Dr. Aydin is extremely professional and meticulous with his work. I had a septoplasty and he did an amazing job. He goes above and beyond to carefully improve not only the functionality but also aesthetics in the process. I went to him because my wife had a mini tummy tuck. He did an exceptional job with her as well. He’s double certified and not all surgeons receive that licence but there’s a reason he did. I strongly recommend his practice.

Once i steped into the center, I felt at ease and all "surgery" fear, went away. Immaculately clean center. Very well kept. You are promptly greeted by Miray and Victoria, beautiful, sweet, smiling and very respectful girls. Less than 5 minutes, you are called in. You pass by more smiling faces and very clean rooms. Two minutes and the docter is in greeting you. Dr Aydin is very nice, respectful and sweet. He makes you feel like a friend, where you feel very comfortable discussing anything on your mind (God knows, i gave him an ear full). He listens to you intently. He doesn't presure you into something you didn't go in for. He tells you exactly what to expect, not only through the surgery, but all the way to the day you can go out in public. Nancy would take care of all arrangements and follow ups.She is one of the sweetest girls I've met. Dr. Aydin's smile stays with you until the anesthesia works it's wonder. Dr. Aydin dosnot only see you once after the surgery and then disappears, he would text you often in between follow ups, to make sure your are ok and would actually check on you through pictures texted to him. I very much recommend Dr. Aydin. I am coming back for some more procedures.

To the lovely and very informative surgical coordinator Cinzia she was so accommodating and all my questions got answered immediatley! I have been going to Aydin Plastic Surgery for Botox & fillers for a couple years now. Melissa is an amazing injector! I have zero complaints in regards to her. I had an appointment scheduled for injections today with Melissa before she goes on maternity leave. I also referred a friend who came with me which would give us both discounted rates. I scheduled this appointment 3 weeks in advance. We show up today for our appointment to be told we can’t use care credit for discounted rates. I have only used my care credit account with every transaction I have had with this office. I have never paid full price. I always scheduled appointments when they had specials/discounts. They were not able to make any exceptions even though they failed to tell me about any “policy changes”. The manager Rose Torres allowed 2 customers to walk away & lose money for the practice. She did not even get up off of her seat to speak to us! Although I absolutely love Melissa, sadly I will not be returning due to the lack of communication & professionalism from the practice manager.

I saw Dr. Aydin for a mommy makeover consultation. From the moment I stepped into Dr. Aydin's office I felt like I stepped into a Beverly Hills exclusive office. Not only was it clean and beautiful but I was treated like a "special client" but this is just how they treat everyone. It is beyond personalized treatment. Cinzia my surgical coordinator took so much time with me explaining all of the details about my procedures. She offered what I really felt was an unbiased opinion about what would be best for me. Not only did she spend over an hour with me before meeting Dr. Aydin, but she continues to answer my questions and address my concerns in the months leading up to my surgery. Im talking same day email responses and calls from her personal cell... likely off hours. The one on one attention to clients is over the top and I cant thank her enough. When I met with Dr. Aydin he took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me advice about the different options of surgery available to me. He was very approachable and I felt very comfortable with him asking personal questions. I didnt not feel rushed at all during my consultation. I also appreciated that he was up front with me about realistic expectations about my surgeries. He answered in detail what I could or could not expect. He has a wonderful bedside manor. I also liked that Cinzia was there with me as an advocate during my consultation and she even stepped in and prompted some questions I forgot to ask myself. I especially like the fact that he is double board certified. I also had never been to a surgeon's office before where they can show you 3D before and after pictures. The little touches in this office stand out from other surgeons I went to. They give you a nice robe.. there is background music playing. The ambiance is so calm and inviting. It was truly 5 star treatment like being at a spa. I would highly recommend Dr. Aydin to my family and friends and to anyone looking for outstanding service. I know I am in good hands and I have everyone in the office has settled my fears about my upcoming surgery. Another huge thank you to Cinzia and Dr. Aydin!

I had a consultation a few weeks ago with Cinzia. I met w/ Dr Aydin very quickly. Then she took photos of me. A few weeks later, I have decided to go for Dr Aydin after searching other doctors in NJ. But Cinzia never followed up and returned the info. that I was asking. She texted a couple of times that she would email the info. and help with the process. But she never did. After asking a 5 star Google review online after the consultation, she then did not continue her job. She got the 5 stars and she was fine. Now I’m looking at doctors in NYC and they are very prompt and they respod in a very timely manner.

Going into a plastic surgery office you’d expect the office and the staff to be beautiful and they did not disappoint. But beauty is not only skin deep my friends, because these beauties are just as beautiful inside as on the outside. Everyone is so sweet beginning with a welcoming “hello” to a “thank you, have a nice day “ when leaving. I had filler done today with Nicole and she was absolutely amazing. It’s my opinion that injecting filler is artistic and Nicole is truly an artist. I also had a consult with Heidi today for broken capillaries and brown spots on my face. She is so knowledgeable and told me that IPL laser would be the best treatment for me. I’m so excited, I booked that appointment before I left!

Had an appointment at 1:30. Showed up at 1:10 and then at 1:45 was told the esthetician was running 20-25 minutes late. It was a complete waste of my time since at that point I would have been waiting an hour. A note for the future, if staff is running late - call your clients prior. There are many other facilities that are willing not to waste their client’s time. Practice what you preach - if you take a client’s credit card information in case of a no-show or late cancellation then should they get compensated when you did not fulfill your appointment? Thought so.

Where should I even begin? What a spectacular doctor! Not to mention his office is top notch with such friendly staff. Everything about them is exceptional. I decided to have a breast reduction and lypo on my waist areas. This was the first time I've gotten cosmetic work done. I was feeling a little apprehensive about the whole process. I had my first consultation in addition to follow up appointments before the surgery telling me everything I needed to prepare. They guided me through all the steps. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Aydin. He knew exactly the size he was reducing me to in proportion to my body figure. He gives you the honest truth of what he will do but in the end it's your decision. He describes what he will do during surgery and how many hours it will take. He even calmed me down before going under noticing I was nervous as they took me in. Dr. Aydin really cares about his patients and caters specifically to each individual. During surgery, the staff would call my husband letting him know how I was doing and the time to pick me up. They even offer a car service to take you to and from surgery if there isn’t anyone available to pick you up. Post-surgery, he would text my husband for updates about my recovery. He continued to do so for the next couple of days until my first appointment. The follow up appointments would be once a week. Once I healed I would come in every month or so to check how the scars were healing. Overall, this was an amazing experience, especially for my first time doing any sort of cosmetic procedure. I have become friendly with his staff. They are more than happy to help with anything you need. I would recommend anyone to this plastic surgeon. Not only did he reduce the size of my breasts, he added a lift to make them perky being that I opted out of the implants. My waist is a nice size compared to the size of my chest now. His work is impeccable. He made me see myself the way I’ve always envisioned.

My experience at Aydin Plastic Surgery was nothing short of amazing! I saw Melissa two weeks ago for 1 ml of juvederm lip filler. It was my first time at Aydin and also my first time getting any kind of filler. Even though I don’t know anyone that has been here before, I did my research and went with Aydin because of their positive reviews and the before/after pictures on their Instagram. Melissa was really cool and took the time to talk about my options and what would be best for me. I was so nervous but she put me at ease. After numbing my lips, Melissa started injecting, which I couldn’t even feel at all. About half way through, I got light headed because I worked myself up so much (how embarrassing), so she took a break. She along with 2 other employees put the chair back, got me ice for my neck and a glass of water and offered me crackers. Once I felt better, Melissa finished up. It’s been 2 weeks and they look amazing! I had some swelling in the beginning and only minor bruising at the injection site. My lips look natural and have softened up without any bumps! They even texted me a few days ago to follow up to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. I will definitely be back. You are in great hands at Aydin Plastic Surgery!

The facility is beautiful and the staff is magnificent. Cinzia was always there for me to answer my billion questions and treated me like a friend, instead of a patient.. Dr Aydin performed a mini tummy tuck on me with a hernia repair. He did EXACTLY what he said he was going to do, given what he had to work with. I had a lot of loose skin but didn’t want the full tuck. Other doctors told me they wouldn’t do the mini on me but Dr Aydin performed his magic. His micro surgical skills are brilliant . I’m only 6 weeks post-op and my scar is so thin and straight. The man is a genius! I can’t wait for him to get his hands in my nose next!

On July 16, 2018, I had a consultation with Dr. Aydin and his Patient Coordinator, Cinzia, regarding potential liposuction of the abdomen and the flanks. I do note that at the time of the consultation, I was in physical shape and worked out at least 5 times a week. ( just FYI, I still am in physical shape, but better than before after the procedure). However, despite all the workouts and the dieting prior to the procedure, my abdomen and flanks maintained a high degree of stubborn fat. So I made a decision to have liposuction. I was seeking for highly qualified surgeons in New York and New Jersey. Money was no issue. Dr. Aydin was rated the best in New Jersey and He was the last surgeons I met with. The consultation with Dr. Aydin was not only great but was extremely informative. Dr. Aydin was very thorough in his explanation of the procedure and answered all of my questions and concerns. He is, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable and qualified in his craft, very honest, caring, passionate, and empathetic about his patients. I had visited several plastic surgeons in New York prior to my visit with Dr. Aydin and was set to go with a New York plastic surgeon. However, my consultation with Dr. Aydin changed everything. If it was not for Cinzia convincing me to meet with Dr. Aydin I may have decided to go with the New York surgeon. If anyone is looking for an extremely qualified plastic surgeon who takes the time to treat his patients as family, I would highly recommend Dr. Aydin without any reservations. On July 31, 2018, I had SMART liposuction conducted on my abdomen and flanks. The procedure was perfectly fine. I was subjected to local anesthesia (thus being awake) and did not felt any discomfort or pain during the entire procedure. Side note, the place was spotless - very clean and spacious. I also want to take the time to talk about Dr. Aydin's staff. First and foremost, Cinzia is freaking awesome!! What an incredible patient coordinator Dr. Aydin has selected. As with Dr. Aydin, Cinzia is also extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her explanation of everything - pre-operation, during operation, and post-operation. In addition to being completely honest, she will always look out for your best interest specifically with regards to the procedure you are seeking. She is very interpersonal, charismatic, and has a great sense of humor. Dr. Aydin's nurse, Nicole, is also great and very nice too. She was very helpful throughout the whole process. Dr. Aydin's entire staff are great. They all are truly reflective of the type of person Dr. Aydin is. In sum, if anyone is looking for a highly qualified plastic surgeon, again I would recommend Dr. Aydin without hesitation. WHY because (1) he is double board certified and (2) he is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons - FACS. These surgeons, unlike regular surgeons, go through rigorous training and evaluation, and have been found to be consistent with the high standards established and demanded by the College. This is your body so I would assume you want a surgeon who has gone through the most rigorous standards to be qualified as a plastic surgeon. As such, this is why I would recommend Dr. Aydin.

“ Smooth operator” I had multiple procedures done with Dr. Aydin i called the office to schedule an appointment for a consultation the receptionist was very friendly and courteous (which i felt will set the tone for the how i was to be treated). The receptionist was able to accommodate my work schedule which was very important to me. I had several questions and was transferred to the surgical coordinator Cinzia. I must acknowledge not only did she take the time to answer all my questions and concerns but she was kind, considerate and compassionate. I had my consultation with Dr. Aydin and he was professional, understanding, and thoughtful. The day arrived for my procedure and it was done at their NJ office, within a few hours the procedure was completed and i was able to return home the same day. Having the ability to return home the same day demonstrates Dr.Aydins surgical ability and quality of care given to me. His dexterity, competence and expertise surpassed my expectations. In January, I walked into a beautifully decorated office, with hospitable, charming staff at the front desk. I scheduled a consult appointment with Cinzia, who replied to my inquiry email, in less than an hour, and called me shortly after, with insight and customer service that is out of this word. After vibing with Cinzia, I met with doctor Aydin, who was very knowledgeable, comforting, and clear, as he discussed in detail, all of the possibilities and expectations for the lipo and BBL procedure I was interested in. It put me at ease to have him repeat the same information that Cinzia told me, before meeting him. The staff is on the same page and focused on the best, realistic and safest outcomes for you, not making a dollar. I ended up changing my mind about the BBL, due to the recovery time, which again, they were very honest about. I thought about re-doing my breast (that's definitely happening soon) but ended up booking the lipo only, for now. Throughout the entire three month process, Cinzia has been nothing but professional, nurturing and supportive. Not once, with all the back and forth, has she seemed annoyed, in a rush, or not present. As informed and as hands-on as she is, she mine as well be performing my surgery, alongside Dr. Aydin! My surgery is tomorrow, and I'm super excited about it. I will be sure to come back and update my review, post surgery, but as of now, this is my 'go to' place for all things body and beauty!

Hands down best experience ever! I must say I am super picky, but who wouldn’t be if you are getting a procedure done right?! Before I decided to get the lipo procedure on my upper arms, I consulted with many different surgeons for about a year. From the moment I stepped foot into Dr. Aydin’s center, it was a comfortable feeling. The place was so clean, the staff so professional and polite. I was given such a detailed consultation with the coordinator, Cinzia and Dr. Aydin himself, that I knew it would be only right to have Dr. Aydin be the one to do my procedure. Everyone was so knowledgeable and caring, I was sold! I did visit a few other places after, however I still knew it would be Dr. Aydin for the win. I did not experience what I experienced at Dr. Aydin’s. Some places were disgusting, or the Doctors were just rude, and some I did not even get to meet the surgeon. Anyways, long story short I just had my procedure done on 4/19/19 and It was a great experience, I would recommend Dr. Aydin for any procedure! I was very comfortable, and they made sure of it. No pain, affordable and worth it because I already look amazing 3 days post! I also appreciated he fact that the coordinator called to check on how I was feeling later on that day and Dr. Aydin the next morning checked on me as well. I didn’t feel like I was just another dollar sign. I will repeat, hands down best experience ever! From Dr. Aydin, coordinator, nurse all the way to his front desk staff, great experience.

I received 2 IPL laser treatments by Heidi followed by 3 months on the ZO Multi-Therapy Hydroquinone System and my complexion is smooth, even, and near perfection. I'm now 3 weeks into the Non-Hydroquinone Hyperpigmentation system and my skin is GLOWING. I am 28 years old with skin that's prone to hyperpigmentation. After years of abusive sun exposure from my tanning days I developed freckles, sun spots, dark blotches, and natural fine lines around my eyes (crowsfeet) and forehead. After the IPL I already noticed the appearance of fine lines around my eyes start to diminish and skin felt more supple. After the ZO products (Melamin, Melamix with tretinoin, Ossential Moisturizer, and Occlipse sunscreen) it's hard to tell whether I am wearing makeup or not. I highly recommend Heidi at Dr. Aydin's office in Paramus and the ZO Medical skincare line - nothing like any other serum, fask mask, or beauty blogger recommendation. The office is modern, clean and Heidi took great care of me! She is a experienced, genuine, and compassionate. Always available for questions and to check in on how you're doing!

I Went to Dr Aydin for lip filler. It was not my first experience with lip fillers, but it was definitely the best! I voiced to him my previous concerns and what I had hoped to achieve. He worked with me and told me what would be best for my lips and face. The filler we chose was juvederm ultra plus. I was very happy with the results. He has a light and precise hand, so it doesn't hurt at all! Also, I mostly was happy with the symmetry and evenness of my lips. They were nice and plump and not overdone. They looked great and I will be going back for more when needed :) Overall, he's a great doctor and his staff is amazing! I knew after that first visit I wanted Dr Aydin to perform my surgery....him along with his entire staff and nurses are exceptional at what they do and make you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Not to mention they are very thorough and detail orientated when it comes to explaining everything. I am almost a week post-op and already in love with my results. I went to Dr. Adyin’s office about 3 or 4 times not sure of the size i wanted and Nancy just kept telling me “dont worry come back and lets keep trying sizes” until your 100% sure! Hey everyone, so I just wanted to leave a review because Aydins center for plastic surgery is amazing and everyone needs to hear about all the good they have to offer. Long story short I started working part time somewhere and one of the girls there couldn’t stop talking about them, I was in search for a surgeon I had already been to a few and wasn’t happy how I was treated talked to or the advice I was given. I am a realist and wanted the truth not what I wanted to hear, so I booked an appointment which was so easy and met an extremely nice, understanding women named Nancy (my angel) through tears I explained my story and she told me the truth about how I would look based on my story and what I wanted to achieve she was always a text away and never seemed to be bothered even the day of my procedure as kind as could be always checking up on me through text making sure I was ok. Now with that said the staff and Dr. Aydin are the same I feel like this is my second family the way they treat me, when you don’t answer the phone they don’t have to but they text you so you can answer that when you have time no one else does that well least what I know and always ready and available to answer all your “stupid” questions and no judgement. You will be always welcomed with a smile and great high spirit no matter the time or day. Dr Aydin is gentle amazing and walked and talked me through everything and I have never felt more comfy naked in front of someone. Love my lips! I've been going to Melissa for about 4 months now for Juvederm injections and I've never been more pleased with my results. I was referred to this center through a friend for my first time getting Botox, so we could both receive the referral special. She has been coming to this center for years, so I trusted her judgement. I have to say the unprofessionalism of the office manager Rose Torres was such a disappointment and turn off. My friend who is a long time customer, was not informed about payments that are no longer accepted through specials. I didn't have a problem paying cash or with a debit card, however Rose would not even explain or make an exception so my friend could also receive the treatment we went in for. Our appointments were made 3 weeks in advance and in between 3 weeks, someone in the office should have made a courtesy call aside from ensuring the appointments to be kept, but also explaining payment methods, if policies had changed. Rose communicated through her staff rather than speaking directly to the both of us. I refused to get injections due to watching how my friend was treated during this visit. This was a huge inconvenience to myself and my friend. We drove all the way to the office, to be treated in a rude and unprofessional manner. I work in corporate retail and I know what prime example of excellent customer service is, and this was the complete opposite. It's a shame that such a well known practice would allow this behavior, especially in front of new clients. I'm extremely disappointed and I felt disrespected as I walked out of the office. What a shame. I will NOT be returning, nor will I have anything good to say about this practice during any discussions. Horrible experience!! The dr should re-evaluate his team.

Dr Aydin is AMAZING! I went in because I had tried Kybela, done at another doctor and I was not happy with it. I found out not everyone is a candidate for it, so it really didn't work for me and i actually looked worse. Dr. Aydin did lipo on me to get rid of the bulging under my chin. It was totally painless for me. I did not take a pain killer because i dont believe in taking them, just my preference. I had no pain what so ever. I went home and wore the head wrap and in the morning i woke up looking like Mario Lopez, i think i even got the dimples, lol... I am so satisfied with the procedure and the results & i am not even at 100% yet! As soon as you walk through the door at Dr Aydin you feel so welcome. They do not treat you as if you are coming into a factory and they are trying to get you on an assembly line in-and-out and sell you everything they can with all the extras. The staff is professional, informative and above all NICE! Even when you leave everyone says good bye to you & they are genuine about it. I own a tanning salon & I make sure my staff makes everyone feel welcome and they say good bye and "have a nice day" to everyone when they leave. That really goes a long way with a client and with me. I also know many people that get botox , lips , fillers and other procedures done at Dr Aydin including my wife and everyone of them are happy & repeat clients! Plus they look amazing. Highly Recommended!

I will only go to Aydin Plastic Surgery for all my cosmetic surgery needs! Not only is the front staff professional, friendly, and accommodating, but the office is beautiful and conveniently located on Route 17. Moving onto their services... I've gotten facial fillers administered by Melissa and I am so happy with my results every single time. I will only let her touch my face! (not saying that the other girls are not good, but personally, I will always go to Melissa). I have recommended her to all my family and friends and they always have amazing results too! I have received juvederm ultra plus in my lips because I am looking for a full plump lip. Also I received dysport in my forehead to get rid of eleven lines and I love my results but next time I will try botox. The rumor is that since it is needles going into your face, you will be in pain. But that is not the case at Aydin. Melissa uses a vibration device to block the nerves when injecting so you literally do not feel a thing. Honestly, I think I felt a tiny pinch. If someone can get a tattoo then they can definitely get cosmetic injections. Prices... Aydin Plastic Surgery prices are competitive with other plastic surgery centers but be sure to look out for their amazing deals! And by experience, you really cannot find these deals anywhere else! I would give Aydin Plastic Surgery 6 stars if I could!

I saw Nicole back in September for lip fillers. After speaking with Nicole and explaining the look I was going for, I showed her a picture to refer to and we decided to go with Juvederm. As someone with very little pain tolerance, I can say the process was super quick and painless. Nicole made sure I was comfortable the whole time & answered all my questions. This place was absolutely amazing. They were so attentive and they knew what they were talking about. I met with the head of the skincare department Tracey for about an hour before my actually facial even started. She took one look at me and was able to diagnose my skin problems right away. She took pictures and even told me different options that would work and wouldn't work for me. She never tried to push certain products or procedures on me but she was honest about what would work and what wouldn't. She even told me that since I was a college student that there would be discounted prices if I wanted to do some treatments to take care of my acne and rosacea. I will absolutely be returning to this place in the new year and I am even sending my family for Christmas presents as well. This place gets a 10/10 score for me.

Went there for consultation in March. I show up only to find out doctor wasn’t there and assistant will be doing it instead. Apparently he had an emergency. Understood. Lady was very nice and said she will present pictures and doctor will call me and discuss what can be done. It’s mid of April and no contact from their office to let me know anything. If we as people have to uphold or appointments doctor should call us back with any information he was given especially if he was not present at consultation. It’s like my consultation was forgotten about and I as a person was forgotten.

I was referred to go there by one of my coworkers because she told me they would give me a HNMC discount. So, I called and wanted to verify whether that was true. They said that wasn't true, but claimed to have the best prices. When I inquired about the cost for lip fillers, they said around 450$ and a free consultation. That was an excellent price, so I went. The PA didn't give me time to explain what I wanted. I said I wanted a natural look, and that was it. She didn't go over the different options of fillers. They said they're going to use one syringe of voluma filler. I was hesitant, but everything was rushed. Everyone working in that office looks identical. 10 minutes later I looked like them. To make matters worse, they told me to pay 650$. I protested since that wasn't the price I came for ( if I wanted to pay that price they are far from the first option). They challenged me by asking me to provide the name of the staff member who gave me that price... but I had no idea ( also one of the front desk girls had a nasty attitude). Two weeks later my lips looked ok. Far from natural looking, but hey at least I got a pout. When my lips mellowed down, I wanted to redo them at their office. I ask if I can come in on two visits ( I didn't want to have duck lips the following week), but they said that wouldn't be possible. So, I decided to switch. Today I visited another office ( Elysium Aesthetics and Vein Care in Paramus). The doctor took his time giving me advice on what filler would work best for me. He advised against using voluma for my lips because five years from now my lips are going to stretch significantly and would probably need more than one syringe. Hence, the overdone look of many influencers. He ended up not doing my lips and told me to wait at least one month before I come back. Tip: take the reviews here with a grain of salt; they bribe their patients with a free facial for reviews. Update: She couldn't even give the correct answer -_- smh. My hairdresser gives me more time to explain what I want. Thank you for giving the numbing cream time to work. (hence you give 45 minutes for each patient).

I was going to go for a consultation for a procedure however, I had an emergency occur at work that would not allow me to make the appointment. I called ASAP day of the appointment to cancel. They charge a $100 for last minute cancellations. I understand but it was an emergency. Unfortunately, I had to be firm because the director Tina was extremely unprofessional. Tina was verbally abusive. Tina hung up on me after she said she wouldn’t charged and I asked if I could get that in writing, her response “I’m too busy” and hung up. When I called again Tina said to me in a condescending tone, “aren’t you busy, why are you calling me.” Wish I was kidding but I’m not. They changed my original appointment to a day that didn’t work for me and then was rude to me about cancelling. This experience has led me to believe this practice is shady. No respecting place would treat customers like this.
