I cannot recommend Ms. Darci Page, the nurse injector at Janiga MDs, highly enough. She projects a friendly, grounded, and professional demeanor. Darci is not only well informed and passionate about her work, but also has demonstrated the ability to explain treatment to me in a way that I genuinely believe any patient would be able to thoroughly understand. During my new patient consultation she took an extensive amount of time with me without a consultation fee or guarantee that I would pursue treatment. I was so impressed with her treatment of me (and my mother, who tagged along in curiosity) as well as her knowledge, personal experience, and transparency about the options available to me that it was an easy decision to pursue the suggested plan. She was incredibly patient and generous with her time. I have been in for two follow up appointments and have had the same positive experience with each return. I wouldn't venture anywhere else in the Reno-Tahoe area and urge anyone even considering getting dermatological/plastic surgery/injectable assessment and/or treatments to try Janiga MDs. I have had other experiences with dermatological clinics prior to this one, and the customer service from the phone to checkout at Janiga MDs is on an entirely different level. There is a reason that they have 39 five-star reviews. Do it, do it!

I was so amazed and at ease with Dr Timothy Janiga, he was one of the most compassionate and understanding Dr i have come across. The plastic surgery he did on me was nothing short of amazing. After having 36 radiations treatments in 2010 and my skin basically dying in that area with new issues appearing quickly he was able to exactly like he said he would do and the outcome was great. Here is an update to my review. Dr. Timothy Janiga did a Plastic Surgery procedure called a Lip Lift for me in May 2015. I am so happy with the results. My upper lip was small and almost just a flat line. Now I have that cute cupids bow and it looks natural. He did this surgery in his In Office Surgical Suite, it took about 1 hour with just local lidocaine for anesthesia. I had consulted with him in 2014 about the Mommy Makeover and am planning to do the Tummy Tuck this Spring. Janiga MDs Plastic Surgery and Dermatology is owned by Timothy Janiga, MD and Jennifer Janiga, MD. This husband and wife team is unique to Northern Nevada. I have consulted with both physicians for Cosmetic concerns. Jennifer Janiga, MD, the Dermatologist offered expert advice for my concerns about facial aging. I just looked older than I felt. Together we decided on a non surgical plan. Laser resurfacing to remove brown spots and reduce wrinkles, BOTOX for my forehead wrinkles and Juvederm for puffy lower eyelids were the best options for my needs. I am very pleased with the results and now I look as young as I feel. I consulted with Timothy Janiga, MD regarding a Mommy Makeover which consists of a Breast Augmentation and Abdominoplasty. He answered all of my questions and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I have recommended JanigaMDs Plastic Surgery and Dermatology to my friends and they have been very pleased with the patient care and professionalism of Timothy Janiga, MD and Jennifer Janiga,MD.

I actually went into her office for micro-blading and she happened to have some free time and was able to talk to me about Botox and fillers. She had all the latest information as well as the latest fillers, which was nice because I didn't even know about these new fillers from my previous doctors office that I've been with for years. She also went in-depth about what would work best for me. She was so warm and welcoming, I felt so comfortable. I will definitely be back. A couple years ago I went to see Dr. Jennifer because I wanted a 2nd opinion on the moles that are on my back which were actually benign . While examining me she noticed 2 red spots that looked like someone took a bingo dobber to my back. I was truthful to her when I said that I never paid attention to them since I was more worried about the changing moles and not 1 of my other dermatologist ever mentioned them to me in the past. We then discussed having Dr. Tim remove the 2 red spots since they were quite ugly and it is always better safe than sorry. Well I can say all 3 of us were quite shocked when they came back as melanoma since they did not have the characteristics of a typical melanoma. I went in for another surgery to remove a broader area and I am happy to say that I haven't had any more occurrences of cancer in the last 2 years. Dr. Jennifer doesn't mess around, she is aggressive and passionate in her practice and I feel I can say that she saved my life. Who knows how long the melanoma would have gone undetected and untreated if I didn't go with my gut instinct and went with another dr. I highly recommend both Dr. Jennifer and Dr. Tim to everyone.

I have personally seen Dr. Jennifer Janiga for botox, filler, and laser treatments and have always been extremely pleased with the results. My 3 year old daughter was treated for a skin infection by Dr. Jennifer Janiga and her approach with children was remarkable, she keep my daughter calm and comfortable. Recently had a laser treatment with Darcy who is a gem however more importantly she was very thorough with the treatment additionally going over targeted areas such as the nasolabial folds, above the lip and the corners of the mouth.
