I guess my review got deleted . I wouldnt recommend a cow to them . Unprofessional ! They get you in & out, afterwards they don’t care .. not even to fix their own mistakes .. been trying to get them to fix me for a year. They give me the run around, girls are so rude . Just a awful experience . I was small to begin with so I should have Been snatched ?? Wrong . I have lumps And dents and it’s like I didn’t even get lipo .i paid 1500 ex for armpit removal .. just had a consultation with a different surgeon and he said he doesn’t know why they did lipo .. it’s breast tissue and needs to be cut out . Everything was just bad .. horrible service . I’ve smoke to Gina , April , Natasha , Chelsea, Imani , And Ella . Some done even work there anymore . But none could schedule me a day to Come get fixed .. I live in Kentucky .. I’m more insecure with my body than I was before I had the dumb surgery ! Waste of money .. I paid 6000 plus 1500 plus each 100$ massage and all the garnment that’s not included in price . So a total of 8 grand and some change .

He re- scheduled my surgery two times. Finally, I got there early( I disn' t know he change the time again.) After three and half hours later they took me to the basement. Basement was stuffed and unprofessional. His assistant ( very nice lady) told him in Russian language that I was waiting such a long time. He begun to blame me( not knowing I do understand Russian.) He said I misunderstood ,and suddenly used such an inappropriate vocabulary towards to me, that I was shocked and didn't know what to do. And he was continuing on and on. I was on the table, already. He had injected me with a numbing injections( he called anesthesia) and did very quick job, demending to smile, in English. Deal was 1000$ and I had paid another 1000$. I still have a double chin and I need another surgery. I will never forget this rude, unprofessional man, calling himself a doctor. Horrible, scary experience.

I honestly loved this place UNTIL I had my procedure. They only cater to new patients. Once I got my surgery done It was like they brushed me off. I had to basically pull their teeth just to have my 1 free post OP massage mind you I'm coming from another state! I had my breast augmentation done on May 30th and although its only been 5 days I could not be more satisfied. Dr. K ( hot stuff ) and Monet were absolutely amazing all the way through. Last minute my Doctor got switched to Dr. K and I am so glad it did. Monet the surgery manager/nurse contacted me prior to my procedure and made sure I had everything I needed and all of my questions were answered. I was literally texting her on her day off of work and she responded immediately!. A practice is only as good as its staff and a lot don't realize the small things matter!. The surgery suite staff were amazing no complaints but I would recommend more organization and better communication for the admin and consultation staff. Their errors can make the weary go elsewhere. The girls are way much more professional, helpful, and most of all welcoming. I really wish the Brooklyn office was available more days out of the week. My wife was there for BBL and liposuction.first of all I wanna start saying there really unprofessional and there very unsanitary. there basement looks like a clandestine place to perform sergery doctor P is really rude and talks to you like your getting a favor from him instead of paying for it.Its Been a few months after her surgery and her results are totally a mess she still looks the same and they offered her revision but since everything started back from the beginning she said declined it.Also they want her to write on google a fake 5-star review they asked her for her phone and they put 5 star and asked her to write some pleasant and they will give her for exchange a cheap robe that doesn’t cost more than $3 she’s took her phone back and deleted the comment and give backed the robe to the employee we do not recommend this place to no one through our experience plus they are not board certified plastic surgeons

The office staff is GREAT at the Brooklyn location. My review is based on Dr. Perkins and my results. I am one week post op and my butt is flat!! I researched everything because I flew in from out of state..I knew that based on my size o would need 800 cc in each cheek so that after losing fat the transfer would still give me the volume I expected and paid for. Dr. Perkins did not look at my pictures that I wanted to show or listen to me when I told him about the 800 CC's. The doctor.did not speak to me after surgery except when he was walking out the room and I asked how much was transferred and he said 600 CC's and trust me there was plenty of fat to use!! The surgery assistant was very very nice to me but the next day when I went in for my post op I told them I was not happy because my butt had NO volume to it. The staff did their best to assure me that after fluffing occurred and the swelling subsides that I would see volume but that's impossible. I never wanted a huge butt just rounded..I have followed all instructions to a T..no sitting.. feeding the fat with almonds extra calories.. wearing my garmet 23 hours..but it seems as if I am doing more to salvage what I have than Dr. Perkins did to create what I asked and paid for. Needless to say it is not a good feeling fitting into the same jeans before and AFTER surgery. I will wait until my 3 month pictures to see the final results but as if now my hard earned money is down the drain....

UPDATE from last review So I am going through with my surgery and I will choose doctor Perkins for my procedure. I read all about him and where he practiced in NJ. I am excited for my procedure!! I just hope I'm this excited with my 360 lipo and BBL results. I cannot brag enough about Natasha the coordinator, she is absolutely remarkable. Once I have my procedure and see my results after a week, I will update you all with a review and my pictures. Old review: I have been researching Allure clinic now known as Goals Plastic surgery for about a year, I read great reviews, good reviews, bad and horrible reviews. They always have promotions going on but when you call the office the receptionist never seems to know the correct pricing or promotions going. One day I called to inquire about 360 lipo with BBL, I was told the procedure would be $7,500. Later on that day they posted on IG that a promotion for 360 lip with BBL would be $5,850. I called the following day and spoke with reception who had no idea about this promotion so I was forwarded to a girl name NATASHA..finally I was speaking with someone who was knowledgeable and was very informative and gave detail information on what doctors would be available for my procedure, how much deposit was required to lock in the promotion price of $5,850. She told me to do e-consultation and upload my pics which I did. She also informed me that this Dr. V will not be the doctor included with this special, Dr. Perkins will be and they will have two new doctors coming on board very soon. Natasha made everything clear to me on what was included with the promotion price. I am waiting on Natasha to call me back so I can make $200 deposit to lock in the price of $5,850. I will update my review as I go along with my process.

II love Goals Plastic Surgery they are equipped with many services and try their absolute best to tend to all of your needs. The customer service here is great. Everybody is extremely friendly and professional. No matter how many times II come here II never feel forgotten by the staff. They are very professional in everything they do. Well, to my surprise, I received a response in less than 30 minutes answering all my questions and was asked if I was able to go in today. I spoke with Ella, Dr V's wife and what a pleasure. This Brooklyn location looks extremely sketchy as soon as you walk in there’s no front desk, just a big screen TV and a standing podium . You have to wait until you make some type of eye contact with any of the girls passing by in a near room so they can finally check you in. The hallway was cluttered with boxes. Today I had my consultation and when I arrived the place was nice, however, as a front office personnel myself the greeting process was horrible no reception area more like a “podium” sign here and wait to be called. It clearly says no kids allow, there was 7yr old child in the waiting area by herself while the different types of procedures played on a big screen. It’s their policy “no children allow” not sure why that little girl sat there by self. I was called by the patient coordinator she asked basic questions weight, height etc... what type of procedure I was looking to do “lipo 360” soon as I told her I have a PFO which is a whole in my heart (over 200,000 ppl live with). She went and ask Dr. Voskin if I was a candidate to have the procedure she came back and said “sorry you don’t qualify to have lipo” I was puzzled ONE the doctor never consulted with me, two how can you determine that without a cardiologist opinion. In which I have been following and work with for at least 10yrs and I’m not in any risk as per my doctor who I consulted with prior to my visit with Goals. This is just my experience my opinion with GOALS. Goals is more of an in and out place no kind of personalism from the staff let alone the DOCTOR himself he should be the one to explain to a potential patient why he/she does not qualify for plastic surgery not a patient coordinator in a mini skirt. Best part of this is about 25 mins later I received a call back from the same patient coordinator stating that after speaking with Dr. Voskin he will consider a cardiac clearance! LMFAO! No thanks he should had met with me first and get a full physical history FIRST! I will consult with another plastic surgeon and see if I get the same feed back which I highly doubt.

I had Lipo360 BBL on July 4th, so I’m a little over a month postop. I’ve been to both the Harlem office and the Brooklyn office for my drainage/ massages. If you want one on one attention I would recommend going to their Brooklyn location— it’s small enough to where they will remember your name whenever you go, and won’t rush through services. I’m a huge baby when it comes to pain, but Natalia and Catalina got me through what would otherwise be painful massages. Can’t thank them enough for putting up with my antics lol. I have one more massage and carboxy session with them, but I am already so in love with my results. Side note: their intimate area bleaching is magic— you see immediate results.

I found Goals on IG when they were still called Allure, the process was extremely easy, everyone was so welcoming and ABSOLUTELY NOOO PRESSURE TO DO ANY PROCEDURE! Dr. P did my surgery on last week Friday and i am 1 week post op today! Claudia has done an amazing job with the massages! Def hurt at first but they were very honest about the healing process! Let’s just start by saying apparently these aren’t board certified surgeons... secondly apparently let it be known they are suing clients for saying nasty but possibly tru thing but let’s go back to my personal experience. My bf wanted a skin tag removed off his face (he lives in New York I’m from jersey). They sent me a bunch of info I needed to fill out for him granted I get it n fill it out. I got some type of confirmation and called to make sure they had the info. A few days before the appointment this they cancelled because it wasn’t filled out or filled out incorrect when all they coulda done was told me that when I called them almost a week before the appointment. My bf being from another state I wanted to get it done early the main reason they get one star not just for all this but for the fact apparently they are getting people to put 5 star reviews and someone needs to bring attention to them

This place is amazing! You will not find that kind of work in NYC. I had my liposuction with drVoskin and Can not be more happy. Every interaction with this clinic was very well organized. At the beginning i wanted to tummy tuck but dr Voskin explained that i do not need any tMy procedure went along very smoothly and rehab period was very easy even i was very nervious about local anesthesia. My results are beyond my expectations and i ese improvements every day. Thank you again and I definetely recomend this place for any of aesthetic procedures. I was so scared to travel over seas and I was so big on money expenses that with GOALS I didn't have to worry about either. They made me feel so comfortable with the decision I made in doing my surgery with them, & I could not be anymore happier with my results. The staff; I think I interacted with about 5 or 6 girls every single one friendly and professional. They answered all my questions, they were knowledgeable in their perspective fields. I won an instagram contest for IV glow treatment and they honored it without any problems. The operations manager Isis was a doll and chachi the MA went beyond to give me realistic result expectations. Although this place is very far for me it's well worth the commute!. I had lipo 360 and bbl with Dr Perkin in June 30 In Brooklyn the reception and the assistant were nice but the dr. Was rude and He ask how big I wanted my butt. I said big. I had gain weight prior to surgery for this reason once this was done I didn’t see a difference in my butt. Lipo was ok. But I didn’t get the butt that I was promise this people never schedule a follow up appt. they just take your money the don’t about anything else. If your reading this please don’t wastes your money or time with this people. I should have done more homework I lost 6,000 for a figure I didn’t get
