The Bedford Ambulatory Surgical Center. Just can't say enough good about this place. My experience there was definitely a five star. There was not one unfriendly nurse, doctor or attendant. I was made s comfortable as possible and everything that was going to happen to me was explained in full detail. All my questions were answered clearly so that I could understand everything. Surgery is never pleasant but I have to say that I have no complaints about my experience. After returning home, I called with a question. A very pleasant returned my call promptly. The next day another nurse called to ask how I was doing and if I had any questions or concerns. Their followup after surgery is asstounding. If one person doesn't know the answer to a question, they find someone who can help. I just loved the place!

My daughter was scheduled for meniscus surgery and a half an hr before surgery was called to say they didn't have the proper equipment on hand. Doctor was very respectful in understanding the stressful situation but wanted to make sure he had the right tools for the right patient.

The service during a recent surgery was good, however I had an issue, and have attempted to contact the Practice Manager several times, leaving messages. After about a month I have not heard from her. So despite the good service and care during surgery, the customer service after is poor. I will be following-up with the doctor's who own the practice, since the manager cannot find the time to reach out.

Poor receptionist,I was calling to get the info. about getting MRI done there just simple questions that normal people did not know how it work and she gave me answered like i was so stupid. I am selfpay patient willing to pay cash! why would I go there if I already have bad experience on the phone!

My papa had shoulder surgery on weds October 26 with dr.oliviero and my papa can't say enough about the doctor,staff and facilities . Thank you so much all of you and Dartmouth-Hitchcock

Had an MRI on their "open" MRI for my shoulder and it was anything but open. I'm a little clostropbobic and the experience was sheer torture. After making through that experience I then sat in a chair to put my shoes back on. The technician then proceeded to grab my arm- the same arm that just had a rotator cuff tear- and ripped me out of the chair claiming I was trying to read patient data on a nearby computer screen which I did not even look at. It made my shoulder feel worse and unprofessional at the least if not negligent. Never going back.

Clean facility but lack customer service skills. Basically they are only in it for the paycheck not the patients. If you have an option to pick a different facility, do that. My situation was more complicated but it's the service that is not making me go back. Chose Elliott instead, they care about the patients over there.

Rating is regarding Mr. Silversmith - zero compassion or desire to understand or want to resolve issues. Insurance based coin operated attitude. I suffered for over a year but according to him, I had no issues? 2nd doctor got to the root of it and resolved my issue in 2 months. My issue was unique so Dr. S likely did not have the skills or interest to solve. Given the distant appointments for most doctors, DON'T GET STUCK WITH HIM - You will regret it.

Couldn't have been happier with this place. Phenomenal staff. Very clean. There wasn't a staff member there who didn't love what they do!
