Coming from a similar industry I am very particular who I go to as I want the best and that is what I got when I went to Dr. Neinstein. During my visit he took the time to understand my needs to make sure he doesn't overdo my look as I wanted something more subtle and natural. I also have an uneven top lip that previous doctors could not fix which made me a little self-conscious. He explained to me exactly what he would do to achieve the asymmetry that I was looking for and made sure I was happy with it and I can most certainly say that I am. His aftercare is what amazed and surprised me the most. He followed up the next day personally and made sure that I felt ok and that I was still happy with my look and didn’t have any concerns. This personal touch made me feel truly cared for and looked after by the doctor where I felt comfortable enough to reach out directly if anything had been wrong. Not to mention his stuff and place being lovely, and Emsculpt!!! FDA approved , Non-invasive , non-surgical procedure that effortlessly burns fat and builds muscles in your abs and butt. Horrible! Avoid Dr. Neinstein!!! I had lipo on my lower and upper stomach about 2 years ago, when he worked for Sonobello. He ruined by stomach. After surgery my stomach appeared uneven and my belly button looked disfigured. I had a revision by a better surgeon at Sonobello to start to fix his mess and will need another revision. Good thing I purchased an "assurance policy", which covered the revision at no cost, due to Mr. Neinstein's poor work . I wonder why he no longer works for Sonobello?

I have nothing but the highest regard for Dr. Neinstein, both as a surgeon and as a person. I came to him looking to do some abdominal liposuction and I can attest to all the glowing reviews and comments that people have shared on here. He's caring, attentive, honest and conservative in his approach. As the son of a oral surgeon myself, these are all qualities one looks for in a medical professional. In addition, his team is also delightful and attentive. The doctor and his staff have all regularly followed up with me to seeing how I'm a doing. I've not had anything but the best of experiences with Dr. Neinstein. As for the results, I'm extremely pleased at the outcome! I wasn't sure what to expect prior to surgery. I had tried CoolSculpting multiple times in various areas at a spa downtown only to waste my money and find the results deeply disappointing. Dr. Neinstein kindly confirmed that I was not alone in this camp and that liposuction would certainly help me reach my goal. Scheduling the surgery was easy enough and the procedure went very smoothly: no pain, no problems, both during and after. I didn't even have to take painkillers afterwards except for some Tylenol the day after. As a side note, Dr. Neinstein has a fully certified operating room on premises. This is a huge plus in my book and I strongly recommend that you take advantage of this since you don't want to have to go to a hospital to do such a routine procedure. Anyway, I'm now about 2 months post-op and the results look fantastic. So if you are considering liposuction, I don't think you should look further than Dr. Neinstein.

I saw Dr. Neinstein last week for my usual eye, forehead, and lip ("lip flip") botox and also asked him to administer botox in my masseter muscles to treat my anxiety-induced TMJ. After treatment, Dr. Neinstein and his team treated me to LED light therapy for my first time and it was incredibly effective in reducing my post-treatment swelling. As someone who has been struggling with debilitating neck and headaches due to TMJ, I almost cried this morning when I woke up feeling great for the first time in nearly 2 years. Sadly, I left many consults disheartened, with doctors trying to oversell me on procedures I had no interest in. Then I met Dr. Neinstein *Hallelujah* I was immediately at ease, blown away by his professionalism and I instantly had 10000% confidence in him. He addressed potential issues that other surgeons hadn’t even considered and came up with the perfect plan to achieve all my goals. When I asked for a second consult because I had 100 more questions, he happily welcomed me back into the office and was incredibly patient and thorough. Between booking the surgery and the actual day arriving, I had full access to him to address any last minute concerns/anxiety I was having and he was always responsive and put me at ease. I am now 2 days post surgery, I had a breast lift, areola reduction, implant removal and replacement plus galaflex for extra support as my breast tissue was so thin from nursing (no other surgeon in Manhattan even mentioned this as an option) and lipo of my arms, stomach, back and inner thighs. The surgery was a complete success and Dr.Neinstein being a perfectionist, spent a great deal of time making sure my breasts and areolas were perfectly symmetrical and even in shape. Also scarring? Dr.Neinstein is the man. For how much work I had done I have minimal tiny incisions all hidden (armpit, groin) so no one will ever know! I am only 2 days into recovery but Dr. Neinstein and his team have constantly been checking in to see how I feel and even traveled to my apartment to provide me extra garments. The entire team have gone well above and beyond their line of duty. Dr.Neinstein is both a lipo God and the ultimate King of boobs. My case was incredibly complex but he surpassed all of my expectations and I can’t wait to see the final results, because I already look amazing even with the post surgery swelling. I cannot recommend Dr. Neinstein highly enough, he is hands down the best plastic surgeon in the world which explains why he is a leader and innovator in everything he does. It’s so hard to find a good doctor in this large city. I found Dr. Neinstein through Instagram and all his amazing reviews online reassured me that I would be in great hands. I went to my face lift surgeon who is an older very well respected Park Avenue surgeon to ask about some extra skin on my arms that bothered me. He suggested I see Dr Neinstein who he said was the best young body contouring expert on the Upper East Side. Dr Neinstein was great, he explained all the different options for me. We talked about how much scarring and downtime I was willing to have, quite frankly I really didn’t want much. We decided on plasma liposuction with light sedation. The whole procedure was about an hour. Dr Neinstein gave me some Valium and used his special technique to numb my arms and I didn’t feel a thing. I was on my phone that afternoon and laptop working in the am. I never even took a pain pill. Scarring is basically nothing and I’m already seeing the results. The office and staff were excellent and easy to work with and were incredibly accommodating to all my questions and scheduling requests. I have referred a few friends and highly recommend Dr Neinstein for any body contouring procedure in Manhattan.
