I went to Dr. Dye to have my wisdom teeth removed. During my initial consultation he was very kind and professional and explained the procedure to me. I was still very nervous to have my teeth taken out. The day of the surgery, Dr. Dye and his nursing staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed before and after the surgery. The recovery room in the office was warm and comfortable while I waited to be released. The procedure went great, and I didn't remember anything, which is a plus. I would highly recommend Dr. Dye and his nurses to anyone needing their wisdom teeth or any other procedure done. Dr. Dye and his staff were very professional and I will use him for any future needs.

I have worked with Dr. Norby, and he and his staff have been fantastic. I had some issues that involved me returning multiple times. The work was completed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend the facility.

Agreeing with others, they're the only oral surgeon in my area and they know it. The surgeon I saw had a very poor attitude during the examination and even misdiagnosed me. He said I had two impacted complete bony wisdom teeth when in fact one of the teeth was already through the gum! Didn't even take the time to look at my teeth thoroughly. For a $90 visit he could at least do that. Thankfully, after the surgery the diagnosis was corrected so I wasn't overcharged. It was very expensive but they are specialists. The nurse who walked me to the recovery chair was very nice and even got me a blanket (even though I don't remember that, I just remember one magically being on me). If at all possible I'd suggest anyone looking to go else where. Given the choice, I certainly won't be going again for anything.

My experience could not have been better. Everyone was friendly and professional. I had a tooth extracted with a local anesthetic. Dr. Dye was done in minutes and I had very little bleeding or pain following. He is fantastic!

I hate having my teeth messed with, but the people at Oral Surgery made me feel so comfortable it just eliminated all my fears. I love their new office and it shows how they really care about their patients. They are very busy, but still took the time to really answer all my questions and concerns. They have really made the effort to bring the best to the Siouxland area. If your teeth need some help. This is the place.

I've had both my kids wisdom teeth pulled by Oral Surgery Associates. The staff has always been great to work with and takes care of dealing with my dental insurance. The office is very professional and the doctors we've worked with were very friendly and took the time to answer our questions and put my kids about the surgery.

They are the most unfriendliest people around but they can be. There is not another oral surgeon around so they know they can treat you like crap. They are very rude people.

Didn't even wait till I was asleep before they started cutting into me, that was excruciating. All of the nurses are RUDE and act like they don't wanna do their job. No, I don't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
