Six months out of surgery from rhinoplasty and a facelift $35,000 later I do not look the same even with all of his injections that did not work and $900 additional of lip injections that no one noticed including my own husband I was put in a very bad predicament by being told that there was a high pressured sales tactic on top of the $150 consultation fee nonrefundable- there was no backing out because they corner you into getting the operation within six weeks to two months . If you back out they get very very angry and tell you that there's no refunds and that you still have to pay regardless The doctor had me and my spouse come in to reassure us that I was in the best hands ever and sure enough promised me the world that I would look absolutely amazing and sure enough six months later after my surgery he has never once called to see how I was doing or wanted to take update pictures but he has been looking at my photos on the Internet And not only that he's liking photos that were taken and using professional photos of me to forward his work I looked much better before I went to go see him now I have a crooked nose and then in the hole over $35,000 his prices are astronomical and there's a lot of surprise fees to pay right before surgery and the day of He knows that I look absolutely terrible and it's all because of him Absolutely does not care I have heard of other people complain about him as well in the area I never said a word I wanted to wait until I was healing I have already told him that I could've I have already told him that I could've found a place like surgeon that was better at his work in a Third World country Do your homework If you are young girl and you just want to know his job he seems to be good at that but remember he only puts up photos of before and after a very young girls and their noses is very rare that he shows the Unsatisfied customers if ever and I've called him out on it too so he deleted me and blocked me from Instagram because he doesn't like that I'm telling the truth . I really wish that I would've went with the doctor in California. On his surgery days he will do five or six surgeries and rush through them and his injections to not work they only lasted about a month I am still very very angry that I paid for those fat injections under the eyes and he never gave them to me and what do I do I open up Instagram yesterday and he's putting Botox underneath some girls eyes and I said to him is this what you're doing and charging me 9000 and not even giving it to me ?! Shame

Dr. Kassir is an amazing surgeon! I had my rhino/septoplasty 6 months ago. I visited with many surgeons, but I was never fully confident until I met with Dr. Kassir. Dr Kassir delivered on my hopes & expectations. It takes an artistic eye to deliver the stunning work that Dr. Kassir does for his patients. I experienced a lot of anxiety immediately after the cast was removed. I saw a nose that was more upturned than I wanted after cast removal, however as weeks passed by after surgery and swelling decreased, my nose began revealing its new shape and I’m now very happy with my result. Patience is such a vital part of the healing process, the full results come with time. Not only did he give me a nose which is aesthetically beautiful, but he greatly improved my breathing function as well. I think Dr. Kassir is very honest, makes you feel comfortable and is fantastic at what he does. I would recommend him because he cares for his patients and provides stunning work.

Dr. Kassir is an extraordinary plastic surgeon & incomparable to all others! This man has changed my life. l have suffered from severe migraines, had facial pain, and couldn't breathe from the left side of my nose for as long as I can remember. Nasal surgery is something I should have had done a long time ago but being a basic stubborn Italian woman, I was always too afraid. The thought of walking into something I've never had done before and walking out knowing I was going to look different was unsettling. But all my worries went away the minute I met Dr. Kassir! He is the most talented plastic surgeon and a true perfectionist. What Michael Angelo is to painting, Dr. Kassir is to noses! I consulted with Dr. Kassir about fixing my very badly deviated septum that allowed airflow out of one nostril only for years. Went to countless other doctors and they informed me that this procedure would not guarantee results and my breathing problems could be made worse. Dr. Kassir was the most thorough, caring, and knowledgeable doctor that believed in his work immensely, yet at the same time will not just tell you what you want to hear. He is confident, talented, and the only doctor that could ever fix this problem for me. From start to finish, I was treated with dignity, respect, and would not put my life in any other doctor's hands after this experience. Within a week after my procedure, my breathing was already better than before surgery. Within two weeks, my breathing was so clear and open I was able to taste better, sleep better, and headaches were GONE! Not only did Dr. Kassir fix my deviated septum, but he had straightened out my nostrils and opened up each side so the appearance of my nose was symmetrical and even. I am forever grateful for Dr. Kassir and his team, the work that they do, and the honesty that is not found elsewhere. Fast forward six months, my nose is completely healed, with perfect breathing, and the look I had always wanted. Please do not waste your time with other doctors. If you are serious about any procedure, consult Dr. Kassir. He is THE man.

Well first I JUST left Dr.Kassir’s office for a follow up on my rhinoplasty (9 months post op) and I left with out even seeing him. Pictures were taken and I was told to wait for him in the room. Over an hour goes by and not one but two of his employees asked me what I was there for. Really ?? No communication apparently with staff. I have been EXTREMELY NICE AND PATIENT with my recovery and now I’ve had enough. I’m then told he is still in surgery. They do not know how to schedule properly between consults, follow ups, and surgery. I left. Now onto my actual rhinoplasty. To say I’m unhappy would be an understatement. I have a collapsed nostril, nose looks slightly slanted to me amongst other issues. Aesthetically I am NOT happy. I loved my digital imaging and my nose looks nothing like what I was proposed. One of my main concerns was my bulbous tip and pretty much still have the same issue. Some of the closest people to me didn’t even think I had it done. Front profile is not good. Side profile is for sure better and an improvement. BUT I didn’t save my money for a mediocre surgery. My nose isn’t symmetrical. Right side looks better then left in certain angles. Thought I picked the right doctor and office but now I regret it. What’s funny is that I have a friend who went to him. Her nose looks great but I think for every happy patient there is an unhappy patient (I’ve spoken to two people who feel the same way I do that went to him). For sure didn’t get his “designer nose” he so highly speaks about on his Instagram. I spent A LOT of money for this surgery which I didn’t mind bc I trusted Dr. Kassir would give me the nose I always wanted and it’s the furthest from it.

I always wanted my nose done and had came across Dr. Kassir in the past. When my sport ended, I started my search again and he remained prominent in my search so i decided on a consultation. Before going, I read some bad reviews about the office but when I went to the appointment, my parents and i fell in love. Dr. Kassir is charming yet very genuine. He does not sugar coat. Dr. Kassir is very thorough and pleasant and his staff is very educated and kind. He gave me a photoshopped idea and emphasized that it is just an idea. You never really know with plastic surgery so I lowered my expectations of course but when the splint came off, i was brought to tears. He nailed it. So amazing. I had mentioned to him that I did not want a small Dr. Seuss character nose and so, he maintained my ethnic look while also showing me what needed to be changed to achieve facial balance. The day of the cast removal, I had people waiting for my arrival at school and they all cheered when I walked in because they were so impressed. Later that day, my dad saw it and, from a distance, immediately commented on how much bigger my smile is and how it opened up my face. Everyone comments on how drastic my profile change is ***which is asked for and indicated special attention towards*** yet also how natural it all looks. I was not nervous for this process at all because he made me so comfortable and meeting with him gave me so much confidence in him. I HAD NO BRUISING AT ALL and i attribute this to their carefully crafted pre op vitamin instructions and more importantly, Dr. Kassir’s experience, up to date learning and newer techniques. A lot of people ask me if it hurt or if I was in pain and my answer is always NO. I am even shocked by these questions because they seem to common whereas my experience was I was able to go out with friends 2 days after surgery. Furthermore, I LOOK FORWARD to check ups/ seeing Dr. Kassir and his staff!!!! If you are looking to do cosmetic surgery, specifically septo/rhinoplasties, I can only pray you use him. This is your guy for sure!!! And remember, he specializes in those procedures so be smart with your decision. I was decently confident before but this has brought a whole new GLOW of happiness to me and my life.

I had rhinoplasty in December 2017. My nose looks so much better and I can breathe! Every morning I wake up, I can’t believe how great it feels to breathe out of both nostrils. I traveled to see Dr Kassir because of his excellent post op results. I am still healing-my nose just feels a little stiff in the tip area. But the results were obvious at about 2 months after the procedure. Dr Kassir is a very skilled surgeon who can see what looks best for each individual. And he also listens-I gave him pictures of noses I admire and he used them to sculpt the nose I have now. If my daughter is interested in getting hers done, I will be bringing her to Dr Kassir. I waited a very long time to do my nose and spent a lot of time doing extensive research to find what I thought was the perfect doctor. After tons of research, I selected "instagram" fame, and surgeon to the reality stars, Dr. Kassir. I explained to Dr. Kassir I wanted my profile touched up a bit, to make my nose smaller and a tip revision for my bulbous nose. I wanted a delicate nose. He “yes’ed” me to death.They dupe you by telling you someone’s surgery got rescheduled & there is one availability left. If you don’t book immediately, you won’t be able to get surgery for another year. Big mistake!!! It’s a lie. Immediately after surgery, I was extremely swollen and very bruised. I could not breathe from my right nostril. After taking the cast off, I explained to Dr. Kassir I was having a lot of trouble breathing. He said it was because I was swollen and there were still tons of stitches inside my nose. I showed him how my entire right nostril was blocked with what appeared to be cartilage surrounded by stitches. I also expressed my concern about the tip of nose looking very crooked. He insisted it still needed to heal. So I waited. Every follow up appointment was a nightmare. The wait time was over two hours for 10 Mins of his time. I guess once he has your money, you are no longer a priority. Each time I explained I couldn't breathe. Each time, he insisted I was still swollen. He just kept injecting me with steroids and told me my swelling would subside. He told me to wait at least a year to see the final results. It became so aggravating and I felt it was a constant waste of time. I am a mom and I also work full time. I couldn't keep wasting 2-3 hours of my time just to get nowhere. A year later, I finally called the office in anger and insisted he see me. I explained I could not breathe from my right nostril and my nose was crooked. After a few days, he agreed to see me. I showed him the huge piece of cartilage surrounded by stitches inside my right nostril. He agreed to do the removal in an in-office procedure and had his office assistant schedule me for an appointment. I also explained he left my crooked and he insisted once this "procedure" was done, it would fix the problem. The day of the in-office procedure, I waited over two hours to see him. He did the in-office procedure and it was uncomfortable. I didn't care, I just wanted to breathe again and hopefully have a straight nose. Again I was swollen and my nose looked horrible. I gave it time to heal and noticed although my breathing was slightly better, my tip was still crooked. I again expressed my concern and was told to give it time to heal. I went to see Dr. Kassir yet again two years after my surgery. When he walked into the room, he asked what we were doing today and suggested I do my nose and my lips. Are you kidding me???? He did my nose two years prior!!! I spent over $10,000 and now had a crooked nose. I explained my nose was never crooked, just bulbous . He told me he could not do anything bc I was pregnant but suggested I still do lip fillers. Disgusting!! Two years after giving birth to my second child and again I gave it one last opportunity. I went to see Dr. Kassir yet again. He stated he could not do anything. I showed him how crooked my nose was and he agreed. He suggested I contour with makeup or he could inject my nose with a filler for a cost. I was shocked and appalled. I gave this man over $10,000 to do my nose and the options he's giving me are contour with makeup or pay him to inject a temporary filler. After expressing how upset I was, he said I could do another rhinoplasty but I would have to pay again. Really???? Pay the man who ruined my nose to ruin my nose again. I told him absolutely not. Then he suggested I go through my insurance to see if they would cover the costs. He told me even if my insurance did cover it, I would have to pay a high deductible. WHAT A SCAM!!! FRAUD!

I wish I had gone to Dr. Kassir for my 1st 2 surgeries. He fixed the other surgeons mistakes which wasn't cheap, but what reconstruction is? I still have some remaining issues from my 1st 2 surgeries with the other doctor I had seen before, but so far i'm happy. I highly recommend him as a surgeon for reconstruction & if you're lucky enough to have not made the mistake I made, go to him 1st!!! Do not look for budgets when doing a surgery or anything to do with your body.

I was terrified of having this surgery. But Dr. Kassir has changed a lifetime of self consciousness and poor self esteem. He is a rhinoplasty master. Saying he is skilled is an understatement. He also calmed my nerves with ease and knowledge. (I must of asked a hundred questions.) Some say he is too expensive, but you get what you paid for. A friend of mine went to a different surgeon, less expensive, for the same procedure. She is currently scheduling a consult with Dr. Kassie to correct the horrible job the other doctor did. I met with Dr.Kassir for a rhinoplasty consultation today. I am so happy that I went! He is such a great person and surgeon. He was very helpful in showing me before and what would be "after" pictures of myself, previous patients comparisons, and showing me videos of cases similar to mine. He answered all my questions, and concerns, even recommended the non-surgical nose job which is less $ and an option people have if you want results right away. I personally choose to save up the money and return when I am ready because I truly feel confident in his work as a surgeon. Also I loved that Dr.Kassir is very down to earth, welcoming and just the overall customer service was great from the moment I walked in. The experience was beyond my expectations and really made me feel confident in my decision to pursue this and get a nose job. I look forward to one day being under Dr.Kassir's care. Absolutely horrible experience. First of all it was my first ever ' plastic surgery' salon visit ever, so I was extremly nervous and shy due to my imperfections. My consultation (cool sculpting on abdomen and " love handles") went well although I was surprised that I didnt see the doctor just an " assistant". On the day of appt i was called that they running 30 mins late, not a big deal....actually when i arrived it took additional 2 hours of extra wait in tacky, white jeweled tufted furniture lobby watching same video over and over how big of celebrity Dr. Kassir is. Absolutely noone, noone came to me to make sure im ok. After 1h 30 min i kindly asked lady at the window " what is going on", she said that they still cleaning after previous client.... Finally im in! Another doctor showed up...Dr.M....... he asked brief questions....he was ready to take a pics " before".... and i just told him i lost 35 lb ( at this point im 5.11, 156lb), he tells me i need to loose so much more. I blocked negativity, lets finally start the process. Oh and by the way where s famous Dr. Kassir I booked the appt with??? Im waiting in the room Dr. Kassir arrived, he walked in, still holding his hand on the door knob asked " you Greek, children?, oh you ll have great results". He left. ( by the way Im not Greek) That was it. Never seen Dr. Kassir ever again. Procedure was simple but extremly painful when Dr. M had to massage the bulge back I felt i will pass out , not mentioning during entire process of cool sculpting ( 2h) noone check on me...oh maybe last 10 mins when girl ( no wearing uniform), so I don't think she was a nurse, brought snack...chips, cookies etc.... Hello? Im getting cool sculpting - do i really need chips and cookies????????? No explanation of after care. Next 6 weeks i was in such a pain, noone called from the office to check on me. Would leave 0 stars if I could!!! I stumbled upon Dr. Kassir in 2014 while looking for an “experienced” plastic surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty (worst mistake of my life). I was more than excited to book a consultation and get information regarding the surgery and what it would entail. My first impression should have been a red flag. The woman who set up my surgery for me did not belong in a plastic surgery office, let alone anyone else that represents his business. I was never told the price of my surgery upfront. Instead, it took weeks and being called late at night by his partner “Dr. M” (extremely unprofessional and very unsure if this person is even an MD) to get an actual price of the surgery and set up a date. I was naive and decided to go through with booking the surgery anyway. In December 2014 I had the surgery done. Anytime I had a follow up appointment I was stuck waiting for atleast 45 minutes. I guess once they have your money you’re no longer of importance to them or if you’re not a RHONJ ...good luck. Anyway, as my nose started to heal I noticed some major imperfections that I was unhappy with. And yes, plastic surgery is unpredictable, however, the way my nose appeared after spending $12,000 was UNACCEPTABLE. A big indent on one side of my nose and my tip was very uneven. After explaining my concern to Dr. Kassir, he was eager to have me pay more money out of pocket and book a date to fix it without explaining what he would even do to it. I was desperate to have my nose fixed and agreed to pay $1,000 for the “facility.” I was told the surgery would take place in the surgical suite of Wayne Surgical Center, which was what I paid for. Much to my surprise, my revision surgery was done under local anesthesia in the room they do cool sculpting in. Sterile right? After recently graduating from nursing school I would have NEVER allowed myself to be operated on under those conditions. But I was so unhappy with the way my nose looked after my initial surgery I went through with it anyway. Months go by and I realize my nose looks the same if not worse. My nostril was still very crooked and pointy on one side. I don’t think it was ever fixed, if anything Dr. Kassir created more scar tissue in my nose and it looked worse than before. Now I am furious. More money and more time spent away from work hiding in my house. A year goes by and I explain to Dr. Kassir that my tip is still crooked after months of healing. Once again, eager to take more of my money and attempt to fix it, this time with an attitude. I was told I had to pay $1,500 for the surgical room again. He decided to do an open rhinoplasty under local anesthesia in the same dirty, non-sterile environment. I am so ashamed of myself for giving him the chance to fix my nose a third time. My nose will never be the same and it’s next to impossible to find someone able to fix this mess Dr. Kassir created. Please spend your time researching someone who is more qualified and more professional.

I wanted to wait before I submitted my review, to be very fair and also because I thought Dr. Kassir was charming and seemed like he cared. I use the word “seemed” very loosely. I had my procedure done in October 2016. I had to have a correction and that was done in October 2017. It has now been 1 year and 4 months, so I think it’s safe to say that I’ve been more than generous on waiting this long. I would never recommend Dr. Kassir. During my consultation I felt as if I was important and cared for. The moment I gave my payments, I felt unimportant. I always felt rushed and was given false promises. I won’t go into the nightmare regarding billing and how clueless the staff is (except Caley, she was an absolute gem). If it weren’t for her, I would’ve exploded a long time ago. She was the only individual that genuinely cared and knew what she was doing and talking about. Dr. Kassir hyped me up and my procedure. He always rushed my appointments and would discuss topics that were unrelated to my procedure. I had a septoplasty done. You would think being he’s a known name and the promises he made, he’d commit to what he said but that didn’t happen. My right nostril was collapsing and completely uneven and caused me more trouble breathing. I mean, think about it, right nostril collapsing, it doesn’t sound and nor was it fun. We scheduled surgery to correct it. The crazy part is no matter how many times I’d ask what was being done or going to take place. I never got a straight answer. So, when my friends and family would ask me what did he do? I legit had no idea how to respond. Hence, why I used the word charming in the beginning. Dr. Kassir has this way of charming his way and go off topic and make you forget what your issue was that you were questioning. Fast forward to my post op, I complained about this now new bump I seemed to have on the nostril he corrected. He said that’s normal and it’ll go down “but doesn’t it look great” – constantly deflecting. I told myself to wait before I flipped out and give it the proper healing time before I did and before I’d leave a review. We are now in February 2019 (1 year and 4 months alter). I still have the bump and my nostrils are uneven. I would LOVE to know what I paid for this time around. He made money off of me and insurance. I didn’t care or question it at the time because I wanted my procedure to go well and the end result to be beautiful. But that didn’t happen and it infuriates me that he’ll act like your friend and charm his way just for a buck! I could have gone to someone else to correct this or had it done right the first time! Please DO NOT waste your time or fall for his charm. I wish I hadn’t. I would’ve been fine with my previous look had I known he’d make me look worse and now I have a complex about it because I have a bump in photos.

Dr. Kassir modified my nose beautifully! I have always been happy with my front appearance, but unhappy with my side due to bump & droop. I was so nervous to make any changes because although I wanted improvements, I still wanted to look like me. I wasn't sure my goal was achievable, and Dr.Kassir exceeded my expectations. I really look like me still, just better. While everyone heals differently, I will share some details on my healing experience: 28 yrs old. Surgery date: 12/21/18. No prescription pain meds & no Tylenol needed. First day was stuffy because of nose packing which is removed the day following the procedure. Once packing was removed, I was able to gently breathe in and feel air pass through - I was also able to taste and smell again. The rest of the week was just a waiting game. I have had my splint off for 1 day thus far. I am no longer 'mouth breathing' and my airways are feeling more open and healed every day. I am 23 years old and my rhinoplasty was in August of 2018. I had wanted this procedure since I was 16. I am writing this review because I chose not to share my pictures for my own privacy (which Dr.Kassir and the staff were very understanding and respectful of). I had consultations with surgeons over the years and never felt comfortable enough to follow through with them because I didn’t want to alter the center feature of my face and regret it. I found Dr. Kassir’s Instagram page and when I realized he was local to me and I was a fan of his work, i scheduled a FaceTime consultation with a staff member, then a consultation with the doctor, and booked my surgery for two months later. Additionally, I had THREE references who had rhinoplasties done by Dr. Kassir and I followed through their process and was really impressed with their results, which just added to my confidence in choosing Dr. Kassir. I was so confident in his abilities that I never showed him specific pictures of what I desired. He knew exactly what fit my face and how to make it look natural. I would describe the first two days with the packing as only mildly uncomfortable, and the rest of the process was smooth sailing from there. I had almost no bruising (just a faint triangle shaped bruised under my right eye). My nose is still continuing to go down in swelling and it’s been so exciting to watch it transform into what I wanted. I should add that I was worried that the odd shape of the tip of my nose was unable to be sculpted and perfected..but I am SOOO happy with the results. My parents felt uncomfortable with me telling other family members so I only told friends and my immediate family. The shape is so natural and fitting that my aunts and cousins have been complimenting me more lately, but have no idea that I had a procedure done. I highly recommend Dr.Kassir and his staff. He has plenty of examples to show his work is worth the travel or expenses for a focal point on your face to enjoy for the rest of your life. I feel a lot less self conscious about my profile and recommend his services to all my close friends. This is the first internet review I have ever written for anything, and I do it happily because I didn’t want to share my photos, but I truly want people to skip the process of searching for a trustworthy and qualified physician for several years. My rhinoplasty journey commenced 4 years ago. I waited a very long time to do my nose and spent a lot of time doing extensive research to find what I thought was the perfect doctor. After tons of research, I selected "instagram" fame, and surgeon to the reality stars, Dr. Kassir. I explained to Dr. Kassir I wanted my profile touched up a bit, to make my nose smaller and a tip revision for my bulbous nose. I wanted a delicate nose. He "yes'ed" me to death.They dupe you by telling you someone's surgery got rescheduled & there is one availability left. If you don't book immediately, you won't be able to get surgery for another year. Big mistake!!! It's a lie. The day of the surgery was horrible! The anesthesiologists were rude and Unprofessional. Dr. Kassir arrived late. I didn't have the opportunity to talk about what I wanted. I felt rushed& had a bad feeling. After taking the cast off, I explained to Dr. Kassir I was having a lot of trouble breathing. He said it was because I was swollen and there were still tons of stitches inside my nose. I showed him how my entire right nostril was blocked with what appeared to be cartilage surrounded by stitches. I also expressed my concern about the tip of nose looking very crooked. He insisted it still needed to heal. So I waited. Every follow up appointment was a nightmare. The wait time was over 2hours for 10 Mins of his time. I guess once he has your money, you are no longer a priority. Each time I explained I couldn't breathe. Each time, he insisted I was still swollen. He just kept injecting me with steroids and told me my swelling would subside. He told me to wait at least a year to see the final results. After a year of follow ups, I explained I could not breathe from my right nostril and my nose was crooked. I showed him the huge piece of cartilage surrounded by stitches inside my right nostril. He agreed to do the removal in an in-office procedure. I also explained he left my crooked and he insisted once this "procedure" was done, it would fix the problem. The day of the in-office procedure, I waited 2hours to see him. Again, I was swollen&my nose looked horrible. I gave it time to heal and noticed my nose was still crooked. I again expressed my concern &was told to give it time to heal. I went to see Dr. Kassir yet again 2years after my surgery. He suggested I do my lips. I explained I was pregnant & he said fillers were fine to do while pregnant. I was mortified and told him the reason I came to see him was not do fillers but rather because I hated my nose. I spent over $10,000 and now had a crooked nose. I explained my nose was never crooked, just bulbous . He told me he could not do anything because I was pregnant, which was understandable. What was not understandable was why he would suggest I do my lips while pregnant. Two years after giving birth to my second child, I went to see Dr. Kassir yet again. I showed him how crooked my nose was and he agreed. He suggested I contour with makeup or he could inject my nose with a filler for a cost. I was shocked and appalled. I gave this man over $10,000 to do my nose and the options he's giving me are contour with makeup or pay him to inject a temporary filler. After expressing how upset I was, he said I could do another rhinoplasty but I would have to pay again. Really???? Pay the man who ruined my nose to ruin my nose again. I told him absolutely not. Then he suggested I go through my insurance to see if they would cover the costs. He told me even if my insurance did cover it, I would have to pay a high deductible. WHAT A SCAM!!! FRAUD!!! DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE! THIS GUY DOES MORE BOTCH JOBS THAN GOOD JOBS! HE DOES A GOOD JOB AT TAKING MONEY AND DUPING HIS PATIENTS! SHAME ON YOU DOCTOR KASSIR!!! YOU HONESTLY RUINED MY FACE!

"You still look like yourself, just better". "Your profile looks amazing". Between consultations, pre-op, surgery, and follow ups I ended up visiting all three of Dr. Kassir's locations: New York, Ridgewood, and Wayne. All are great and offer exceptional service. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Maja, Astrit, and Nikolija are a few of the many professional and phenomenal staff members I dealt with. Just to summarize how above and beyond Dr. Kassir's staff goes; I met Maja during my first consultation and she was there every step of the way. She was on maternity leave the day of my procedure and still ended up driving up to Wayne surgical center to check on me! As for Dr. Kassir he is friendly, funny, listens to your wishes, and delivers amazing results. He is not just a surgeon, he is an artist, and a man with a big heart. Dr. Ramtin Kassir and his staff have been great throughout my entire experience. Even after losing weight, my chin and neck bothered me. In my consult, Dr Kassir decided an extra large chin implant and double chin liposuction would be best to shape my face- I 100% agreed.My chin implant is everything I wanted and more! It’s important to be able to ask as many questions as you want and Dr Kassir and his staff allowed me to feel comfortable to do that. Dr Kassir Preformed a rhinoplasty and corrected a very complicated deviated septum on my daughter. The results are absolutely amazing!!! My husband and I are both in medical/dental fields and live in Florida. When our daughter elected to have this surgery done we did our research and chose Dr Kassir because he is best in his field. Dr. Kassir saved my nose – and probably my career – after a terrifying case of necrosis. Following a septum surgery two years ago, my former surgeon recommended dermal filler in my nose to correct some nasal asymmetry. I had never received dermal filler before, but it seemed like a relatively simple procedure so I agreed. Following the Juvederm injections in my nose, the flesh turned black and my nose was covered in boils. I am a performer by trade, so you can imagine how horrified I was with necrosis in the center of my face. It was also an incredibly painful experience. I visited Dr. Kassir after weeks of research. Upon my initial consult my expectations were very low. I knew there was a good chance that the damage was irreversible. At this point I had a deep scar on the tip of my nose and lumpiness in my bridge from where my skin and tissue died from the complication. Let me add that I have two fine arts degrees, so I was hyper-aware of the asymmetry of my nose. This caused me to stop posting new content on YouTube, Twitch, and Instagram - three platforms which I make a portion of my income from. I additionally stopped physically going to auditions because my self-confidence was so low. I’m not implying that a casting director would pass judgement on my nose – but rather, my own insecurities were holding me back from getting to the audition room in the first place. Dr. Kassir had his reservations about my revision surgery, but he was up for the challenge. He made me feel so comfortable during a very traumatic time of my life. The surgery was painless. I am currently five days postop and my nose is already extraordinarily improved from its previous state. The outcome was better than I could have ever imagined. I will start by saying I had my Rhinoplasty done by Dr. Kassir less than two months ago, and I already love the results! It is still swollen, so I am very excited to see how it will change and continue to fit to my face over the next few months. He truly is an incredible surgeon. One word of advice - make sure to type out EXACTLY what you want and do not want changed, and bring pictures of people for reference. He sees many patients a day so it is important you are clear in what desired look you want. With that being said, I have to rate my overall experience as NOT top notch. He is such a well-respected surgeon, and I expected top notch staff as well. It is truly unfortunate that his entire team is incompetent. They were the reason I felt so utterly uneasy from start to finish - I was nervous enough to be having a procedure like this, and the added stress I am about to explain was uncanny. You choose a surgeon based on their incredible work, right? Well, Dr. Kassir's team makes me NOT want to recommend him - it is near embarrassing to refer a friend or relative if they end up going through a similar experience as mine. The staff including Nikolija, Caitlyn and Margaret made countless scheduling errors for dates and times of my visits, including the day of my actual surgery. The extreme disorganization resulted in a lot of unnecessary stress on my end. Araskya was another staff member. She cares about one thing and one thing only: to get you to book your surgery as soon as you arrive at your consultation before you even realize how much you're paying. I am a young individual, paying for this entirely on my own. My total for surgery was $16,500, and this included no breakdown on the price. All they did was take photos and had me sit down in the office - No examination nor specific questions asked on what I wanted done. I was shocked and felt completely rushed, especially after waiting over an hour to be seen. I then found out by a very good source that scheduling in New Jersey determines a lower price point, vs. New York City office. I called Araskya the following day and all she had to say to me was "There are no refunds." I was NOT asking for a refund, I was simply asking to switch the location of my procedure! With clearly no option, I had to stick to paying the higher amount and just trust that Dr. Kassir would do a beautiful job, no matter the cost. Paula was the ONLY helpful person I dealt with - she was the reason we were able to spot all of the inaccuracies of important information, including the scheduled appointment dates and times. She was able to effectively get someone to call me back for pre-op and/or post-op information, although it was never a same-day call back. I found it quite hard to believe that Dr. Kassir puts so much trust in Margaret taking on many roles in the office. She consistently was careless, rude, and unprofessional. She took off my splint and left 2 visible stitches on my nose! I had to go back to get those removed since they were on the outside! She had given me ZERO post-op instructions that day on top of it all. I thought I would at least get some verbal tips, if not a packet of some sort. This is a pretty serious surgery, your nose takes up your whole face... Why doesn't his team take it seriously? I understand that they must have an overwhelming number of patients, but it is their job to keep us feeling that we are in the best of hands and well informed. Honestly, the list goes on and on with disorganization and unprofessionalism... there was so much back and forth between myself and his team that all of it nearly ruined my experience. Dr. Kassir, for the excellent surgeon that you are, you need to hire professionals. Your team did not represent you with esteem or the knowledge your patients need, and in my opinion they are a poor representation of your practice.

If you are looking for the right surgeon, look no further - you found him! I went to Dr. Kassir for non-cosmetic sinus surgery/septoplasty. I had a severely deviated septum and one nostril was almost completely closed off, making it very difficult to breathe through my nose. There are many studies that show very important health benefits through clear nasal breathing and I knew I needed the operation for my health. I chose Dr. Kassir to do my surgery for a number of reasons. I have had previous surgeries for an autoimmune disease and I know the importance of having a great surgeon-I wanted no complications and a smooth operator. Surgery is not something to be taken lightly, especially when your face is involved. There are a lot of things you can short change in life, but surgery on your face is simply just not one of them. I did a lot of research to find the best of the best and that was Dr. Kassir, who is not a local Dr. for me, but well worth the drive. He is triple board certified and specializes in the operation that I was having. I had no pain with my surgery, little swelling and no bruising. The recovery was very easy and I know that’s attributed to his talent and experience. The appearance of my nose was not altered in any way, if anything it might be a little straighter than it was. Not only is he a talented surgeon, but also a great listener and a compassionate person. He is kind, easygoing and very professional. Dr. Kassir truly cares about the quality of his patient’s lives and it shows. My office visits were informative, educational and exactly what any patient would want out of an appointment. His office staff is the most friendly and helpful group I have ever seen, and I’ve been to a lot of Dr’s offices in my life. They made the process of my surgery a comfortable one and were always available for questions or concerns. I received calls from the office and surgical center after surgery to check in on my wellbeing and had several post op visits to ensure my healing. I went with Dr. Kassir because there was no doubt that he would do the best job, and he did. I highly recommend his practice.

Will he do a good job with your nose, most likely. But if you're looking for a more personal approach and someone who's actually going to consider what you want, look for another doctor. He barely looked at the pictures of the noses I brought (even though the girls in his office asked me to show them to him), and didn't really listen to what I wanted done (probably because he thinks he knows better anyway). In addition, no one really checked in on me or went over anything, before or after the surgery. They're more concerned with you signing all the paperwork and giving your permission to post before and after on their Instagram, than explaining do's and don't's before and after the surgery. I felt like I was alone the entire time and hoped that the result would be good, which likely it was. In addition to the nose job, I also had a lip lift, which left my lips looking exactly the same, plus I had a pretty big scar under my nose after the surgery. Luckily, I found another doctor in Florida, that specializes in lip lifts, and for the fraction of the price I paid to Kassir, he did a lip lift and a scar revision, and I am very happy with my lips and the entire experience in Florida. Dr. Kassir's office is way too overbooked, I had to wait for over 3 hours just for him to look at my nose for 2 min! Before, during and after the surgery, I felt like I was coming off a conveyor belt, just one of many of his patients, he didn't know who I was or what I wanted. Not what he wants you to believe if you look at his IG page.

I went to Dr Kassir because I had a previous rhinoplasty 6 years ago to correct my septum which ended up collapsing. Surgery was done last Friday and today I had the splint removed. There was no pain after surgery. Just a little bruising and of course some swelling. I love how it looks now and I’m sure it will look even better once the majority of the swelling has subsided and the best part is that I am able to breathe again. I had always been extremely insecure, uncomfortable, and lacking confidence in regards to the structure of my nose. In spite of that, I browsed for facial cosmetic surgeons online and happened to stumble upon Dr. Kassir, who appeared on my list of Youtube suggestions. Out of mere curiosity, I consulted him in hopes that he would be the one who'd exceed my desire to modify my nose. Such would be a lifelong physical, mental, and emotional landmark. One of which, I would carry for the rest of my life. It is abundantly gratifying to say that when Dr. Kassir promised he wouldn't disappoint, he delivered outstanding results. Where do I start?! I’m writing this review 10 days postop I’ve been wanting to get my nose done for as long as I can remember...I have never had any type of plastic surgery and always thought that I would probably not go through with it and just “live” with the nose I had - something I looked at every single day and always hated.... about 2 months ago something clicked in my head and I decided to finally go for it and I did lots of online research - I found dr. Kassir online and loved every single rhinoplasty “before and after” I saw on his site/instagram .... I made an appointment for a consultation. From the moment I met him and his staff I just felt so comfortable about the entire procedure and I felt in my gut that this was the doctor for me! I did not even feel the need to meet with any other surgeons. I was given a detailed vitamin regimen to follow a week prior to surgery to help assist with swelling and bruising - anytime I had any question or concern prior to and after surgery, his office staff was very quick to assist and respond (even after business hours) ... Fast forward 1 month and it’s the day of the surgery! Immediate Post surgery recovery (still recovering) was very uncomfortable as it was hard to breath from my nose and mouth breathing was in full affect for about 4-5 days; however, it was essentially painless!! It’s only 10 days postop for me but I am absolutely in love with my new nose ... I remember coming home the day that my splint was removed (6 days postop) and fighting back my tears of joy !! I still have some time to go until I see the final result (swelling needs to go down more); howeve, I am beyond happy with dr. Kassirs work thus far - he is truly an artist!

I have recently had a fabulous experience with Dr. Kassir and his team of highly experienced staff. From the moment I walked into his office I felt comfortable and invited. Dr. Kassir does a fabulous job of explaining what he does. His staff are kind and knowledgeable. They were accommodating to my mom and I during my preoperative and postoperative appointments. Some people have complained on here about waiting a long time to see him. I waited about 45 minutes to meet with him. To me that was not an issue. (I’ve waited years to to do this I can wait another hour) This office has clients from all over the WORLD. They do not over book they simply have surgery’s/ procedures going on EVERYDAY. To me that shows how skilled Dr. Kassir and his team are in their field of work. Dr Kassir recently performed my rhinoplasty operation, before that I had never had any type of surgery or been put under anesthesia, and for that reason I was really nervous leading up to the surgery. From the moment I walked in on operation day I was put at ease, by the time I was ready to be taken back into the operating room dr Kassir had calmed all of my nerves and answered all my questions. He said it would be like going to sleep and waking back up and it was exactly that! Dr Kassir and his staff were so transparent with the surgery and my recovery that I was left wondering about a single detail. The first night was a little rough, I would say a 3-4 on pain scale of 10. After the first night it just felt like a cold for the next few days, which is definitely worth it for the end result. Now I have the nose I always wanted, it’s even better than what I imagined it to be, and I’ve only had my cast off one day! Both dr. Kassir’s (he and his wife) clearly have a passion for what they do, and treat every patient as if they are the only one. I can’t say enough good things about my experience and highly recommend for any procedure!

Dr. Kassir is the best. I was afraid of getting any surgeries, first because my skin tend to no heal well, second I don't tolerate pain much, but he knew exactly what to do. The experience I had and continue to have is the absolute BEST. I had issues with my nose; I didn't love the appearance of my nose, I lost the sense of smell, I was CONSTANTLY sneezing, had runny nose, and constant headaches. Dr Kassir IS THE BEST OF THE BEST! I am less than 2 weeks post septoplasty/rhinoplasty. I was back to regularly working out at CrossFit just 8 days after surgery. I have very little swelling and no more bruising. I have no pain. I had polyps removed and sinuses repaired as well. On post-op day 2, I was able to take a deep breath through my nostrils for the first time in my whole life. I was a mouth breather due to my collapsed nostril and crooked septum. Dr.Kassir is an angel on earth surgeon. I came with a broken nose after falling off my bike. From the moment I spoke to the first person at this clinic to today I have felt supported and directed. Paula answered the phone and set up my consult. Caitlyn told me her own story about her nose breaking and I felt really at ease. After then I met Dr.Kassir, and he spoke to my daughter right away. I felt he had a bigger picture in mind and he's not just doing nose jobs but to make people happy. He has foresight and amazing perspective; i felt like he knew what's best for both of us because of the way he spoke about the procedure and options. Maya calmed me a lot before the surgery. In the OR the nurse was so sweet; before I went in she calmed me a lot because I was really anxious. She was like a mother Theresa. The anesthesiologist was amazing she was so smart and told me something that no one told me before I've had anesthesia. I usually don't take pain killers because of nausea and she explained that if you drink a lot of water you won't get naseau. She helped me feel less nausea to recover from the anesthesia to flush it out (I thought you weren't allowed to right after). I get out of surgery and even after two childbirths this was the first time hearing this. My nose looks sharper and I came in an emergency situation but wanted to look like me and natural. The doctor tweaked it, made me look like me, but somehow made me feel even more beautiful with small changes I asked for. It always felt like I was taken care of. He gave me exactly what I asked for. I'm loosing weight so a lot of people didn't realize I had anything done! My family who did see thinks my nose looks great.
