and so far my recovery has been amazing. I started off taking the pain mess as prescribed, however by day 3 I stopped taking them. I never felt nauseous, so I didn't need to take the anti-nausea pills at all. Dr. Ferraro is very hands on and likes to keep a close eye on his patients, which I appreciate. I went to see him POD1, POD2 and again on POD5. I have since seen him a few more times after that, the last being my 2MPO appointment. He says everything is looking good. I received 400cc HP, silicon implants, under the muscle with an anchor lift. I am very pleased with my choice and appreciate Dr. Ferraro and his staff!

I had breast reduction surgery on 6/27/16, I am 1 month post surgery and I’m healing very nicely. I have had no complications or issues. Dr. Ferraro also took care of all issues regarding the approval of my insurance. In the beginning I was very nerous about getting the breast reduction, but after it's all said and done I'm very happy that I decided to do it.
