I have know dr Kassir since 2012. A wonderful dr. With great talent. I have just gone through a face lift with local anesthesia, I didn’t feel any thing. I originally met with Dr. Kassir 3 years ago for a rhinoplasty consultation and although I felt very confident in his abilities then, I simply wasn't emotionally ready to undergo the procedure. Now, 3 years later, having gone through the surgery, I say to myself, "Why did I wait so long?" I could not be happier with the results of my rhinoplasty. My greatest fear was that I would look completely different; that I would lose my ethnic look, but that wasn't the case at all. The results were so natural that those who were not close to me did not notice that I had any work done at all. What I did hear a lot of was, "wow, you look amazing!" , "Are you doing something different with your make-up?" "You look younger!" The results are truly perfect. Dr. Kassir is not only a highly skilled surgeon, but he is an artist who is passionate about the work that he does. He takes his time to sit with you and thoroughly explain the procedure and what you can and should expect. His staff is also very helpful. There were times when I would e-mail his receptionist Jamie daily and she would get back to me within the hour. The staff truly make you feel comfortable and they go out of their way to accommodate you.. My nose is beautiful and for the first time in my life I can say this is the nose I was always meant to have. In reference to the actual surgery, it was really not painful at all. I was uncomfortable for a few days thereafter, but that is too be expected. I had some bruising, but within a week I was out and about and back to my normal routine. Dr. K provides you with specific instructions before and after surgery that definitely help to expedite the healing process. He will also be sure to see you frequently after surgery to be sure you are healing correctly. I recommend him wholeheartedly. He is responsible for the new and improved me =0)

My experience with Dr. Kassir and his staff has been superb! From the moment I walked in, his staff was welcoming, engaging and knowledgable. I found Dr. Kassir to be very professional, yet personable - friendly and made me feel at ease. I also had a friend who previously had rhinoplasty done by Dr. Kassir, so I was pretty confident in my choice. But after meeting with him and his staff, it further solidified my decision. After the procedure, I didn't experience pain - it feels more so like a constant headache/pressure the first day due to the packing. Once that was removed the next morning, I felt amazinggg! I had minimal bruising under my eyes (and honestly, with a healthier diet, I probably would have had even less, if any). I am incredibly happy with how my nose looks - I always thought my "old" nose was just slightly too big for my face and the bump on it became an obsession every time I would look in the mirror. He sculpted a nose that fits my face perfectly. I feel so much more confident and happy now!

I’m not rich or famous, but the consultation with Dr Kassir that Saturday morning I met him was everything I hoped for. He did talk to me because I wasn’t rich or because I wasn’t famous, I’m just a common girl with what WAS a nose insecurity. I was ready for a rhinoplasty no matter what and how much. For many years I’ve struggled with the insecurity of my nose. During those years I surfed the web browsing through countless Instagram accounts. I had been following Dr. Kassir on instagram for about two years and continuously saw his amazing before and after rhinoplasties. I finally went in for a consultantion and decided that he was the doctor I would instill my trust in. He automatically made me feel comfortable. He analyzed my nose and gave me suggestions on what to do with it. He edited my photo by listening to what I wanted to change. About two weeks before surgery I began taking the recommended vitamins and homeopathy in efforts to reduce bruising and inflammation post rhinoplasty. On the day of the procedure, I was excited and in disbelief that the day was finally here! When I was taken into the surgery room, the anesthesiologist greeted me along with nurse Jamie by my side. The anesthesiologist said I would feel a little dizzy so I layed down and what felt like two seconds, I was in the recovery room. After the surgery I had minimal bruising and swelling. I had absolutely no pain... none! Today I took off my cast and am so pleased with my results. The bump I was so insecure about is gone, the tip of my nose is smaller. I couldn’t be happier and I am eager to see how my nose will look weeks to months after today!

I have been fortunate enough to have been a patient of Dr. Ramtin Kassir for the past 8 years, during which time he maintained my appearance with fillers and botox. He was open and honest with me and reassured me that because I was graced with good skin, I needed nothing more during that time interval. However, we all age in spurts, and I was unhappy with facial changes that occurred over the last year, particularly around my eyes, which is a strong indicator of age. Dr. Kassir suggested that in lieu of spending money on fillers which are temporary, I might consider a facelift with fat transfer from my own body, which is more permanent. I toyed with the idea for over a year during which time Dr. Kassir answered my questions (and believe me, I had many). When Dr. Kassir showed me before and after photos of patients that had facial surgery, I was amazed. These women were younger versions of themselves. (The difference was comparable to mother and daughter) They were natural and looked refreshed, not the scary, overdone, unrecognizable types one often sees in Hollywood. I was convinced that despite my fears, I should do this. Any doubts that I had were heavily outweighed by my desire to look in the mirror and be satisfied with the image staring back at me. I had the procedure this past August. It took about 10 days before I ventured out in public, and not one person noticed that I had a facelift. Most said that I looked great and questioned if I had changed my hair. Thank you Dr. Kassir.

Terrible. I went for rhinoplasty and my nose is not symmetrical. The dr was just supposed to remove the bump but instead he broke it and made my nose wider than it was! At least if it was symmetrical I wouldn't be so uncomfortable with my appearance. I asked multiple times and all that was offered were getting fillers!! This dr doesn't stand behind his work and I want people to know because there are so many other choices. I wish I never did anything. Don't waste your $$$$!

Dr Kassir is a great MD. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a nose revision done prior and was not satisfied. He took his time explaining everything that was wrong with the prior surgery and what he was going to do to fix it. I was concerned about the procedure. There was No pain, minimal bruising and little swelling after my 3 hour procedure. His Staff are friendly and always welcomed me with a smile. I would highly recommend Dr Kassir.

Had rhinoplasty 10/9/18 and now on 10/14 I have my cast off and it looks good! Not even a week later and I am ready to go back to my daily activities. I had no pain after surgery, only some discomfort only after the first day of surgery due to the stuffing inside of my nose, once that was removed, I felt great. YOU HAVE TO READ THIS if you want the best facial plastic surgeon in NY/NJ! I was 17 when I first went to Dr. Kassir's in 2001 for a broken nose, and had an excellent experience. The surgery went well and I had a beautiful new nose. Over the next few years I started losing my hair because my father and uncle went bald in their 20's. By the time I was 26, I'd lost most of my hair and looked 40. I was depressed, lost my self confidence and felt so sad. So my father told me to go to Dr. Kassir and speak to him about hair transplants. Needless to say I had my first procedure in june of 2011 when he transplanted over 2000 hairs and created a very natural hairline for me. By christmas time I had significant growth of hair (it takes that long for the transplanted hairs to grow) and my confidence back. I have a great job now, a wonderful girlfriend, and have since moved to Florida. When I go to get my hair cut no one knows I've had anything done! I recently went back to NJ/NY to have a second session performed, and this time we did over 1800 grafts. I can't thank Dr. Kassir enough for his great work and giving me my self esteem back. I did a non surgical rhino with Dr Kassir before my wedding. I wanted to address some areas I was not happy with, after undergoing rhinoplasty surgery (elsewhere) a few years ago. I wasn’t sure if there was anything I could do non-surgically to address the droopy tip I was left with, which made me extremely self conscious (specifically in photos). I had an amazing experience at Dr Kassir! I had been thinking of doing rhinoplasty for many years and had gone to a few surgeons before him for consults. So here's my story: I'm Pakistani, and was unhappy with the bump of top of my nose, and the tip which droops while smiling. Always took pictures with my right side of face (which looked a tad bit better). I also had a deviated septum. I did extensive research on finding the best doctor for this procedure. As this is the person who will alter/shape a part of your face - which can't be hidden. I came across Dr. Kassir, he's not only a plastic surgeon who does Rhinoplasty and other cosmetic procedures. He's an ENT, and triple board certified. So, after scheduling my consultation in the beginning of March. I was sold. I felt super comfortable with the staff and the Dr. Kassir. All of my questions were answered without being rushed. I ended up scheduling my surgery for March 17th. Dr. Kassir did a closed septorhinoplasty. I'm now 3 1/2 weeks post op and the bruising is gone, I can breathe better and most importantly,the hump is gone. I love my new nose, the side profiles are amazing !! - I'll definitely recommend Dr. Kassir to anyone contemplating a Septorhinoplasty.

Had me waiting for over an hour in a tiny hot room while he took care of a more "important" patient which was one of the real housewives of New Jersey. When he finally got to see me he told me that the filler for my Non surgical nose job would be 1,800 for a filler that would only last me 6 months!! Unbelievable. So I told him I could not afford that so he said he would just do the tip of my nose for 1,000. So I decided to do that since I made the trip all the way there. Made me wait even MORE time in the tiny hot room, then finally came back in to do my filler with NO numbing cream!! He did not care at all. So after he put the TINY drop of filler in my nose which wasn't even worth 1,000 dollars cause he said he can only do the tip for 1,000 and not anything else, I went home and not even 2 and a half weeks later my nose went back to its original state. What a waste of money. Could have gotten the same procedure for UNDER 1,000 somewhere else for the full syringe instead of such a small amount.

Let me first start by saying that I am 34 years old and I've always had anxiety. However, right after I had my daughter and lost all my baby weight, I began to notice my nose. It was all I could see when I looked in the mirror. So, I finally decided I wanted to get a nose job but the thought of surgery scared me so much that I went seeking an alternative. Being the nervous nelly that I am, I did a lot of research and saw Dr. Kassir's before and after photos online plus he was recommended to me by friends and family members. I also saw that he used the safest and effective fillers available which eased my mind. Thank goodness I chose him because the results he achieved without surgery are what I expected with surgery! My mother asked me if I contoured my nose when she saw me a few days after the procedure so that's exactly the kind of results I was seeking - subtle, yet different enough that it's a noticeable change for the better. I would highly recommend this procedure and only this doctor to perform it if you're like me, on the fence about getting a surgical nose job or you have anxiety about anesthesia or surgery or whatever it is that bothers you. If I ever do muster up my courage and go through with surgery, I will trust my nose to no one but Dr. Kassir! He definitely gives natural looking results and I experienced no pain or bruising. I wanted to wait before I submitted my review, to be very fair and also because I thought Dr. Kassir was charming and seemed like he cared. I use the word “seemed” very loosely. I had my procedure done in October 2016. I had to have a correction and that was done in October 2017. It has now been 1 year and 4 months, so I think it’s safe to say that I’ve been more than generous on waiting this long. I would never recommend Dr. Kassir. During my consultation I felt as if I was important and cared for. The moment I gave my payments, I felt unimportant. I always felt rushed and was given false promises. I won’t go into the nightmare regarding billing and how clueless the staff is (except Caley, she was an absolute gem). If it weren’t for her, I would’ve exploded a long time ago. She was the only individual that genuinely cared and knew what she was doing and talking about. Dr. Kassir hyped me up and my procedure. He always rushed my appointments and would discuss topics that were unrelated to my procedure. I had a septoplasty done. You would think being he’s a known name and the promises he made, he’d commit to what he said but that didn’t happen. My right nostril was collapsing and completely uneven and caused me more trouble breathing. I mean, think about it, right nostril collapsing, it doesn’t sound and nor was it fun. We scheduled surgery to correct it. The crazy part is no matter how many times I’d ask what was being done or going to take place. I never got a straight answer. So, when my friends and family would ask me what did he do? I legit had no idea how to respond. Hence, why I used the word charming in the beginning. Dr. Kassir has this way of charming his way and go off topic and make you forget what your issue was that you were questioning. Fast forward to my post op, I complained about this now new bump I seemed to have on the nostril he corrected. He said that’s normal and it’ll go down “but doesn’t it look great” – constantly deflecting. I told myself to wait before I flipped out and give it the proper healing time before I did and before I’d leave a review. We are now in February 2019 (1 year and 4 months alter). I still have the bump and my nostrils are uneven. I would LOVE to know what I paid for this time around. He made money off of me and insurance. I didn’t care or question it at the time because I wanted my procedure to go well and the end result to be beautiful. But that didn’t happen and it infuriates me that he’ll act like your friend and charm his way just for a buck! I could have gone to someone else to correct this or had it done right the first time! Please DO NOT waste your time or fall for his charm. I wish I hadn’t. I would’ve been fine with my previous look had I known he’d make me look worse and now I have a complex about it because I have a bump in photos.

I consulted several physicians concerning operations on my deviated nose for better breathing, getting a nose job, and doing a facelift at the same time. When I consulted with Dr Kassir, he listened to my concerns with one hundred percent focus, and took ample time to answer my questions. Let me explain… Five years ago, I took the acne medication, Accutane. My family advised me not to. I really didn’t have much acne, but thought to myself… maybe I will never get a pimple or a blackhead ever again! The result of taking the controversial drug, left me with an entire face of thick, bumpy acne scars, which I did not have before taking the medication. I literally looked like Pinhead from the movie Hellraiser. And from what I’ve researched online- there are many people that this happened to, as a result of taking Accutane. Dr. Kassir is not only a gifted surgeon but a truly caring doctor. I have met very few doctors that are concerned about their patients so personally. I would recommend Dr Kassir to everyone and anyone that I could. My own mother gave her blessing to Dr Kassir for my rhinoplasty after having undergone surgery with him herself. When my father was diagnosed with cancer and needed facial biopsy’s we immediately called Dr Kassir. He did not hesitate and immediately had my petrified father come in. My dad left after the procedure raving about Dr. Kassir despite being petrified of all things medical. Aside from Dr. Kassir’s caring personality, he produces not only amazing results but 100% natural results. I have kept this rhinoplasty quiet from many critical family members and friends. Not one of these people suspected or have since suspected that I have had a surgery. Dr. Kassir has also never met or has never seen photos of my younger sister (perfect nose! I unfortunately suffered from multiple sports injuries!) after my nose has fully healed my sister mentions how freaked out she is that we have the identical nose. I, as a business owner, would NEVER recommend such unprofessional service that is displayed by the manager of Dr. Kassir's office. Today was the first time i went to the office in Wayne, i called on my way in to be sure he was running on time. The anwer was "yes". i drove 45 minutes to the office and not only was he not even there but i waited and waited with out ANY answers. Left in an empty office by myself. After 1 HOUR i finally said where is he"? The staff nor the RUDE office manager were capable of any accomodations or answers. I was astonished on the lack of interest dispayed by this "manager". She was only ignorant and RUDE. Never once was assistance of any sort answered. I have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner in my life. She was like "oh well, he's busy somewhere else, i'll schedule another appointment". No apology at all. I don't know about you, but i am a working mother with about 2 hours a week to myself and my biggest regret was wasting it sitting in an empty office full of IGNORANT INCOMPETENT staff. My rhinoplasty journey commenced 4 years ago. I waited a very long time to do my nose and spent a lot of time doing extensive research to find what I thought was the perfect doctor. After tons of research, I selected "instagram" fame, and surgeon to the reality stars, Dr. Kassir. I explained to Dr. Kassir I wanted my profile touched up a bit, to make my nose smaller and a tip revision for my bulbous nose. The day of the surgery was horrible! The anesthesiologists were extremely rude and talking about Botox. Completely unprofessional. Dr. Kassir arrived late. I didn’t have the opportunity to talk about what I wanted. I felt rushed& had a bad feeling. Immediately after surgery, I was extremely swollen and very bruised. I could not breathe from my right nostril. After taking the cast off, I explained to Dr. Kassir I was having a lot of trouble breathing. He said it was because I was swollen and there were still tons of stitches inside my nose. I showed him how my entire right nostril was blocked with what appeared to be cartilage surrounded by stitches. I also expressed my concern about the tip of nose looking very crooked. He insisted it still needed to heal. So I waited. Every follow up appointment was a nightmare. The wait time was over two hours for 10 Mins of his time. I guess once he has your money, you are no longer a priority. Each time I explained I couldn't breathe. Each time, he insisted I was still swollen. He just kept injecting me with steroids and told me my swelling would subside. He told me to wait at least a year to see the final results. It became so aggravating and I felt it was a constant waste of time. I am a mom and I also work full time. I couldn't keep wasting 2-3 hours of my time just to get nowhere. A year later, I finally called the office in anger and insisted he see me. I explained I could not breathe from my right nostril and my nose was crooked.I showed him the huge piece of cartilage surrounded by stitches inside my right nostril. He agreed to do the removal in an in-office procedure and had his office assistant schedule me for an appointment. I also explained he left my crooked and he insisted once this "procedure" was done, it would fix the problem. The day of the in-office procedure, I waited over two hours to see him for a ten min botch job. Again I was swollen and my nose looked horrible! Still crooked! I went to see Dr. Kassir yet again two years after my surgery. When he walked into the room, he asked what we were doing today and suggested I do my lips. I explained I was pregnant and he said fillers were fine to do while pregnant. I was mortified and told him the reason I came to see him was not do fillers but rather because I hated my nose. I spent over $10,000 and now had a crooked nose. I explained my nose was never crooked, just bulbous . He told me he could not do anything because I was pregnant, which was understandable. What was not understandable was why he would suggest I do my lips while pregnant. Two years after giving birth to my second child and again I gave it one last opportunity. I went to see Dr. Kassir yet again. He stated he could not do anything. I showed him how crooked my nose was and he agreed. He suggested I contour with makeup or he could inject my nose with a filler for a cost. I was shocked and appalled. I gave this man over $10,000 to do my nose and the options he's giving me are contour with makeup or pay him to inject a temporary filler. After expressing how upset I was, he said I could do another rhinoplasty but I would have to pay again. Really???? Pay the man who ruined my nose to ruin my nose again. I told him absolutely not. Then he suggested I go through my insurance to see if they would cover the costs. He told me even if my insurance did cover it, I would have to pay a high deductible. WHAT A SCAM!!! FRAUD!!! DON’T BELIEVE THE HYPE! THIS GUY DOES MORE BOTCH JOBS THAN GOOD JOBS! HE DOES A GOOD JOB AT TAKING MONEY AND DUPING HIS PATIENTS! SHAME ON YOU DOCTOR KASSIR!!! YOU HONESTLY RUINED MY FACE!

When I was a baby, I was diagnosed with a hemangioma on one of my nostrils. It fundamentally altered the appearance of my nose for the rest of my life. Luckily after years of laser treatments as a kid, the clown appearance was able to go down and look somewhat natural. Even though I was able to get it down to a normal state, I still felt very insecure in how large and bulbous it was. For years, I went to plastic surgeon back to back all saying the same thing. "We will not be able to get your nose the way you want it to be." "Your nose is too thick to reshape." "You don't have good septum to create a tip." I eventually stopped looking for surgeons because every time I left more and more discouraged. Once I moved to New York and began transitioning into my adult career, I knew this was the only insecurity holding back my confidence. I came across Dr. Kassir on Instagram, and I knew I had to come in for a consultation. He was the first and only doctor I went to in NYC. This was also the first consultation I had gone to where the doctor didn't say any of those things that I became used to hearing. He actually said it was possible to achieve everything I wanted to correct. Although hesitant after hearing NO all my life, I took the chance. As you can see from the photo, he did indeed give me all that I wanted. I am currently 6 weeks post op, and although I am still really swollen (due to hemangioma past), I can really see my nose beginning to take shape. Because my case is different from others, Dr. Kassir has been tracking my progress more frequently than the average patient. He is even taking steps in the next coming months to help reduce the swelling even more. The swelling at first was making me insecure, and before I could even express that to him, he brought it up himself assuring me that he will take care of it over time. I highly recommend Dr. Kassir if you are unhappy with the look of your nose or went through a similar issue like me (any other medical/birth defect). I genuinely believe there is no other surgeon like him. The pictures say it all! I look in the mirror, and I can't even believe how well it is beginning to look.

Even though I had wanted my nose done since I was 15, I was still nervous about changing it and afraid I wouldn’t look like myself. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr Kassir was able to put both me and my husband (who was also very nervous for such a change) at ease, and he reassured us that it would look very natural. The whole process was very organized and detailed. When I went in for my pre-op paperwork, I was given a list of things to avoid before surgery and supplements to take to minimize bruising. I had my rhinoplasty the end of February, and even the day of went very smoothly. The nurse, Jamie, was amazing at calming my nerves and even face timed me later in the day when I had a question. I took Tylenol the first 24 hours and nothing after as pain was very minimal. My splint was removed seven days later, and I hardly had any bruising at all. There was some swelling, but that went down pretty quickly. My results are amazing, and I still look like myself. People that I had not told I was getting it done beforehand said they would have had no idea, because I still look like me. All of my follow up appointments have been great. I am always greeted with a smile when I come in the door, and I know that I am in good hands. I also cannot tell you how nice it has been to have photos taken now that I don’t have to worry about the angle I am holding my head to make my nose look smaller! If you are contemplating having rhinoplasty, I would highly recommend Dr. Kassir and his team.

Having a non-surgical nose job is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I hated the bump in my nose for years and years but was too nervous to take the plunge and get it fixed surgically. I have been teased about my nose since I was very young. I hated having my pictures taken because I was so insecure about how my nose looked in pictures. I got a rhinoplasty by Dr. Kassir in July and I couldn’t be happier with my results. He is a very welcoming and personable doctor who took the time to meet with me and address all my concerns about my nose. Will he do a good job with your nose, most likely. But if you're looking for a more personal approach and someone who's actually going to consider what you want, look for another doctor. He barely looked at the pictures of the noses I brought (even though the girls in his office asked me to show them to him), and didn't really listen to what I wanted done (probably because he thinks he knows better anyway). In addition, no one really checked in on me or went over anything, before or after the surgery. They're more concerned with you signing all the paperwork and giving your permission to post before and after on their Instagram, than explaining do's and don't's before and after the surgery. I felt like I was alone the entire time and hoped that the result would be good, which likely it was.

Dr. Kassir destroyed my nose and ruined my life. I spent the last 10 years unable to breathe at all, with a very crooked, very odd looking nose. He reshaped my nose and made it WAY too small, resulting in me having to have extensive reconstructive surgery due to collapsing of the nasal walls and my septum. It was apparent even right after surgery that my septum was severely crooked and he denied it vehemently to my parents, who, because I was only 15 at the time, did not believe me. I had a revision rihnoplasty by Dr.Kassir 5 years ago. He took my nose from looking like a parrot to a normal nose that I should have been born with. Dr. Kassir is an absolutely amazing doctor and I am forever grateful that I chose him for my surgery. I just had a closed rhinoplasty 5 days ago and my recovery has been very smooth. I did not take any pain medication at all, which was a huge plus for me. About 7 years ago, I was diagnosed with a bleeding disorder, called Von Willenbrand's Disease. When I went for my rhinoplasty consultation I was relieved to find out that Dr. Kassir has not only heard about this bleeding disorder, but had 2 patients in the past with it. This type of bleeding disorder is tricky because I bleed and bruise much more than the normal person would. Therefore, it was very stressful before going into surgery because your nose is one of the most vascular parts, which means it tends to bleed. I went to multiple hematologists and finally found one that felt comfortable letting me have this surgery. I was prescribed a medicine called Stimate, which is taken as a nasal spray right before surgery and helps clot my bleeding. After surgery, I was supposed to continue taking Stimate for 3 days after. Fortunately, I did not have to continue taking this medicine because I barely bled at all post op. On top of it, I barely had any bruising at all! I strongly believe that this would not have been the same outcome if I had went with the other surgeons that I saw for my nose. This whole experience turned out to be very stress free post surgery and I am glad I did not let my fear of my bleeding disorder stop me from getting a rhinoplasty by Dr. Kassir!

This review is for my rhinoplasty that occurred on March 20th, 2018. Growing up I’ve always disliked how wide my nose became when I smiled. After researching doctor’s I had a consultation with another doctor in New Jersey and it was not the right doctor for me. I booked my consultation with Dr Kassir in NYC in November of 2017. He produced before and after photos and made me feel extremely comfortable with the information and his vision. When I say natural, I mean he perfected and sculpted my nose to keep my natural esthetic. Brittany and Maya from his office were so sweet and extremely helpful. His nurse Jamie was the first person I saw at 7 AM and she was very nice. I do not do well with needles or blood and it was my first time under anesthesia. It was the best sleep. I woke up and the recovery was painless-just take two Tylenol. No pain meds. I would do it again. I was back to my office position within one week. I am twenty four years old and I am eight months post op. The swelling goes down within weeks and my nose is so cute. I even had my nose pierced twice prior to my rhinoplasty. I thought I was going to be stuck with my botched nose for the rest of my life and I never got a break from the way that made me feel. Each and every day was a battle and I was severely depressed. My search for a revision rhino specialist did not exclude any country or price. I just simply did not even believe it was possible to be happy with how I looked anymore, and I am only 25. Dr kassir performed my third and last rhinoplasty. I was very specific with what I wanted done and which problems I wanted addressed and as hard as it is to believe (those in my position will understand the PTSD assoc w a bad rhino) he did just that. Dr.Kassir is an angel on earth surgeon. I came with a broken nose after falling off my bike. From the moment I spoke to the first person at this clinic to today I have felt supported and directed. Paula answered the phone and set up my consult. Caitlyn told me her own story about her nose breaking and I felt really at ease. After then I met Dr.Kassir, and he spoke to my daughter right away. I felt he had a bigger picture in mind and he's not just doing nose jobs but to make people happy. He has foresight and amazing perspective; i felt like he knew what's best for both of us because of the way he spoke about the procedure and options. Maya calmed me a lot before the surgery. In the OR the nurse was so sweet; before I went in she calmed me a lot because I was really anxious. She was like a mother Theresa. The anesthesiologist was amazing she was so smart and told me something that no one told me before I've had anesthesia. I usually don't take pain killers because of nausea and she explained that if you drink a lot of water you won't get naseau. She helped me feel less nausea to recover from the anesthesia to flush it out (I thought you weren't allowed to right after). I get out of surgery and even after two childbirths this was the first time hearing this. My nose looks sharper and I came in an emergency situation but wanted to look like me and natural. The doctor tweaked it, made me look like me, but somehow made me feel even more beautiful with small changes I asked for. It always felt like I was taken care of. He gave me exactly what I asked for. I'm loosing weight so a lot of people didn't realize I had anything done! My family who did see thinks my nose looks great.
