Dr. Virginia Hung is very thorough and explains everything. She has a pleasant manner and is easy with whom to talk. The surgery on my finger went well, healed well and her follow-up was thorough too. Her credentials speak for themselves and she came very well-recommended. Her staff is also very pleasant and helpful. Appointments are made in a timely manner and there is never more than a 5-minute wait to see the doctor. And her occupational therapist Judy is the best! I had a few weeks of therapy for the arthritis in my wrist/thumb and her therapy gave me considerable relief.

Dr. Hung performed needle aponeurotomy on my right hand on a dupuytren contracture cord causing pinky finger to be bent 55 degrees at the MIP joint and 55 degrees at the PIP joint. The procedure took her about 20 minutes. No pain. only the slight sting of the needles for administering Novocain. She was able to open up the MIP joint fully 0 degrees and got the PIP joint opened to 34 degrees. PIP joint would not fully open because of contracture caused to the joint. Dr. Hung is a master at doing NA. My results at this stage are amazing. No surgery needed hurray! She also explains every little detail and result before it happens giving me a lot of confidence. Dr Hung is a really nice and compassionate person too. Her offices and medical setup is wonderful and her physcial therapist Judy was also terrific who made me my stretch device and night sleeping device to prevent bending the finger for first 3 months. Experience was very good and now I can open my hand again. See before pic with bent pinky and after NA result.

I had a 3 p.m. follow up appointment after receiving a large wound to my right thumb, that required 12 stitches, from a hole saw at work the previous day. Dr. Hungs office got me an appointment within 24 hours of my injury. I was out of the office within an hour. The staff and Dr. Hung were very accommodating and thorough with the evaluation of my injury. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience after sustaining such a bad injury. I am confident that I will get the proper care in the following weeks to get my hand back in working order with Dr. Hung and her staff.

My mom never complains, going so far as to lie. But she broke her wrist and quite out of character complained about the pain a lot. I asked Dr Hung to prescribe something, explaining that his was very unusual for my mom. Dr Hung offered that a broken wrist seems to be pretty painful and that she could maybe give her something. She didn't. And all this happened after she changed the appoint time on us and STILL kept us waiting more than an hour. Horrible person. No empathy for patients, just the money they bring her.
