2 months ago I had a domestic accident where I have been injured and my lower lip aesthetically damaged. I needed plastic surgery in order to fix it and be able to look normal again. I never had an intervention done on me before and was really scared. When it happened I went to the urgent care where they clearly made me understand I would need plastic surgery in the future but at the moment they could not stitch it . I called several surgeons to compare prices and explain them what happened , nevertheless before to reach Dr. Gandolfi absolutely no one made me understand how important it was to act fast as my lip could have healed the way it was and the surgery would have been harder after the natural healing process. When Dr.Gandolfi saw the pictures of my lip that I had sent him, he immediately opened a spot on his schedule for me the next day. Overall, He took the time to explain me what would be done and why, he knew how to reassure me, he worked patiently, communicated with me the all time , he was aware of my fears and discomfort and really did an amazing job not only socially but also aesthetically.He used tiny stitches and took the time to work on the best way to restore my lip has if nothing ever happened. My lip today is left with a small scar almost invisible, even doctors that we know have complimented the skills and the work of Dr.Gandolfi after seeing me. I recommend him a thousand times and will return without hesitation if anything happens again or if I decide to receive any kind of plastic surgery. Anyone can study and become a surgeon but being able to judge a situation better than your colleagues and having that aesthetic eye tailored for each patient is a gift! I recently underwent liposuction and body contouring with Dr. Gandolfi - he's been wonderful every step of the way, and the results are FANTASTIC! Dr. Gandolfi has also been very attentive and responsive - further offering his insight into any facial reconstruction he can offer me due to an arteriovenous malformation in my face, which I really appreciate. He also helped fix asymmetrical smile due to nerve damage with Botox - I've gotten this done with other doctors before and no other doctor was able to get the great results in one shot like Dr. Gandolfi has- he's very smart and innovative in his techniques! Dr. Gandolfi is also extremely helpful and will answer any questions you have. He's thorough and very detailed in his process. I never got the feeling like I was a number, or a guinea pig. As someone whose been a serial patient, it's really nice to come across a doctor like that. The office environment is also super relaxing and the staff are extremely friendly, especially the nurses - I was a nervous wreck on my way to the OR for the lipo procedure and started bawling when I walked in - the nurse was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable - she was also fun to talk to in the recovery area after the procedure as well! Overall, my experience here has been top notch and I'd highly recommend Dr. Gandolfi and the Zubowski Center to anyone I know! *****New procedure and 6 month update - I came back to Dr. Gandolfi for Halo Laser resurfacing because I had sun spots, uneven skin tone and pores the size of Texas. Now my face is smooth, glowing, even, and I no longer need to apply makeup with a paint roller every morning! My lipo results are also fabulous and improve every day. I heard stories from others who've gotten it done (obviously from different doctors) about unevenness and irregularities with their with their lipo - but not me! Smooth and natural and no-one can tell I got anything done (even though I proudly blab it to everyone I see)!!! At the risk of sounding vain - my favorite thing to look at every day is wholeheartedly the mirror! Money and time well spent - but the confidence boost is honestly priceless! Happy summer!!

Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Gandolfi for everything he has done for me. When you have to have surgery on your face, the part of your body the world sees, it is not an easy decision.
