I had surgery with Dr. Fenis this past June. I was pretty anxious considering it was my first surgery in general. But Dr.Fenis and his staff were great and answered all my questions both pre op and post op. He and his staff were both friendly and professional, he described everything in non medical terms so I could understand what would be going on with my body. While I was in surgery my mom reported that the staff at the aumbatory service where he does his surgeries; were great in keeping her updated on what was going on with me. I’m 3 months post op now and my chest is awesome, my scars are pretty minal and have been basically since day 1. I did not need drains, and I had very minor pain while recovering. My pain was mostly on my left side, there were a few days were I was in a lot of pain, but over all I was pretty pain free. The morning after my surgery I was able to go out to eat with my family due to the little amount of pain and discomfort I was in. I would highly recommend Dr. Fenis and his staff to take care of your surgery needs.

My recovery was pretty painless and happened exactly how he said it would. My scars are almost invisible and it has only been a couple of months! My experience with Dr Feins and his staff has been nothing but pleasant. His fees for services are very reasonable and I was completely satisfied with my results. I had very bad bags under my eyes. I never wore my contact lenses and had to hide under my eyeglasses. I can now wear my contacts and feel good about myself! Thank you Dr Feins and staff.

I can't even leave ONE star but google made me. He RUINED my life. I am still in excruciating pain 3 years after my surgery. 4 days after my procedure I ended up in the hospital with "complications". for a month, I almost died and needed surgery to see my life because he made a mistake. I was an athlete then and now I am an invalid. I wouldn't let this man remove a wart.

I don’t think that it would have been possible to have had a better experience than I had with Dr. Feins and his staff. He was knowledgeable, attentive and gave me a look even better than I’d imagined. The day of my surgery he made me feel very comfortable and safe, even stating that in that moment I was the most important person in his life and my safety was his main concern, which was beyond calming for my nerves. I just got a breast reduction done by Dr. Feins. He met with me before the surgery and made sure we were on the same page, took me through all the steps and what to expect. Day of surgery he helped me feel less nervous. When I woke up I was instantly happy with how much relief I felt, no more shoulder pain, and from what I can see I'll really like them once they are healed. I had surgery November 2018, this was an experience that was unlike what I thought. Dr. Feins is probably the most attentive, skilled and kind doctor/person in our area. I very highly recommend using his abilities, he is the best doctor I have ever had. He makes himself available by his personal cell if you cannot reach the office, and is genuinely concerned with each patient. His staff is also amazing.

I’m not exaggerating when I say this man ruined my life. I didn’t leave my house for 6 months after the surgery and cried from pain and fury every single day of those months. He did a surgery he clearly had no idea had to do, botched it horrifically leaving what we’re supposed to be symmetrical implants in my face in two different places and neither being even close to the right placement. I wanted help with Bell’s palsy from Lyme and my trust in this doctor cost me my career. I am disfigured. I’m in pain. I need extensive reconstructive surgery. When I so much as politely broached the topic of not being comfortable with the result, (which I and everyone who came with me to surgery did IMMEDIATELY when they saw me since every layman can see it was botched and disfiguring, then at every appointment since) Dr Feins reacted with aggression and nastiness. There’s a chunk missing out of my nostril because his stitches came apart after 12 hours and he wouldn’t re-stitch it. I have constant nerve pain. I look like I have a disfiguring bone disease and my skull grew in all different directions. He aged me 20 years. Every time I think of this practice I am sick to my stomach. I’ve been examined by several other surgeons and had x-Rays and MRIs that have left them scratching their heads as to how this could have been done so wrong by anyone who claims to have done the surgery before. This greedy man claimed to be adept at a surgery he definitely had no experience with to get my money when I was insecure and vulnerable. I’d give all that money again to have my old face back. But it will take quadruple the money, several years, and I will never look the same.

From the minute I met Dr. Feins I knew he was the right surgeon to choose for the lift and aug. His professionalism and personality are unmatched. I had previously spoke with a few other surgeons in the area and I didn’t feel like they truly cared. Dr. Robert Feins is an amazing man and very skilled at his profession. His staff are all eager to help out and achieve your end result. I went for Blepharoplasty, which is lower eye lid surgery both eyes. I am still recovering; the first day actually, but the procedure went well and the doctor sees you the next day for a follow-up visit. My procedure was done at BASC in Bedford, NH. I would definitely recommend him for plastic surgery.

I was very hesitant to inquire about a Reduction mammoplasty with both my primary care physician and my Rheumatologist. After many years and finally being fed up with the chronic shoulder, neck and back pain I have in and finally inquired. They all agreed after my consult with Dr Fiens. I am now 6 months out and I have to say I can’t believe how much it has helped me with my chronic shoulder pain. I wish I had inquired sooner. I am also feeling confident with how I look. I had my top surgery done by Dr. Feins. He did a really great job. My chest looks amazing and it healed really well, with much less pain than I was led to expect. It may have been somewhat due to luck and my own body, but I feel that Dr. Feins both pays attention to the eventual result while also taking care to minimize unnecessary trauma to the body during surgery. What really mattered to me more even than my surgery turning out well is that he and all of his staff were super respectful and kind to me, without exception. He explicitly mentions nonbinary people on his website and uses clear but respectful terminology to describe the procedures, which was a huge factor in my choosing him over other surgeons. He's a delightfully brisk and efficient person and got everything done so much faster than I ever hoped it might happen. I'm really happy with my results and the standard of care I received. I would heavily recommend him to anyone I know looking to get top surgery or any other plastic surgery he performs.

Dr. Feins was my surgeon for a breast reduction, both he and his staff were very professional and sensitive. He was patient when it took a few extra minutes to become comfortable with taking my shirt off in front of strangers. The process of having a breast reduction requires pictures to be taken for the insurance company, Dr. Feins and his nurses are aware that this can be awkward and Charlotte helped to make this experience more comfortable. Thanks to Melissa at his office, who worked with my insurance company, the authorization approval was a smooth process. Dr. Feins was respectful from our first consultation to our post op visit, he informed my girlfriend that I made it through surgery with flying colors and checked on me at 6:30 the next morning. He is a first class surgeon and his staff is best in class with him. I highly recommend him.
