43 years of experience & knowledge is what I've gained from cosmetic surgeons, nurses, injectors of fillers. I've had numerous work done on my face. As a photographer I've advised dozens of models and witnessed the results. Following is my opinion based on all this experience & knowledge. May 2018 I went to Francesca with ONE simple request: Eliminate frown lines. I'd had them erased 4 years prior but that nurse has retired from surgi spa. Francesca led me to believe she could easily satisfy my request. However, I was forced to sign more documents than I've seen at other offices. That should have been my warning. Francesca failed me. Instead of eliminating frown lines in one simple procedure, she couldn't get the job done even after 3 additional visits. She left me with a half inch long frown line on one side of my mouth and smaller line on other side. Her last attempt made the lines worse. Had I gotten this done at surgi spa, it would have cost $750 and been completed in less than 30 minutes. Instead, I paid Francesca $1499, was left with partial frown lines and a series of small bumps even after 4 visits. In fairness, $1499 included some filler injections on sides of my temples which may have given my face a minor lift. It also included some Botox on my forehead but this also turned into a disappointment. I've had Botox before and it always lasted 6 months or longer so I wonder what she really injected into my forehead because reappeared in less than 3 months. BOTTOM LINE: I mistakenly signed all those documents and trusted Francesca. Hopefully, whomever reads this can benefit from my mistakes. Look past the positive reviews and you'll see other negative reviews with similar feedback.

Omg I was at her place twice and both times very dissappointed. I did radiesse and juvederm for cheeks and lips. It hurt very bad, she pokes the needle into your face like craze no numbing cream nothing. And she keeps saying "oh looks great, you see how great you look, wow so nice" etc, in fact I see no difference in the mirrow she holds to your face but she keeps complimenting her work, very annoying. Anyway after the injections I looked like a freak for couple days. I had bruising and my lips looked so funny and had a lumb on one side. After it all settled what a disspointment to see my face looked the same no changes whatsoever. No changes on my lips and the cheeks, still looked the same as before. It was painful and waste of 1k for nothing. Wont recommend and wont be going back. Dont know how she gets all this great reviews but I sure was not happy with her work. She might be good with her regulars and might not care much about new clients since she knows they wont come back.

If I could give TEN stars I would! Francesca is simply the BEST!! I recently moved here from Santa Barbara, CA. Botox, fillers and cosmetic procedures are very popular and locations are plentiful in Santa Barbara. I have had actual plastic surgeons, MDs, give me botox and lip fillers in the past and I was disappointed with the results. With my previous lip injections, I would bruise and swell to the point that I had to miss work because I was unsightly. Prior botox left a ripple effect at hairline. I found Francesca on Yelp. From the minute I walked in, I was warmly greeted by both Alex and Francesca. Francesca discussed in detail what she recommended. Her procedure addressed my eleven lines, forehead wrinkles and the loss of firmness in my eye and cheek area. The results are nothing short of Phenomenal! The following visit I had lip fillers. Absolutely Perfect results! I didn't bruise, swell or get "duck lips". I now have the lips I have always longed for. They are plump, symmetrical and so pretty! I am beyond overjoyed with all of the procedures!! I completely trust her advice and have amazing results. I am 52. I have never looked this refreshed and youthful. .ever!! Francesca is simply amazing. I so appreciate her honesty, integrity and skill. I believe she is the best in the industry. I feel blessed to have found her and plan to be a lifelong patient. Editing my 5 Star review. I had the “Luxury Liquid Facelift” procedure in August & went back for a 2nd visit in September for a touch up. Total cost was $1800 - After seeing my friends last week who had the same treatment in Los Angeles I wanted to cry! ***She does use or have anything to clean or numb your face before injections. I have 1 pronounced frown line on the side of my face. When I asked Francesca why during my 2nd visit she told me it was because I slept on that side too much. In addition, I have a completely numb forehead with deeper lines then what I started with. The injections done at the temples actually made my face sag & create pronounced crows feet & bags under my eyes. Sad & disappointed I believed all of the 5 ⭐️reviews. Horrible 1st experience with Botox & Fillers. Hoping someone can fix what she did to my face.

Francesca has a great eye for aesthetics and an even better professional yet personable demeanor. I truly appreciated that she told me that "you need this but you don't need that etc..." No bruising, and very gentle hand for botox and fillers, unlike my dermatologist. Dumped him! I will never go back to him for botox/fillers because I left with bruises, bleeding and sometimes botox that didn't last very long at all. Francesca knows exactly what she is looking at and doing. For me, her office is the polar opposite end of town, but it worth every mile for her work.
