Beautiful practice, wonderful staff, amazing experience! I did a ton of research and decided to go with Dr Miller for Rhinoplasty last week and it was the best decision I've made! The people in the practice are wonderful, caring, thorough, and helpful. Dr Miller is 1st class and an expert in the field. I recently went into Gotham PS for lip fillers. The experience far exceeded my expectations. From the minute i walked through the door I was greeting by the sweetest receptionist. As someone in the beauty industry I always say how important this is because this will be a clients first impression...Then the medical assistant, Kelly, brought me back to my room. She was so bubbly and sweet...any anxiety I had vanished just from these two encounters. The doctor then came in and he too had such a great personality. He was beyond professional, nice, genuine, and knowledgable. I can't get over the fact that I didn't bruise! This is truly the cherry on top...Thank you Gotham for a truly amazing experience, I can't wait to come back.

was a bit disappointed .after I got the evaluation i asked for the written statement so I can arrange my monetary resource they promised to email it to me it was never sent and I called and they said they will resend and was not sent .if that's the way they follow up with a new customer who traveled from new Jersey spent over $30 in toll and parking. I do not have the confidence to use they're services.can be that they don't want you to shop around and get a better deal.

Edina Osmani Offers Stellar Care Post-Op There's a reason beyond Dr. Miller's talents, techniques and way with patients that earns his practice the highest rating in New York. And that's the quality of his staff as well. For any procedure that requires post-op care in the first night or two, I would highly, highly recommend the services of Edina Osmani, who is a director of patient services in Dr. Miller's office. Edina stayed with me the first night, and no partner or friend could have been as adept and reassuring as her in handling my care. Edina was extremely compassionate and dedicated to my comfort level; from constantly rearranging pillows and applying ice packs to helping me manage discomfort and answering questions and easing anxieties. She is extremely vigilant and a perfectionist, but with a very gentle way about her. It would have been very tough and unsettling to have spent that first night without the quality of her care, attention and knowledge, especially as I was totally new to the post-op experience.

Dr. Philip Miller is a knowledgeable, friendly, caring professional who shows his patients the utmost respect and understanding. I recently had a non surgical rhinoplasty done with fillers at his office and could not be happier with the results. My story is quite complicated, I had previous surgery with another doctor a few years back and have tried to correct some problems I was not happy about with further surgery never being fully satisfied with the results. Feeling hopeless I had consulted with almost every major plastic surgeon on the east coast of North America and some European doctors as well. You see I work in media and my appearance is important to me and my work in certain respects. All this to say that I am ecstatic to have finally found a doctor I feel comfortable with and who could help me out. I came here to get nail scars treated on my face. Gotham Plastic Surgery was completely inexperienced. They had absolutely no idea on how to treat my face! On top of not seeing any results after 2 treatments, I also ended up getting a permanent colored mark on my face from their procedure. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Now I am left with a permanent burn mark on my face because of their inexperience! I would never come back here. However, the main plastic surgeon here is very nice. But I still didn't see any results on my face.

From the first time I spoke to Joseph to schedule a consultation, Joseph took brilliant care of my daughter (and myself). My daughter had rhinoplasty when she was 18 and Joseph worked out a very helpful payment plan - and his follow-up was excellent. Unfortunately my daughter got cancer last year which changed her facial structure somewhat and when in remission she wanted some work done on her nose to better match the changes in her face. Gotham Plastic surgery is the place you want to go to for any of your medical concerns. I couldn't be happier with my rhinoplasty by Dr. Miller and armpit fat removal by Dr. Steinbrech.
