Unfortunately, I have had loads of dental work done in my life. Dr Wu is by far and away the best dentist with whom I have ever dealt. She and her staff are always friendly and actually care about the patients. The quality of the work is perfect. I do not know why that reviewer thought that Dr. Wu may be expensive as I have no knowledge of that person's circumstances but her charges have been fair, considering the level of expertise and and staff and technology in the office. She is great. Go see her.

I am the biggest chicken or coward when it comes to the dentist. I have had this phobia for as long as I can remember. Over the years with other providers, I've had some extensive dental procedures that were not pleasant to say the least ; Then I was introduced to Dr. Emma Wu. She truly is amazing. Recently I fractured the root of a back tooth. The pain was extreme . When I called , she took me in immediately and I had to have the tooth extracted. Dr. Wu recommended that I eventually have an implant . I was against it from the beginning because of my fear and past experiences with other providers . Also, this being an invasive procedure in my eyes. It was way in the back. No one would notice and I could live without it. Well , It wasn't long before I realized I couldn't chew without that back tooth. I called and made an appointment for the implant. All I can say , is that it was one of my best experiences ever at the dentist. The entire staff is so friendly and comforting. After my procedure I went home thinking that when the Novocaine wore off , I would be in agony and probably would have to call in sick at work the next day. Never happened.!! As a matter of fact , I called the office the next day to thank everyone and to let Dr. Wu and her dental assistant Nancy know that I had no pain , swelling or bruising ! I couldn't believe that there wasn't one symptom . It was like I hadn't even had any procedure done . Even if you have a fear of dentists as so many do , I would strongly recommend you give Dr. Wu a chance to show you her skills. If you want to save your teeth and have that beautiful smile she's the best. Cheryl Becker

I recently started started seeing Dr Wu. The experience thus far has been outstanding. From the initial appointment when I spoke to Francine on the phone, who, was very helpful and quite pleasant and accommodating, to Vicky who also greets you with a smile when you walk in the door, and like Francine goes out of her way to help. Erica is very professional and immediately put me at ease. Dr Wu is so knowledgeable and lets you know exactly what the issues are and how best to address them. I've been to many dentists but have not met one that I feel as comfortable as I do with Dr Wu.

I got my teeth whitened by Brianna today and my results are amazing! She is so polite and very professional I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a cleaning or whitening. Overall great experience and the entire staff was nice and helpful

I have had mostly unpleasant experience with dentists. I am so happy I found Dr. Wu!!! She is a great dentist. She has fixed issues I had with my teeth that other dentists could not fix or improve. I now love smile. I live in Boston, but happily drive to Danvers, because in my opinion she is the best. I have also moved all of my family to Dr. Wu from their other dentist. We are huge fans!!!!

I am very happy with this office, they are friendly, helpful and informative. With their guidance my dental problems have slowed and almost stopped (should happen soon).Dr. Wu is a very caring and methodical Doctor, her Hygienist, Liz is dedicated, thorough and the type of person who's great personality and happy mood is infectious she is one of my favorite people in the world-no kidding!! Everyone in the office including Dr Wu's assistant and the desk are never without a smile and it seems to me that all of the equipment is very modern. If this was a hotel I would give it a 5 star rating.

started coming to this dental office this year. I absolutely love it there.. The front desk is very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Wu was very attentive and cared about my concerns. I'm definitely not ever switching dentists.

I have been going to Dr Wu for over 2 years and I'm so pleased with all aspects of her dental work. The atmosphere and the warm caring feelings you receive from her staff is really important to people that have anxiety about going to the dentist. I am so happy with the total transformation and I feel confident that Dr Wu gave me the best options. I was greeted from her staff like I was part of their family. The front desk took care of all my insurance claims and even made it possible to proceed with financing to fit my budget. Best dental office by far. I'm glad I made the change.

It has been awhile since I went to the dentist and Dr Wu and Liz were great! I had to have a root canal from Dr Wu and it didn't even hurt. Liz cleaned my teeth and did a great job they aren't so yellow. Alyassa and Yohany are very friendly and do a wonderful job. I will recommend Dr Wu and her great staff to everyone. Thanks girls for taking such great care of me.
