Dr. Santin is the BEST physician I have ever experienced. He is extremely kind and compassionate. I have extremely high anxiety, especially when it comes to meeting new medical professionals, and Dr. Santin was very understanding of my situation. I saw him first for a tonsillectomy. My tonsillectomy was the first surgery I have ever had. He worked with the other medical professionals I see to ensure that I would have support throughout the entire process - before, during, and after my surgery. He takes time to listen to all of your questions and and makes sure he has thoroughly explained every aspect of the procedure. Dr. Santin's nurse Michelle is AMAZING. She has a very calming presence about her which, for anxious people like me, makes the appointments so much better. His entire staff is amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Santin and have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff.

Dr Santin is among the very best of the best. Beyond plastic surgery, he is amazing with children, especially those with special needs. He has seen my special needs toddler as an ENT and his demeanor with her was just amazing. He did surgery to put in tubes for her ears due to clogged ears and developmental delays. Two years prior to that, he removed a tumor to the side of my eye (now there's a scary place for a knife to be!) and he did a phenomenal job, both with the surgery and with making me at ease as he performed the procedure. Follow up appointments and staff have all been top notch - he is easily one of the best doctors we have encountered! I could not give a higher recommendation - and in fact have only encountered one other provider who made such an impression and could be rated as highly.

I would recommend this doctor to anyone who asked. He is awesome, thorough, wonderful with children. He has seen my son on two different occasions, once when he was really little and once just the other day. He has AWESOME bedside manners to start. he is patient with you and discusses all your options with you, and goes over everything.... including risks and benefits of procedures and makes sure you are comfortable with everything and understand everything before moving forward and he answers all questions and doesn't try and rush you out the door like some doctors and surgeons. We've always had really good visits with him and his staff. Again very awesome doctor and surgeon, in my opinion and would recommend him to anyone who asked.

Dr. Santin is amazing! He did my daughter's cleft surgery and did a beautiful job. He also put tubes in her ears and they are still in there, 2 years later. He's always kind and easy to talk to, he'll answer every question, he's patient with you, and super with kids. I trust him immensely and highly recommend him.
