The reception area and receptionist was AMAZING. I have told all my friends and family about you all! At my first treatment, Kathy the billing manager was belittling and very disrespectful to me. I had to discuss my billing and insurance for my treatments. She assumed information about my personal insurance and treated me like I had no idea how insurance worked. Before visiting with her, I was very satisfied with the staff I had dealt with. I wrote a letter to the doctor, who is her husband, about this issue. He wrote me back, but once I finish my treatments, I will never return to this office. I feel like since I was paying with insurance for my treatment, I was nothing to her office and had no idea how to handle the issue.

I visit Shelbie for facials and can't speak more highly of her professionalism and the results. I had developed adult acne, and had tried many products, including prescription medicine with little in terms of long term result. After the first facial I noticed a difference.
