I've been to Dr. Tenenbaum and Emily Weinhaus on multiple occasions for consultations and procedures, and I'll never go elsewhere! The office staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctors go out of their way to make it easy to get in for an appointment. Nobody here tries to push services, but they do a great job of explaining what different procedures and products might do (with both advantages and disadvantages). Before any procedure, costs are very clearly stated up front -- as are recovery times and potential issues that might arise. I have nothing but the highest praise for the doctors, the staff, and the kindness and professionalism of everyone who works at West County Plastic Surgeons.

Dr. Tenenbaum is a great plastic surgeon, the only problem is she only does half of your surgery and let’s a resident do the other side without telling you. A co-worker had the same experience, one side is absolutely perfection and the other looks completely different with a horrible scar. Being in the medical field I know this is what happened to us but the doctor will laugh it off. Had I known this I would have chosen a plastic surgeon not afflicted with a learning hospital and gotten better results. It’s very disappointing not being informed and not having a good result on one side.

The Team at West County Plastic Surgeons is the best. I have received treatments that for a guy can sometimes seem uncomfortable. They approach every interaction (from the front desk to direct patient care) with compassion and incredible knowledge and experience. I think being a part of Washington University School of Medicine is a huge benefit you can’t get anywhere else. Knowing the team is involved in and passionate about evidence-based practices is priceless. The results and patient experience are exactly what I hoped for.

I have been going to Jen, the aesthetician at WCPS for 2 years now. I've had regular facials, coolsculpting (with incredible results), hydrafacials, laser hair removal, and microneedling with her. I appreciate her warm and friendly demeanor each time I see her. I haven't had a treatment that I wouldn't recommend but what makes it a 5 star rating really is Jen and her professionalism, kindness and ability to educate you regarding each service treatment. Highly recommend!

Jen has been my esthetician for a few years now & she is WONDERFUL! I love being in the sun and she has blessed me with treatments to reverse damage and to prevent further damage going forward. Jen also introduced me to Emily and she is AMAZING! I'm always trying new things due to the great advice from these women. I recently attended my sons wedding and I received so many compliments! I felt almost as beautiful as the bride!

I highly recommend Dr Myckatyn for breast reconstruction. He is easy to talk to and answers all your questions and I’ve never felt rushed at any of my appointments. He is very talented and wants you to be happy with your results. The office staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. She is patient and listens to make sure she gives you exactly what you need and nothing you don't. And the hydrafacial made my skin so soft and smooth after just one treatment!! She is super sweet, helpful & encouraging. This truly works. Give it a try. I have used it on my upper arms, stomach, back. The results are dramatic.

Jen did my Coolsculpting and hydrafacials while Lorraine did my “liquid facelift”/microneedling and Xeomin treatments. If you haven’t been here you’re missing out!

I would NOT recommend Dr. Myckatyn based on my personal experience. After 3 procedures (and several thousands of dollars) my breast are uneven, and still have way too much excess skin . In addition, after the 3rd procedure which was to correct uneven nipple size, they are still vastly different with one being much larger. I expressed my concerns at each visit and was dismissed each time being told “they are not going to be perfect” and “your case was challenging”. While I did not expect perfection, I expected everything to be symmetrical! As far as challenging, that is the reason I came to the office for surgical intervention. Had I known he felt my case was too challenging for him I would of never proceeded. As emberressing as this is to admit and share, I feel it’s only right if it saves one other person from the outcome I now live with.

Dr. Terry Myckatyn and Dr. Marissa Tenenbaum are by far the best of the best! They are not only incredibly talented Board Certified Plastic Surgeons, but they truly care about their patients and their wellbeing. Emily Weinhaus is the best injector I have ever had the pleasure of knowing, and Jennifer McGoogan works miracles! My skin has never looked better. Chelsea and Kristi have always greeted me with a warm smile, and nurse Patty and nurse Tina go above and beyond to provide excellent patient care.
