Dr. Erlichman and the staff was wonderful! They ensured that everything was taking care of - from minor questions to insurance hiccups. Dr. Erlichman was professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable about my body and the changes that he would be making to it. He explained the process, the risks, and the recovery. Upon follow ups, he addressed my fears and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Erlichman and his team.

The staff kept me waiting a full 30 minutes but the VERY kind nurse nearly made up for it, which would be worth it if Dr. Jiminez wasn't a sexist, condescending jerk-but he was a full on New Delhi style chauvinist. He wanted me silent unless he asked me a question and he barely had a grasp of English comprehension. He told me to "stop having panic attacks and that SHE (my male PCP) should stop giving me all pills for anxiety." To quote him directly, he told me to "get over it and come back" and then he'd do the surgery. I had several concerns I wanted to bring up but he said, "I'm just armpit doctor," while shrugging and backing out the door. I'd wanted to let him know that I'd recently lost 16 lbs, cut out soda, went from 6 cups of coffee a day to 2 but he talked over me. To put it bluntly, Jiminez was a complete ass.
