I been a patient for over 10 years. Started with Dr. Shopnick (the best Dr.) Now I see Nurse Practitioner Shelly Miles she is great she listens to what I have to say. My appointments are not delayed unless a emergency comes up. I have no problems with anything the staff is very friendly. And yes the phones take awhile and that's because I feel everyone calls back to back instead of leaving messages. The front is trying to get everyone professional attention.

The medical staff is wonderful. The phone system and communication capabilities is a 1. Horrible....! Never, ever, get a call back! Change an appointment.... GOODLUCK!!!

Great Doctors and Great Staff - I have been there 4 times - two of those times the wait is long - such as over an hour - I recommend this location to family members and others.

I do not recommend this facility. I was here for three years. At first, they were very responsive and helped my stage 4 terminal cancer. After the company changed hands at the end of last year, they switched my pain medicine WITHOUT CONSULTATION WITH ME to something much less effective (and I assume cheaper, which my new dr calls ‘garbage medicine’ I told the doctor with no response from her or her staff, however I found from another dr. that the change of medicine had put me into withdrawal, untold agony on top of excruciating cancer pain and anxiety. Then all of a sudden they try to enroll me in an extremely expensive drug course, which the dr had told me wasn’t for my type of cancer. I became a pawn in the insurance system. I continually had to beg for my pain/anxiety meds, even tho I am a responsible patient who has NEVER ABUSED ANY MEDICINE. If you are a cancer patient who needs emotional support and pain relief, CCCN IS NOT FOR YOU. ‘This is an accurate representation of my personal experience. Your experience may differ. I can only vouch for me and will take no responsibility for anyone else’s medical experience’.

This place is horrible. My experience was very unpleasantI had called in advance to book an appointment and they had given me the day and when I showed up that day they said I didn't have one. Considering that I had to call off work to come and check on my health and they didn't take the appointment really frustrates me. This place is so un professional and rude.

i call every single day leave voice messages to schedule an appointment its next to impossible to get any type of reply its ridiculous very poor , mediocre costumer services

How do I Rate this place with a very Professional Dr. Clark S. Jean ? Only thing I can say, he is outstanding. For an old 70 yr. old Veteran like me, I can honestly say he is the best, warmest Dr. I have ever encountered. And his assistant Crystal, she is a must. The nicest and the most amazing personality you will ever have the pleasure. I thank them very much. This is the only place to go. God Bless everyone who has the opportunity to be treated at this facility.

I have spent 45 minutes on hold to be transferred to wait another 45 min. A grand total of 7 hours in 3 weeks of my time. If you dont want your questions answered and you love when a doctor is rude DR. Thumalla is the one for you! I never do reviews and have had the same primary for over 10 years. Took my mom there 3 times and will be the last. Oh, if you try to switch doctors she wont sign off and you have to go somewhere else. So if you have cancer run from this doctor PLEASE! ☆☆☆UPDATE Took my mom to Dr. Wiermann and the surgery, lateral Masectomy was done and she is cancer free! Dr. Thamallah sent her home with letrosol and said there was nothing she could do. The cancer spread in the breast by the time i INSISTED ON ANOTHER DOCTOR! If i would have listened to Dr.Thamalla my mom would not be here most likely today or full of cancer suffering.

I take my father in law to chemotherapy every 3rd Wednesday. He has been a patient here for over 3 years now and most of the staff are very friendly and greet him by name. It can be difficult to find a handicapped parking spot and the waiting room can get crowded but overall it has been a positive experience.

Being a patient for almost three years, I can honestly say they have made tremendous progress in honoring appointment times. While occasional delays are anticipated, a year ago it seemed every visit was delayed by an hour or more. I have come to know the employees and appreciate the friendships created and the care provided. Cancer is not an easy event to deal with and everyone works to make it more manageable. Dr. Thummala is the best and she never makes you feel rushed.

The reason why is 3 stars because of front desk staffs does they job. I finally get to meet Dr.Thamala 4 years after I heard negative about her from patient's family.The patient having problem with ONLY transferring to infusion chair. You charge for service arms and fleets but do bare minimum. I came to day for the patient and speak for her patient with the reality and doctor doesn't like to here it. She ask me not to come back to her office....nice huh. Those good reviews are just because patient not the most hardest one in the campus like this patient. Make her life easier and easy money as well. I realize it not,when people want to help but not a big help,only bare minimum help.

Why is it impossible to get an appointment, I've been calling for two days, left two messages and sent an email to make an initial appointment. I have a referral from my doctor and can't get in! I'd gladly go somewhere else but all the hematologist seems to work there.

The reception staff is outstanding. Always courteous and willing to help as soon as we get there. The nurses are also outstanding. Very knowledgeable and caring and supportive of my husband. Dr Sanchez - we r genuinely happy that we have such a great doctor. He is amazing and cares for our needs and he is very compassionate.
