I have never been more excited to go to the doctors. The staff is sublime. I was received with warmth and kindness. I went to Dr. Kiener for a breast reconstructive surgery. There was almost no wait time to get my surgery on its way. The recovery process was hard and Dr. Kiener and staff helped me each step of the way. I have gone back for Botox and scar removal. My HUGE scar on my chin is also most non-existence and its only been 2 months. I owe a huge thanks to Dr. Kiener and his staff.

was recommended to Dr. Kiener by two good friends and they both had only great things to say about their surgery and recovery. I then made a free consultation with Dr. Kiener after seeing another plastic surgeon in town, I felt much more at ease and comfortable with myself in his office with his staff. I thought that I would have to have implants to help with my very low and uneven breasts. I could not imagine adding anymore weight to my body. Dr. Kiener was very knowledgeable about my options to lift and even out my breasts. I have had nothing but confidence and support from his staff. I have now made two referrals to friends, one whom has had great results, the other who has an appointment made. I also had some issues with bleeding, Dr. Kiener was very prompt returning our call when he was in another surgery and helped to ease the situation, nothing ended up being wrong, just some slight bleeding. Dr. Kiener called to check in and so did his staff to make sure I was doing well. I am three months out from surgery and love my new natural look.

Dr. Kiener impressed both my husband an myself at the consultation by not trying to sell me other procedures and treated my issues with care. I had an umbilical hernia, endometriosis in my ab muscle, and needed a tummy tuck from a twin pregnancy. I LOVE my results and feel so much better mentally and physically after having all of this fixed!! Dr. Kiener's bedside manner is very good and makes me feel very comfortable as do the nurses that are at his office. Of the plastic surgery offices that I spoke to, Dr. Kiener's staff is by far the most courteous and are all very kind!!! I couldn't be more happy that I chose Dr Kiener for both procedures that I have had done (Breast Aug and full tummy tuck). He is so professional and his staff is out of this world. I love those ladies! I felt incredibly confident in his ability to do great work (which he did), and I have referred others to him. My experience with Dr. Kiener & his staff was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had with a medical office. From my very first consultation appointment, I felt that every concern of mine was understood and addressed. The staff, including Jill, Traci, Lisa, & Gaylene, was there for me every step of the way before surgery and post-op. There were never any unknowns to financials or the plan of care. The office staff specifically spent much of their time communicating with my insurance and the surgery facility in order to ensure full transparency with the process. I have spent 27 years unable to fully breathe correctly through my right nostril. Exercise was difficult and I was wrongly diagnosed with asthma for many years. Furthermore, I had always avoided photos taken due to appearance of my nose. Dr. Kiener gave me the gift of confidence through his incredible work as a surgeon. Breathing is exponentially easier now and I no longer am worried if I have a photo taken. To say that I am grateful would be the understatement of the year. You can trust this team with your utmost important surgical decisions, whether it is for function or appearance. I had gotten an augmentation with another doctor, which was literally the exact opposite of what I needed. This doctor convinced me he knew best, took my money, and pretty much ignored and shrugged off all of my concerns at the One scheduled follow up appointment. When I met Dr. Kiener, he was knowledgeable, straight forward, and very specific about what needed to be done to correct the other doctors mistake.
