About three years ago menopause took over my body. I tried everything to get my pre-menopause body back with no luck. I exercise regularly and eat extremely healthy and child size portions, with no results. So for my 50th birthday I asked my husband to give me the ultimate birthday present and help pay for me to get liposuction. I live in the Las Vegas area, so there are no shortage of plastic surgeons, but I really didn't want to get a botched procedure. So I did a ton of research and chose three surgeons to meet. All offer free consultation, so on my birthday my husband and I met with all three. I met with Dr. Haley Brown last and she was by far the most positive and thorough with her questions of what I wanted and what I expected. She was very blunt with what she could do and how the results would look. She was so honest, and didn't promise anything that she could not deliver. It is obvious she loves what she does and she does it well. She said she was going to be very aggressive and get all of the fat out as much as she could with as few incisions as she could. Everyone in her office is friendly, courteous and sweet. There was no pressure in any way to have anything else done. They are all very professional and I felt very comfortable the whole time. I had the surgery six weeks ago and I look amazing! Still a bit tender and need to massage the scar tissue out in a few areas, but I feel awesome and look great in my thin clothes again! I will be packing up a lot of my fat clothes to give away! Dr. Brown had taken before pictures during the pre-op appointment, and I just went to my six week follow up yesterday and she took the after photos and printed them out for me. All I can say is wow! Dr. Brown told me from the beginning it will take a while for my skin to shrink up a bit and my nerves to heal – about six months, but I look and feel amazing right now! If you are thinking of having liposuction, I would strongly recommend you meet with Dr. Brown. Even if you spend time meeting with other plastic surgeons, I am certain you will chose her over any of them. Again, thank you Dr. Haley Brown! You and your staff are fantastic!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Brown. I was an out of town patient when I had my breast aug done about 5 years ago. I had the consult while on vacation in Vegas, and then scheduled the surgery a couple of weeks later. Her and her staff made the whole process very easy for me. The best part about Dr. Brown, is she doesn't try to talk you out of what you want. She might give you suggestions, but if you want big boobs, you can be sure you'll get them. I loved her so much, I went back a couple of years later for some liposuction. My results on both procedures were amazing! She has a spunky and vibrant attitude, which makes it even better!

It's been 2 months since Dr. Brown did my breast augmentation.Before I go into details about getting my procedure done, I want to go through how I found her to be THE doctor for me to go to.I remember going to her for a consult in 2013. At that time I had one child. After breast feeding of my first child, I started to feel insecure about my breasts. I know, I know, change in breast appearance comes with having a child. Anyways, so I did my search online for Plastic Surgeons & I read quite a few reviews of other doctors. I live in South Las Vegas & I was looking at surgeons all over town. Believe it or not, I was even looking at doctors in California.I go in for my first consult & Dr. Brown's staff was very nice. Her office ambiance was very welcoming.When Dr. Brown came in to see me, she made me feel very comfortable. At that time I didn't have many questions to ask as I was just sitting there listening to everything she had to tell me about breast augmentation from type to size. From start to finish of my first consult, it was great! FFWD>>>in 2014, I got pregnant with my second child (my son). So I obviously had to wait to have my breasts done.I gave birth in October of 2014. I gave myself time to recoup from pregnancy.In March 2015 I told myself "ok! its time!" Since my first consult with Dr. Brown, I kept her in mind & scheduled a consult with her.As expected, her staff (Nicole & Althea) were there to greet me with their beautiful faces ^_^ I get called back & Dr. Brown comes in to see me and this time this appointment was more in depth. I had a bunch of questions and concerns & both Dr. Brown & Althea answered every single one of them in great detail.We discussed the types of implants that were available, the type of candidate I would be, whether it'd be best for me to place the implant above or below the muscle, etc. In this consult, the best part of the whole appointment was the way Dr. Brown was VERY realistic. She told me exactly what my implants will look like to the risks that may be involved with a surgery as such. It's nice to have a doctor who "tells it like it is" in a professional manner.We finally got to the fitting for size. I fell in love with the 435cc. Prior to my surgery I was a 34B and was fitted for a 36D. Dr. Brown & Althea let me see what two different sizes would look like. My whole ideal breasts were breasts that gave me a cleavage with no gap & breasts that felt real! Which I went with the Sientra implants. From start to this point of the appointment, everything went smooth. I didn't feel rushed or anything like that. They surely made this appointment about me and moved at my pace.Two weeks after that consult, it was time for my surgery. I scheduled my surgery to be early in the morning on a Wednesday so that way I had more time to recover before going back to work that following Monday. Althea was there to prep and talk to me & Dr. Brown came in to draw on her "marks" & talk to me about the procedure. I told her I was nervous and just listening to her & Althea talk help keep me calm. The surgery center allowed my hubby & son to be with me in the room before surgery & them being at my bedside really helped keep my mind from overthinking.About an hour later, I wake up in the recovery section of the center. I can't remember her name, but the girl that took care of me when I was waking up from the anesthesia was very polite & had very great bedside manner. She stayed by my side until I was able to keep my eyes open.Since my surgery, I've had 2 follow up appointments & those have been great!! I must say, when other reviews say that Dr. Brown is an artist, they are only telling the truth! I am very happy with the results! I can't wait to see them for my one year appointment!

Dr Brown is FABULOUS!!! After having lost over 100 pounds I needed to be "tightened up". Approximately 12 years ago I went to her for BA with lift, Tummy Tuck, Thigh Lift, Butt Lift and Brachioplasty. Haven't had any problems with any of the surgeries. In fact my breast implants look as good as they did 11 and a half years ago when I got them. And my stomach is still just as flat. All of my scars are just barely visible. Just recently it was discovered I have very, very mild capsular contracture. Instead of Dr Brown jumping into surgery with me, she suggested we wait until there is a rupture (as we all know this happens and cannot be controlled) and at that time replace or remove. Instead of doing surgery now, just to do it, she suggested to wait, as the contracture is not causing any problems, it's actually holding my breasts up! I appreciate her honesty in not running into unneeded surgery right now. Dr Brown is in my opinion the ABSOLUTE BEST plastic surgeon in this town, simply outstanding in her field. I would never go to anyone else and trust her and her outstanding skills 110%! I love her, however, hope I don't need to see her again for several years! =) When I do need her I have the upmost confidence and trust in her that she will only do what's best for me, and will do an outstanding job, as usual!

Dr. Hayley Brown is an exceptional cosmetic surgeon! I couldn't be happier with my results! At a young age, since puberty, (I am currently 22) I was a C cup with naturally large areolas and saggy breasts. After having my first child, I lost a significant amount of volume, decreasing my breast size, and thus sagging even further with stretched areolas. Dr. Brown performed a breast augmentation and a mastopexy, with an areola reduction, and I am extremely surprised with my results! Prior to surgery, I was so terrified and uneasy about having scars as a result of the mastopexy, however, you can seriously barely see them! I am only 3 months post op! Trust me, if that is any concern or hesitation of yours, it is WORTH it. I would absolutely do it all over again. I am so thrilled to finally be able to wear clothing items that I can feel confident in, something that I've never been able to do before. Dr. Brown did a wonderful job choosing a suitable size that was proportioned to my petite body frame. She truly has a keen eye in predicting the results that you wish to achieve.The office is also super cute, clean, and inviting! I felt like I was checking into a spa every appointment! Staff was wonderful, encouraging, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Dr. Brown is truly an artist at what she does and if you are debating on getting any cosmetic work done, I recommend her to anyone! :)

I had consultations with four doctors when considering surgery. In three of the consults I was told that a tummy tuck was the only option to see the results that I desired post-babies. Dr. Brown heard my concerns about recovery time as a busy mother and professional. She was open, honest, and frank about my options, including liposuction, and answered my many questions.
