The Dr. Lafranchi performed a Lower Face Lift and a Fraxel Laser C02 full face treatment on me in Sept 2019. The recovery has been easy and relatively pain free. My skin on my face looks amazing. My neck is beautiful. I am so happy I chose this doctor and his wonderful informative staff. When I read that he can perform a face lift in 2 hrs with conscious sedation I knew this was my new surgeon. A huge part of healing well is following all the instructions from the office in before and after surgery guide lines. I will post a few pictures in the future at 6 weeks post surgery.

I'm so happy with the decision I made to trust Dr. Lanfranchi and his team with my surgery. I had liposuction under my chin and a chin augmentation. Liposuction is something I thought about for a long time. I had several other consultations hearing about other options such as Kybella and Coolsculpting as well. From all of the research I did I decided liposuction would produce the best and immediate results. Dr. Lanfranchi and his team specifically AJ, Ryan and Dee Dee were kind, informative, personable, and professional from my first time stepping foot into the office. It was the nicest office I visited while going on consultations but that's not what stood out. What stood out was the staff and how they treated me. They listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push other surgeries on me. Dr. Lanfranchi only does face surgeries. His knowledge and explanations made me feel comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. I'm three weeks post surgery and I couldn't be happier with the results. I can't stress enough how smoothly everything went and how they made me feel like I was apart of the family. Thank you to all of the TLC staff for making me feel more confident with my appearance. And for caring about my satisfaction and recovery post op. I can’t thank this team enough.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Paul and team I have done my best to keep my skin in shape over the years but at 62 gravity was taking a toll. I needed help with my neck and sagging jowls so booked consults with 3 Las Vegas plastic surgery practices. The first two were leading centers that turned me off by 1) only spending 5-10 minutes with me and 2) requiring me sign an agreement stating I would not post any negative social media comments about my experience with their practice. No wonder their reviews were 5-star on Yelp and Google! Both centers agreed they could do a neck liposuction. One suggested a neck lift. The other suggested using fillers in my face to take away some of the lines. My last consult was with The LanFranchi Center. I was waiting for the "no social media posting" agreement - it never came. Yes! Reviews are real reviews! The staff all appeared to interact as a family. Yes! AJ met with me for over 30 minutes as my patient consultant and outlined how their practice worked, took pictures and answered any questions prior to meeting Dr. Paul. My session with Dr. Paul was another 30 minutes of thorough review, where he spent time evaluating my face, answering all of my questions and suggesting what procedures would help the most. By the end of that hour I had decided to have a TLC neck lift, lower face lift and chin augmentation. Based on our discussions and my anatomy I could understand how a chin augmentation would definitely help define my overall appearance, thanks to Dr. Paul's clear explanation. We scheduled the procedure for 2 weeks down the road. The staff kept in touch with me to make sure I didn't have any questions and the day of the procedure I arrived for the afternoon outpatient operation. The TLC method is performed using local anesthetic, something I appreciated. Dr. Paul keeps you informed of everything happening, and the team works together seamlessly to provide an excellent outcome. Their instructions are clear as you leave and in follow-up visits. If you have any questions they are only a phone call away. Because they operate as a family, you can speak to any of them and know the others are informed of your situation. I was seen the next day and following week, and again at appropriate intervals post-procedure. I am very fair and bruise easily, so quite expectedly did bruise post the procedure. I used Arnica and still had bruising but I was not surprised by this. My pain level was low, even with the chin augmentation. I was out to dinner (with make-up to cover my bruising) by Day 4 post-op. I am so thrilled with the Dr. LanFranchi and team at TLC. My next procedure will be an upper bleph - and again - will be at TLC!

I am in my 30’s and wanted a slight lift in my neck and lower face after an ultherapy treatment really dissolved my tissue and left me with loose skin. It was minor.. but enough to bother me and I dreaded plastic surgery at my age because I didn’t want to look stretched or fake or ruin my natural face.. but let me tell you Dr. Lanfranchi is a PRO at natural and effective results. He knew exactly how much to lift to make my face look smooth and full and tight again but not overly ‘done’. I feel like my old self again it has done wonders for me in many ways. Even if you are in your 30’s, a doctor like this who only does faces will give you a fresh result with a mini facelift and neck lift if you are having the start of loose skin without stretching you or making you look unnatural. I wasted so much on sculptra, filled, etc .... none of it worked like this. Only 2 weeks down and i’m already back to work and looking amazing ! Him and his team are awesome!

Dr Lanfranchi and his team are fantastic! I recently had a lower face lift, which included tightening my neck, and an upper eyelid lift. I selected Dr. Lanfranchi after reading reviews and looking at results of other patients. I selected this Dr over other plastic surgeons for two big reasons: 1. All he does is facial work so he has a lot of experience, and 2. The patient is not placed under a general anesthesia for the procedure(s). This is a big deal because it can take several days for the effects of a general anesthesia to wear off during which time your body is not focused 100% on healing from the surgery. As such, recovery time is faster. TLC's team approach is another big plus. In addition to Dr. Lanfranchi, support comes from Ryan, Phil, A.J. and Dee Dee who are all so kind and helpful in answering questions. My new look is amazing! I look like me, but about a decade younger than I did before. ( I am early 60's but could easily pass for early 50s.) I am loving the clean lines of my chin, neck and eyes! No more baggy jowls, turkey neck or hooded eyes. I highly recommend this practice.

I'm *that* person that goes back and forth about things for years before finally making a decision. So you can imagine how many hours/days/months I spent researching different doctors for neck liposuction. I lost about 30 pounds over the last year, under 30 years old, and am considered "slender" body type. But my neck/chin area always still looked swollen and fat. Looking at our recent wedding photos really just sealed the deal for me. I was 100% sure that what I needed was lipo. After reading the amazing reviews on Dr. Lanfranchi and his team, I decided to just get it over with and have a consultation. Figured it was free anyway, so what harm could it do. I walked out of the consultation with a deposit payment and a scheduled procedure appointment. All I needed was 30 minutes with Dr. L to know that I trusted him tweaking with my face. He is honestly so kind, polite, and not at all pushy. Definitely not one of those salesman-type of surgeons. His staff even honored a discount for me, even though I was scheduling further out. Seriously? The best! Anyway, it was getting closer and closer to my surgery date and I was going in for a final consultation. After spending more time with Dr. Lanfranchi and going over my desired results and expectations, he recommended that I have a chin aug instead of lipo, explaining to me that I didn't have enough fat to remove to give me the final side profile that I was going for. Having an implant in my face sounded crazy to me, and definitely made me more nervous than lipo, but I trusted everything he was telling me and knew he wouldn't recommend something that would look like sh**. So that's what we went with. The price difference was minimal, and recovery time would be about the same. Dr. Lanfranchi's staff were seriously the best. They called to check up with everything, answered a billion of my questions, and even shared their own personal experiences with the same surgery (Dr. L performed it on some of his staff), so it was really cool to see before and afters in person, not just in pictures. The day of the procedure, I made sure to follow all of the instructions. Staff were there to greet me and got me comfortable and settled into the surgery room. Surgery was performed under local, so I was still awake, but so numb that I didn't feel a thing. It was surreal. Dr's bedside manners were amazing. He was so accommodating to my needs (like not talking me through the procedure, because hearing about what's happening would have given me the worst anxiety), and then they filled me up with sugary snacks and apple juice. Heaven? Yes. Honestly, I was ready to back to work before I was even due. Recovery was a breeze, getting stitches removed took like 10 minutes on a lunch break, and my before and after pictures speak for themselves. What makes Dr. Lanfranchi so worth your time and money is the fact that he ONLY works on faces, so he's a pro when it comes to making them look amazing. Sure, other plastic surgeons can perform the same surgeries, but they might be squeezing those in between some breast implants and butt injections. In fact, I had 2 other consultations - one with a doctor that performed another surgery on me years ago and another with a cheaper price - but when you meet the right person, you just know. You can't explain it. Would I return? Yes. Would I recommend? 100%. Thank you so, so much for boosting my self-confidence.

I am only one week post surgery (lower face lift and full neck) I was going to wait til I'm all healed to write a review but I am just so happy with everything that I didn't want to wait. First of all, I didnt choose a doctor randomly. I did my homework! There are plastic surgeons and FACIAL plastic surgeons and that was very high on my list when looking for someone to do my FACE. I did meet with another very accredited doctor that only does the face. This person was very quick to suggest much more work than I felt I needed, along with botox and filler after the procedure. Dr. Lanfranchi addressed my concerns without trying to make me look like someone I'm not. I was both scared and happy about not being put under anesthesia. I couldn't understand how taking a few pills before the procedure could make me not freak out... but I was fine. I did great. I am recovering well and I'm HAPPY! Above everything else I want to add that DeeDee, Ryan, AJ and Dr. Lanfranchi, are the nicest, most understanding people, I have ever met! I called SO MANY TIMES with questions, both before & after my procedure, and never was treated like I was frustrating anyone. I might add more to this review at a later date, but I just want to let everyone know that this is a top notch doctor, a top notch office team, and I can't recommend them any more highly!!!!!!

Stellar Service from Start to Finish Two months ago I had a lower lifestyle facial lift. I was apprehensive, but it was well worth the effort and expense. Dr. Lanfranchi and his entire staff were kind, caring and very professional, from the first meeting to the follow up appointments. The procedure is done under a local, not general anesthetic, and it was easy. I healed quickly and am very satisfied with the results. His fee was very reasonable. Any further facial work I want done, I will be sure to come back here.

I had been considering a neck lift for quite some time. I had a few consultations over the years but never felt quite comfortable enough or ready to make the jump. Within minutes of meeting Dr Lanfranchi and his staff I knew for certain that this was the doctor for me. The entire staff was so attentive and reassuring. They are diligent and took their time to explain everything in detail and to answer all of my questions. I made my appointment for the procedure that day and left with all of my concerns having been addressed and having no doubt in the integrity of this practice. The day of procedure I was treated with the utmost respect and care. I could not have asked for a better experience. I’m now about 2 months post op and the results are so much better than I could have hoped for. I look and feel 20 years younger and the looks I get from friends and family are priceless. Dr Lanfranchi is truly an artist in his work and his staff is wonderful. I have absolutely no regrets and would do it again in a heartbeat.
