Dr. Landmann and his staff are truly amazing. I live many many years with a scar on my left eyelid from a botched childhood ptosis surgery. I was left with a noticeable scar, and my eye looked very awkward. The worst part was my eye would not close completely when I slept which left me feeling dry and bothersome most of my mornings. Post surgery on my left eyelid- I not only look amazing- my eye closes properly and I feel like a new person. With my new eyelid, my eyes look symmetrical for the first time in my life. GREAT JOB!!! I am still amazed how Dr. Landmann reconstructed my eyelid to look like my other eyelid. PERFECT!

I was very nervous, since I tried everything to get rid of it. I had already went to multiple doctors which made this situation more nerve-racking. This experience provided the level of confidence and trust needed for me to proceed with my blepharoplasty, as I have been researching for a good doctor for quite a while. I received all of the information needed and all of my concerns were addressed. I left Dr. Landmann’s office feeling satisfied with my procedure that took place on March 22, 2019. I was satisfied that he kept me informed of each step he was taking throughout the procedure. I had some bruising and swelling the following day after the surgery, but nothing painful or uncomfortable. On the twelfth day after my surgery, my face was looking normal and there is no reason to be concerned for any sort of blemishes. I had a crazy emergency because a hanger cut my eyelid, and my tear duct. I couldn't find a doctor who could fix it quickly. My ophthalmologist recommended Dr. Landmann and I called and they told me to come in immediately. I felt at ease right away. The women in the office plus Matthew were so kind and comforting I knew I was in the right place. When I met Dr landman he immediately put me at ease and told me he would fix me right up. I was an emotional wreck. He scheduled the surgery the next morning and was so friendly and kind and funny-- he made a terrible situation so much better!! I'm a week after surgery and my eye looks amazing. I recommend him and his team to anyone who needs eyelid surgery. I am so grateful I found him!! He saved my eyelid and my sanity!

I had eyelid surgery 6 weeks ago from Dr. Landmann and I am extremely happy with the wonderful results. I not only look better for my 63 years, but I feel like my new eyelids compliment my positive attitude. In the past, people would ask if I was sad or unhappy because my eyes reflected an assumed sadness. Now they reflect my true feelings. I couldn't have asked for a nicer or more knowledgeable person in this area than Dr. Landmann. Everyone involved with Dr. Landmann was polite and accommodating. There was absolutely no pain in the healing process, just some bruising and swelling for a few weeks. After years of excessive sweating I did some research about Botox. Before the procedure I would sweat profusely from my armpits just sitting at work. I had to wait a few weeks to get my first appointment but it was definitely worth the wait!! I had a great experience with Dr Landmann and his office staff. I never waited more than 5 minutes to see him, which is completely unheard of in a doctors office these days!! During all my appointments I was treated with respect and not dismissed for my concerns. They always took the time to answer all my questions and reassure me that what I was experiencing was part of the normal healing process. Dr Landmann has a very warm, genuine personality. Dr. Landmann and his staff are excellent. I was sent to him by 2 separate eye surgeons, so I knew that he must be amazing. I had surgery on January 4th, 2018 for upper lid functionality issues, as well as a cosmetic lower eye bags, and couldn’t be happier. I had a lot of surgeries on my eyes in the past few years, and I felt comfortable knowing that Dr. Landmann was both an eye surgeon and a plastic surgeon. Dr. Landmann was very thorough, friendly, and answered all of my questions. He even called me the night of my surgery to make sure that I got home safe in the snow! I can’t believe how much better my lower eyelids look and I am not going to miss those giant bags! I was able to work with the office staff to get financing, and they took care of everything so all I had to do was show up for the procedure. Dr. Landmann is exceptional. My daughter suffered with conjunctivitis almost continuously for years. We had no idea what was causing the pink eye. Our local Optometrist, deduced that the small growth on her eyelid was a molluscum and referred us to Dr. Landmann. He performed a quick surgical procedure on her eyelid at the surgical center in his office building. The staff at the center were calming, intelligent and kind. Since the surgery, the conjunctivitis had completely disappeared, the dryness under her eye has vanished and her eye looks beautiful. For the last 2 years I had noticed a significant change under my eyelids. I had prided myself on always being told I looked 10 years younger than my true 48 years of age. I knew that topical treatments could only do so much. After much research, I knew I wanted to find a board certified oculoplastic surgeon. I read many, many reviews on RealSelf and made my first consult with Dr. Landmann. I had also scheduled consultations with two other oculoplastic surgeons (both of which I cancelled after my consult with Dr. Landmann). Once I met with Dr. Landmann I knew I found the doctor for me. He's like the son every mother would want. Very personable, approachable and most importantly he asked and LISTENED. He wanted to address whatever bothered me. After spending a good uninterrupted 30-40 minutes with me, he advised his assistant would send a quote for the options we discussed which was either filler or lower eyelid surgery or a combination of both. I decided not to go BIG and to start small with fillers...no surgery. I made my concerns known to Dr. Landmann about nightmare stories I had read about bumps after lower eyelid filler. He assured me that the filler he planned to use, Belotero, was very pliable, similar to a water texture and not a hard gel. During the treatment, Dr. Landmann was ever the gentleman. I can't say enough how comfortable and reassuring he was. With the 1 vial of Belotero, we were able to fill my lower eye hollows, inject some into my parentheses, do a few vertical smile lines & fill two deep sleep wrinkles. Immediately after the procedure, Dr. Landmann gave me two icepacks to keep my face from swelling. You cannot (or should not) work out for 3-5 days after injections. I continued to ice my face for 48 hours...on and off every half hour except when sleeping. I had very little swelling and never really bruised. I am usually VERY sensitive to any procedures and was shocked at the easy recovery. Today is my 4 weeks post injections and I am happy with my eyes. I received a follow up call from Dr. Landmann the day after surgery. Today was 1 month since the injections and I received a call from his assistant. I did let his assistant know that the 2 deep wrinkles didn't seem to take as well as under the eyes and the parentheses and she advised he'd look at them at my upcoming follow up and would do whatever touch up we found was necessary. Bottomline, I know that this was a temporary solution and eventually the filler will be absorbed, but the confidence it gave me knowing everyday whether I slept well or not or ate too much salt, my eyes look and quite honestly they even FEEL like my old self. Thank you Dr. Landmann.

Dr. Landmann has been wonderful. I was referred to him by my opthamologist after a series of debillitating styes began plaguing me out of nowhere, to the point that I could barely open my eye wide enough to insert a contact into it. Dr. Landmann reviewed a variety of treatment options with me without pushing any of them, and when I indicated that I wanted to try conventional methods first, before any interventions such as injections or surgery, he was very supportive. His recommendation to nuke rice in a clean sock and use it instead of wet compresses was very effective, and made headway with the styes, but as they were still troubling me I did decide to see him again. I had such trust in him that I allowed him to do something I never would have thought I would agree to--inject my eyelids with a liquid steriod! My main concern was whether I would be able to drive myself home afterwards, as I had come alone. As it turned out, I did not even have to remove my contact lenses. He was quick, gentle, and with him the procedure was virtually painless. After several weeks there has been 100% improvement in one eye, and 95% improvement in the other. I have complete faith and confidence in Dr. Landmann, and have seldom encountered such a warm and caring bediside manner in any physician. I endorse him wholeheartedly.

I was nervous to begin with but I'm glad that i went through with it. The procedure took no more than 10 minutes total for both eyes. Beside the numbing, i felt absolutely nothing throughout the entire process. The office is spotless and the staff is smart and incredibly friendly. Dr Landmann and his team are great! I was referred to him based on a growth on my eyelash line, he explained that I would need to have a biopsy done and exactly what the procedure would be like. The biopsy and recovery went exactly as described. Dr Landmann called me himself to explain that it was Basal cell skin cancer and what the next procedure would be...again explaining every detail. I was very nervous but he and his team put me at ease and everything turned out perfectly! I totally recommend Dr Landmann...thank you for everything!

I passed out and fell a week ago, and when I fell I hit my eye and split open my eye lid. It was a nightmare trying to find a doctor to help me. Finally, we found Dr. Landmann and he was able to see me and stitch up my eyelid. The process was quick and painless...he did an excellent job. Once I’m completely healed you won’t even be able to tell. His bedside manner was excellent, he has an outgoing personality and makes you feel very comfortable. First of all, Dr. Landmann possesses a very unusual specialty, Oculoplastic Surgery, which is the only specialist that I would consider working that close to my eyes. His very pleasant staff arranged an appointment quickly and the procedure to remove growths on my upper and lower eyelids was done the very same day. Dr. Landmann's manner is extremely pleasant and professional which felt more like meeting an old friend than a surgeon. His examination and explanation was thorough and not alarmist (unlike my Ophthalmologist, who made me feel as if I could potentially lose my eyelids if this medical condition was not addressed immediately). He offered to surgically remove the growths at this first appointment and I agreed. He explained every step of the procedure right down to the amount of pain that I could experience and the healing process...no surprises.
