I immediately knew I was put in the right place at the right time. His knowledge, guidance, compassion and care are unsurpassed. He is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet in addition to being an exceptional surgeon and I am beyond thankful for him. A truly good soul.

I did wait a while for my first appointment but it was definitely worth it in the end. Dr. Ganchi's credentials were extremely important to me. So was the beautiful, private and super clean operating room. Most importantly, he had a lot of experience with labiaplasty and had been performing them for so many years. He answered all my questions before I even asked them. I did the surgery with just numbing medicine. I was pretty anxious before the surgery but Dr. Ganchi was very comforting. The labiaplasty surgery turned out to be quite easy. The recovery was short and now I'm very happy and satisfied with the result. Can't see any signs that I had surgery. Great office. Great doctor!

So does my husband ;) I just read a review written by someone who is clearly trying to defame Dr. Ganchi and I can't help but respond. She says she had liposuction and her arms got bigger?? How do arms get bigger after fat is removed with liposuction? Even if Dr. Ganchi did nothing, they would be the same size, not bigger. She suggests that Dr. Ganchi didn't graduate from Harvard. I did my research! He was at Harvard for 8 years! He graduated from the general surgery program and the plastic surgery program. So, he actually graduated from Harvard TWICE! He also graduated from Duke (7 years) and Princeton (4 years). Dr. Ganchi and his entire staff were very open, honest and caring toward me and my husband. He gave me realistic expectations and didn't oversell anything. Unfortunately, there are always people out there who want to mislead to bring others down. The good news is that all of the information about Dr. Ganchi can be easily verified online. I'm sure smart readers can see through this and have already done their own research.

I had been really nervous for my procedure, and I honestly brushed aside everything Dr. Ganchi told me about how he is so delicate so his patients see little bruising and pain, since I am very very pale skinned and bruise very easily. It is now about a week after my surgery and I have had no bruising or pain from my rhinoplasty, and I know any other procedures I may consider I will go to Dr. Ganchi. The anesthesia really made me nervous but it was so painless and quick, and the nurses handled me really well when I woke up out of my mind demanding to go to the bathroom and practically throwing a bedpan! When I went with her for surgery day, they were very accommadating and explained everything thoroughly allowing ample time for Q&A (very important when doing surgery). The staff was very understanding of my sister's wants/needs and did everything to make sure she was comfortable and satisfied. Due to another procedure taking a bit longer, my sisters procedure start time was delayed and they made sure to keep us up-to-date. With that being said, after the procedure, Leyla an amazing surgical nurse, stayed with us way past office hours to ensure my sister was safe and healthy post-op. As a nurse, I appreciated Leyla's genuine kindness and care the most. The fact that she stayed and didn't rush us out in order to go home, made this experience even better. She is an AMAZING person and I truly appreciated her around-the-clock care for my sister. ***This doctor botched my surgery*** Dr. Ganchi operated on me when he was not qualified in the area of operation. I visited him when I was 18 years old, it was unethical that he operated on me. He deceived me and lied to me. The operation was a horrifying experience as he was late, I did not go under anesthetic so I was shaking, and I drove myself home an hour and a half in rush hour traffic. I was left with scars all over the area. He should have informed me that he was inexperienced in the area of operation rather than use me as a guinea pig. Dr. Ganchi did nothing to make the situation correct. I am $15,000 in debt to one of the top surgeons in NYC, to correct his botched surgery he preformed on me. I was told Dr. Ganchi amputated the area he operated on.

Dr. Ganchi was the first actual consultation I had for breast augmentation and from the first visit, I knew he would be the surgeon I need for the best results. March 2016 I underwent Face/neck Lift surgery performed by Dr. Ganchi. Having had multiple procedures done in the past by Dr. Ganchi I was confident I would be happy with his natural surgical results. Having minimal wrinkles on my face but the dreaded "turkey neck" & loss of a defined jaw line I went for a consultation. Dr. Ganchi suggested a Face & Neck lift for the desired look. His manager Karen assured me I would be very happy with the final result, there would be minimal discomfort & it was important I followed all the pre & post op instructions. I was not the least bit nervous or anxious due to his wonderful staff, confident I was being well taken care of. After waking up I had no recollection of the procedure & barely remember my husband getting me home. My head & neck were tightly bandaged, & my skin felt very tight, there was some discomfort but absolutely no pain. Having to sleep sitting up was more uncomfortable than the procedure! I had the pain prescription filled but only used them the 1st & 2nd night in order to get a restful sleep. After the bandages & stitches were gently removed I had very little swelling & minimal bruising with a smooth neck & a youthful definition of my jaw line. I am thrilled I decided to have the surgery & the results are so natural none of my family or friends realize I had "plastic surgery." Thanks to Dr. Ganchi & his staff I was able to enjoy my vacation with a younger natural looking face & neck only 4 weeks later!

My son is 5 years old and suffered a large cut on his upper lip at school. I called Dr. Ganchi's office and they had me come in immediately. The entire staff, including the receptionist, the office manager, the medical assistant, and Dr. Ganchi himself, was incredibly helpful and engaging with my son. They even brought him toys and had him watch TV. The laceration required stitches but prior to injecting his lip they held local anesthetic to the cut with gauze for 15 minutes first! I had laser liposuction done with Dr. Ganchi and I can honestly say that Dr. Ganchi ruined my arms. He made so many promises and he fell short on all of them. I paid over $8000 for an end result of sagging arms. During my initial consultation my arms were 14" around and after the procedure they are over 16". I am surprised that someone of his stature would lie to a client just to make money. Someone with his credentials would know that the laser liposuction would not work and yet he had me believe that it could. Do your research people. There are superb plastic surgeons out there who are not just in it for the money. I wish I had gotten a few consultations but I fell for the Harvard Trained bid. Just as an FYI taking a semester at Harvard does not make one a Harvard Graduate.

Like everybody else I was very concerned about picking the right surgeon,but now I know I couldn't choose any better. Because of Dr Ganchi I am really happy with myself again.I had lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer to my cheeks and lips,body fat transfer to my flat buttocks,breast implants with lift and tummy tuck(2 pregnancies).I did all the surgeries separately but I know I could have combined some of them. I got used to my new face very quickly and I couldn't believe the results after I saw the before and after pics. He took at least 10 years of my tired looking face and made it looking very natural. As far as my body I'm really someone else younger,sexier and confident. Every morning is so easy to get dressed because everything looks good. Maybe it sounds like I'm obsessed with myself but it just shows how much it can change your life if you do adjustments with the best surgeon. Even when I was in my twenties I didn't look that good. The scars from tummy tuck and breast lift are minimal and easy to hide but you have to wait a year to see full healed results. The pain after surgery was nothing comparing to happiness that I gained after I fully recovered and could enjoy myself more. Besides the great doctor the office staff makes this place the perfect one.All the girls are nice,caring and beautiful.And I don't have to mention that after surgery you may call Dr.Ganchi directly with any concerns.
