My wife has been seen twice at Esthetic Surgical Images. One time was after an accident, the other for elective surgery. Both times she received excellent care from Drs. Edney, Montag, and Bruneteau. The support staff and nurses were outstanding. They definitely overdelivered in results and quality of care!

I went in for a consultation and I was completely satisfied and felt comfortable with everything that I scheduled my surgery before I left. I traveled just under 3hrs to see Dr. Edney and I would recommend to anyone no matter their location to go to Aesthetic Surgical Images. Day of my surgery: I was relaxed, I wasn't rushed, and my last minute questions were answered, the gal who took care of me was comforting and patient. I went to ASI because one of my 11 year old breast implants ruptured.Dr. Bruneteau told me that it was impossible to remove and replace my implants through my existing scar on my nipple. I was very vocal about how disappointing that was, I recently battled cancer (lymphoma) and I have more than enough scars on my body already. He was absolutely certain, it was not an option to go through the nipple. He said he never puts implants in through the nipple because he can't take them out that way. He said he was surprised that my original doctor (who is in a different state) hadn't told me this would be an issue if one of my implants ruptured. I was very disappointed but I trusted him. A few days before my fully paid for procedure, his nurse called asking for an additional $900. Once again, they blamed the issue on my previous surgeon. He under filled an implant by less than a tea spoon, thus voiding the lifetime replacement guarantee from the manufacturer. I told the nurse I couldn't afford that. I wrote her an email requesting a full accounting of everything I've paid for up to that point. Instead of giving me an itemized invoice, she calls me back saying the doctor is so gracious, he's not going to charge me the extra $900. Then she said Dr. Bruneteau ordered my implants a size smaller than what was agreed on. When I objected to the smaller implants she backtracked and said they were the right size. I went from being mildly worried about the surgery to absolutely terrified that I was making a huge mistake! I especially didn't like their pompous attitude towards my original surgeon. He is highly regarded and well respected in South Florida, where surgeons are a dime a dozen, his reviews are excellent and he has his own morning talk show. Dr. Bruneteau on the other hand, has a lot of bad reviews out there. The more I read the scarier he seemed. So I canceled the surgery and got my money back. The surgeon I ultimately chose must be a miracle worker because he did the impossible, and used my original scar to remove and replace my implants! I am absolutely appalled that Dr. Bruneteau flat out lied to me about my incision options! He might not have the skills to give me what I wanted, but he should have been honest with me and said that he's not personally comfortable going in through my nipple, instead of declaring it impossible! Granted, had he been up front about his capabilities compared to other local surgeons I wouldn't go with him. Why learn new methods when you can just lie to your patients instead? I wouldn't recommend ASI to anyone, unless you're looking for outdated surgical methods, uncaring, and unimaginative doctors who see you only as a money making vessel rather than an individual human being.

Had a 3 hr wait for consultation. Very poor communication and unprofessional business. The doctors are so overbooked they cancel because and I quote from Dr.Edney "I cancelled your surgery because I didnt feel like I would give my 100%". That was said to me after several nurses claimed he cancelled because he was very sick. He cancelled 2 hrs before my surgery. When I was upset because of the last minute cancellation and the lying they made it seem like I was wrong for being upset. Do not go to this place. It is more like an assembly line than a professional plastic surgery facility. I wont get back the time that was wasted and the emotional toll this played in our life is devastating. I'm thankful I have found a better facility and doctor. Dr.Finkle is far more caring and considerate. I highly suggest seeing him at his office before going to aesthetic surgical images.

Dr. Edney and his team are AMAZING! I had a very easy experience from first consultation to after surgery follow ups. They are kind, explain everything to you in detail and work with your schedule. Went there today for a consultation, I had to wait 2 hours before I saw the surgeon. They said the consultation would take 1 n a half to 2 hours . I guess they meant the wait time. I've never had to wait that long for a consultation. I was furious but did not want to walk out because there's a $40 cancellation fee . Which is unheard of . Also compared to others their pricing is very high. Would not recommend, I feel like I wasted half of my day , just in their waiting office.

Before my procedure, I went to several other offices for a consultation but within minutes of walking through the door and meeting the staff at ASI, I knew exactly where I wanted to have my surgery. Dr. Bruneteau actually sat down with me and took the time to get to know me and understand my goals. The vectra imaging is so helpful in being able to visualize the end results and made choosing a size so easy. I also got the chance to meet Dr. Montag and her nurse during one of my follow ups and they are amazing. They answered all of my post op questions and made me feel so comfortable with the process. Dr. Montag's bedside manner is top knotch. Seriously, if you are considering any type of cosmetic procedure, I highly recommend ASI.

I am 59 years old and felt I was probably too old to have a breast lift that I had been considering for many years. With the encouragement of my daughter I found Aesthetic Surgical Images in Omaha. From the moment my husband and I met Dr. Bruneteau, we knew we had chosen the right clinic and dr. Dr. Bruneteau assured me that I wasn't too old and made me feel very comfortable with what I had chosen to have done. I had a Mommy Makeover, which included breast lift, tummy tuck and liposuction of the hips and buttocks. I'll be very honest---there were rough moments. The first week was pretty difficult. I really did need my husband's help for almost everything. We live 4 hours from Omaha, so we had alot of travel back and forth. I have difficulty with pain medication, so I only took those for about 3 days. The liposuction was the most painful in the beginning, however that heals fairly quickly. Probably the hardest part for me was sleeping on my back, since I am a stomach sleeper! The drains from the tummy tuck were a nuisance, but were gone by the end of the 2nd week and I felt so much better when they were both removed! That's the cons---now the POSITIVE! My surgery was 5 weeks ago and I can't believe the results! The breast lift was easy! Very little pain there and I am so pleased with the results! I still have a few scabs that are still healing. My tummy is so flat and my shape has definitely improved! I'm still in the beginning stages of healing, but I am so glad I had the surgery. It was definitely worth it!!! Thank you ASI!!!

Breast augmentation had always been on my mind, but I was always afraid with the procedure and the final results. I finally decided to go to Aesthetic Surgical Images and I had a consultation with Dr. Edney. Dr. Edney and his staff were very welcoming and I didn't feel rushed at any time. They have a computer program were you can get an idea of what your results will look like, and I absolutely loved this!! I left super excited and scheduled an appointment for the surgery. It was so comforting to me talking to the anesthesiologist prior to surgery and knowing that he would be present for the entire procedure. The results of my surgery were amazing!! I feel that my breasts are considered "big" but yet I still have the natural look, they are completely proportioned to my size and that's exactly what I wanted. Just a few weeks after my surgery and I feel so confident with them and my recovery has gone very well. I absolutely love the way my breast look with and without clothing!! Also, my scar is so clean and neat looking this is something I also worried about. I just feel that Dr. Edney did a great job and I highly recommend him and his staff. Dr. Bruneteau and the entire staff of ASI have been amazingly supportive and helpful. My wife had a Mommy-Makeover with circumferential skin removal. Throughout the entire process, the staff, nurses, and doctors were patient, understanding, and thorough in the care of my wife. She had a few complications, but they always contacted us immediately with assistance and advice. My wife says the first 2 weeks were pretty tough, but now, being 4 months out, she says the results are 100% worth it. And SO DO I!!!

From the moment I left my free consultation, I knew I had made the right decision to have my breast augmentation done at Aesthetic Surgical Images. All of the staff were welcoming and knowledgable. All of my questions were answered with ease. My mother had a breast augmentation done here about 12 years ago and she is very pleased as well. I am almost 4 weeks out from surgery currently, and I am healing nicely. I am a pretty conservative dresser and I did not want this surgery to be noticed, that's not why I did it. I had this done for myself. My only consideration would have been going a little bigger :) If you are considering this surgery, it is definitely much easier than I had thought. I had it done on a Friday morning and was back at work on Monday, only missing one day of work. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bruneteau!

I decided this past spring to have lipo of my neck/chin in California (being the plastic surgery capitol and all). Well they left some blobby bits in so instead of having it redone in California, I elected to go to Dr. Bruneteau (who I had seen for a consultation before and was very impressed with) for a repeat procedure. Wow! Where to begin! The 2 experiences were very, very different. Dr. Bruneteau and staff were amazing ... from only taking 1 stick to get my IV (vs 14 tries the other procedure) to having me in surgical garb, to full sedation, to a relaxing atmosphere both pre- and postop, to the quality of follow up care (including the fact that Dr. B comes to Norfolk) ... totally different experience. The care I received at Aesthetic Surgical Images was fabulous ... I felt comfortable from the minute I walked into the clinic, through the entire experience, postop and even now in the follow-up phase. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I assumed that California would be the place to go for facial procedures but I was wrong ... we have a great place here in Nebraska! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I decide to have other procedures in the future! Thanks ASI!!!

If for some reason I need to have another surgery done, I will NEVER EVER go back to this place again. Surgeon was ok, but I was walked to my car while throwing up the entire way after the procedure was done, and then they completely ignore requests for documentation when I ask for it. Then I was told the surgeon questioned something while doing the surgery, something was sent to the Lab, and I was charged an additional $130 on top of everything else that we paid out of pocket. When I asked them about this, they told me to submit to my health insurance that it would be taken care of - that was mid way through last year, I just got a call this morning stating it would not be covered through my insurance. AND they have not done a follow up since the surgery.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is only concerned with quantity and not quality. They rush patients in and out as fast as they can and could not care less about the quality of their work. I had a breast lift here by Dr. Bruneteau a few years ago. It turned out absolutely awful! He only spent about a total of 10 minutes with me. The nurse did everything else. He never looked over the pre-op photos with me and they never took any post-op photos. He did a terrible job of stitching me up that left terrible scars, which I am now having to get fixed by a good surgeon. Not only are the doctors bad, but their administrative staff is just as poor. They never respond to emails and if you call and have to leave a message they don't call you back. I had to call them several times before I finally spoke to the person I needed. I strongly recommend you do not have anything done here.

DO NOT GO HERE! This was the worst experience I have EVER had with a medical facility. Where do I start? I had a lot of issues with infection and it was painful. Dr Bruenetau basically came in the exam room, manhandled my sore infected breast and told the PA what to do with it and left the room. I am disfigured from it worse than the partial mastectomy I had in 2005 because I feel they did not take the necessary precautions, the doctor, the medical staff and the reception staff to prevent all the trouble I had. They are uncaring and just move people through like cattle.

From the moment my husband and I walked into Aesthetic Surgical Images we knew we found the right office. We were greeted with professionalism and friendliness. During my consultation we were very well informed about the procedures I was wanting to have done. Dr. Bruneteau was very caring and answered all of our questions and concerns very thoroughly. We were also given a military discount. When going in for my surgery I was extremely nervous but the nurses were so caring and calming. The anesthesiologist greeted me and gave me details of what he was going to be doing. The surgery went very smoothly and while in post op I was taken very well care of. During my recovery I have been being seen by the office multiple times for suture removal, check ups, etc. With each visit I am even more pleased. They really make you feel like you're the most important person there. They are very gentle with the suture removal as well! Also, Dr. Bruteneau still always takes his time during my appointments answering any questions that I had. With the surgery itself, I couldn't be more ecstatic! My body looks amazing and I find myself wanting to look into the mirror more and I used to hate looking into the mirror. I couldn't thank Dr. Bruneteau and his staff more for what they have done for my. My husband is Air Force so we move every 3 years but if I ever want or need another cosmetic surgery I will definitely fly back to Omaha to be treated at Aesthetic Surgical Images and would recommend their office to anyone!

I had juvederm done here and my lips are now uneven. I was not explained to what she was going to do exactly. She seemed like she was also in a rush and my lips now look really bad. Most of the juvederm is put on my middle top lip and the rest looks flat, like I honestly paid for nothing. I honestly think the full syringe I paid for was not all put into my lips and I have gotten them done before and know how they should look. I just think she did a poor job on me and now I have to go spend more to fix it.

I can't rave enough about the staff and Dr. Bruneteau. I had a breast reduction four months ago and am beyond satisfied with the results. Not only is Dr Bruneteau a master at his craft, his bed side manner is beyond professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had a breast reduction in September of 2013, performed by Dr. Edney. I heard about ASI through a friend and my mother who both had their reductions performed here and were thrilled with their results. I set an appointment for a consultation and I was SO worried. I was so sure that a plastic surgeon's office would be filled with people who would scoff at my appearance and be judgmental, but everyone made me feel at ease. The front desk staff is friendly, always smiling, and the best word to describe them is "sweet." My husband joined me for the consult and Dr. Edney answered every one of my questions before I could even ask them. We had issues with insurance pre-certification, but Dr. Edney and his staff did everything to help me work with the insurance company and we eventually got to a place where the procedure was approved. I nearly backed out the morning of the surgery since I was so anxious, but the surgical nurse (I cannot remember her name, I wish I did!) was funny and helped to take my mind off of things. I was home by noon that day and my recovery was phenomenal. I didn't need the pain meds; the biggest issue was the anesthesia. We went in the next morning for the follow up and the nurse and Dr. Edney were kind, gentle, and answered all questions we had. As far as my surgical results, AMAZING! My scars are already almost non-existent after 6 months. I only had one infection, which cleared up in a week or so. My swelling is almost gone. The shape of my breasts are natural and they look impeccable. If you follow the guidance provided by the doctors/PAs/nurses, you'll do just fine (ex. Don't lift anything over 5 lbs after the surgery, REST, clean, etc). I placed all of my trust in them and they deserved every bit of it. I cannot recommend Dr Edney and the staff at ASI enough!!

After breastfeeding 2 kids, I was not happy with my breast size. I scheduled my consultation with Dr. Bruneteau (who came HIGHLY recommended by a family member who had a tummy tuck with him). The first 9 days of recovery were a bit tough, but I am VERY happy with my results and would encourage anyone else who is not happy with their current breast size to look into an augmentation. Each time I've gone back for check ups, I always feel welcomed and I never feel like just a number to the staff at Aesthetic Surgical Images. This is something I have wanted for the past 7-10 years and now thanks to Dr. Bruneteau and Aesthetic Surgical Images, I am FINALLY comfortable in my own skin and feel great about the way I look.

I had wonderful experience here. I had my son 18 years ago and had to have a c-section. My body has never been the same. When I finally decided to do something I had consultations with several doctors. When I went to see Dr. Edney he spent an hour and a half with me explaining in detail what was going to take place when he did my tummy tuck and breast lift. At that time I did not know if I should have implants or not. He was very honest with me and told me that I did not need them. I never felt pressured, he made me feel very comfortable. By the time I had left I had made my decision that this was where I was going to go for my surgery. Afterh deciding this was were I was going I was talking to a co-worker and she let me know that 10 years ago she had Dr. Edney do her implants and has been very happy with them. She told me that she went to him because all of her friends had. This helped me feel ever more confident about my decision. When the day of surgery finally came I was pretty nervous and so was my husband. They all made us feel very comfortable. The recovery was just as had been explained and I did not have unexpected complications. Whenever I called on a concern or thought I should come in to see them they always made room for me and accomadated my schedule. I am now 60 days post op and still have swelling in my tummy and was told that it would still be there for up to months. I thought for sure that I would not take as long as they said it would to recover but I needed every bit of that time. Do not think you are going to be able to go back to work in 2 weeks you need that 3 weeks that they say you will!! I am extremly happy with my new breasts and tummy. I can actually see my belly button again :). I would definately recomend Dr Edney and his staff to anyone that is thinking about having this done.

When I went in for my free consultation for breast augmentation and liposuction, I was met with a serine environment and friendly staff. Dr. Edney and staff took their time with me and my husband during my consultation and answered any of our questions and presented the risks associated to the surgery. On the day of the surgery I met with Dr. Edney beforehand and he came and saw me, marking my body for my improvements. I had the most wonderful nurse who took care of me through the whole experience. Now even 6 months post op and the staff and Dr. Edney through my follow-up appointments are still with me 100%. They take their time, assess my healing process and we all are very happy with my results.
