I went to Dr. Racanelli wanting to know more about botox and under eye fillers, and I have to say that I loved how I was treated. His staff is very helpful and friendly and the Dr was very patient and answered all my questions. I then decided to go ahead and do the botox and fillers. He explained how he was going to do both procedures which made me feel comfortable and calm, since I knew what he was going to to. First, he cleaned the areas where he was going to inject the botox and the fillers, then he took pictures so i could see the before and after, and then did the botox. For the fillers he used a numbing cream on the areas that was about to be injected, which was really nice since I was afraid of feeling a lot of pain. He let me sit with that cream under my eyes for about 15 minutes and then he did the injection. Two weeks after I went back for a follow up, and let me tell you, I love my results.

Prior to seeing Dr. Racanelli, I went to another highly recommended doctor in NJ. And while I was content with my results, I wasn't satisfied with the all around experience, so I went to see Dr. Racanelli through a referral. His staff is SO unbelievably kind and professional. They really know how to make you feel at home and comfortable. My initial consultation with him was very standard. I told him my areas of concern, and what I was looking to have done, as well as the look I wanted to achieve. Dr. Racanelli showed me similar cases of patients who had the same dermal fillers, as well as their results. He has wonderful bedside manner (Even the time that I almost passed out during filler because I hadn't eaten prior to seeing him!), and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. We did before pictures prior to the fillers. After the filler, I made an appointment to see Dr. Racanelli two weeks later, to follow up and finish the remainder of my filler, and to do followup photos! This alone, BLEW me away. My other doctor, had never done that. I was very impressed. To me, thats what makes a really great and caring doctor. He could have easily sent me on my way, and waited until the next time I was due for filler to see him, but he wants to see not only how the product lay, but how happy I am with the overall procedure. I have yet to be disappointed by the man. He is honest, and caring about what he feels is best for you and your body. Most people would take your money, and let your concerns go for the sake of cash. He is not that guy. There have been plenty of times where I have wanted to do some outlandish filler or botox, and he would be the first to tell me no, and take the conservative approach. I genuinely appreciate that about him and his practice. He is a great caring doctor, and wants only the best results for his patients. I highly recommend him to everyone I know! I can never thank him enough for giving me the confidence, through simple enhancements with filler and botox.

Not once did I feel pressured or rushed - he actually somehow managed to put my nerves completely at ease and made me feel comfortable along every step of the of way. To me, the mark of a good review lies in how satisfied a patient is after significant time has passed, because that’s what you want - long lasting results and continued satisfaction. Oftentimes, breast aug patients are initially very happy with their results, but then as time goes on (breasts settle, etc), they don’t feel as satisfied or they wish they had done something a little differently. Sitting here writing this review a year after my augmentation, I can honestly say I am 100% happy with my results and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. I have been a patient of Dr Racanelli’s for the last couple years. Initially, I had a breast augmentation with him and was so ecstatic about my results I have continued to see him for additional treatments. At one of my appointments I had spoke to him about my dissatisfaction with the profile of my nose. Instead of automatically suggesting a rhinoplasty, he explained that he could use filler to even out the irregularities of my nose. I didn’t even know this was an option! He took time to explain the process and what type of result to expect. Again, he did not disappoint. I could not be happier with my results. He really works with you to find the option that is best for you. I also see him regularly for botox treatments as well. Recently, I had a friend that saw another plastic surgeon for botox and when I spoke to her about her experience I couldn’t believe how different it was. She said she felt rushed and that the experience was very impersonal. The complete opposite of my experience with Dr Racanelli! He personalizes each visit with explanations in front of a mirror of which areas need to be corrected, he takes photos with different facial expressions so you can see how the treatment has worked, and he even has you come back for follow-up in 2 weeks to re-evaluate the need for any additional treatment. A visit with him is like no other - you cannot find this exceptional experience anywhere else and let’s just say my friend will definitely be seeing Dr Racanelli for her next botox treatment. After many years of being unhappy with the size and shape of my breasts I finally decided to seek more information about having a breast augmentation. I was then introduced to Dr. Racanelli by a mutual patient. Setting up my consultation appointment was a breeze. I was offered the option to attend any one of his 4 locations, which made it very easy to fit in my schedule. During my consultation Dr. Racanelli went over the ins and outs of the entire procedure. He made me feel very comfortable in regards to what would be going on during the procedure as well as my recovery period. After explaining the procedure I was taken into the examine room and offered to try on various different implant sizers so we could establish what my hopes were as far as size and shape. Dr. Racanelli was very patient and honest through this process. His main goal was to make sure all my expectations were met. We tried on numerous different sizes so I could have an idea of what I would look like with the different options. After leaving my consultation I knew he was my doctor. He also was persistent in making sure that at the end I was going to be happy and satisfied with my result. I am very athletic and always maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine but I had a few stubborn areas around my stomach where I was not able to get rid of fat. I was recommended to Dr. Racanelli by friends who had undergone other surgeries and procedures with Dr. Racanelli. During my consultation with Dr. Racanelli he was able to discuss different surgical options that were best for my body and answer all of my questions. He recommended liposuction of my abdomen and flanks to get rid of the stubborn fat that wouldn't go away.
