All of the staff at both the medical and spa side are highly knowledgeable. There can be high turnover in this industry but you won't find that here. From the front desk to the patient care coordinators, estheticians, and nurses you will truly be taken care of without any pressure. You are just as much a part of the decision making process as your provider because they will all make sure you are completely informed about any procedure that you may want. I had a breast augmentation 2 weeks ago by Dr Lund. I've done my research and it took me a long time to make this decision. I breast-fed 17 years ago and needed a lift on one side as well. I'm a very conservative person and, of course, not 20 anymore. Dr Lund did exactly what I wanted, he really listened to what my concerns were. My patient care coordinator, Toni, got me in exactly when I wanted -from the consultation to the surgery date. The nurses Andrea and Paula were completely honest with me at my fitting and were very patient with me, I never felt rushed. I was back to work within 5 days and only missed 2. They work with the absolute best surgery centers as well. The staff at my surgery center was top notch ( I should know, I am a nurse) I feel pretty, I'm healing faster than I expected and I've already been shopping! I couldn't be happier with my decision! A huge THANK YOU to everyone who cared enough to help me get exactly what I wanted!

Six months ago I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Huffaker. My nose turned out beautiful and very natural. I highly recommend Dr. Huffaker to any one. He truly takes the time with his patients and does excellent work. Dr. Huffaker is a plastic surgeon you can trust. Very happy with the results.

Not only left me the permanent scar right under my belly button, but also there is no improvement after the fat grafting which costs over $3,000! Please save your time and money! Choosing Dr. Lund is my biggest regret!!

The Board Certified Plastic Surgeons at SLCS are incredible. I never thought I would look 'normal' and my self esteem suffered. Dr. Lund performed my surgery; a breast reduction, lift and reconstruction a few years ago and my results are simply amazing. Dr. Lund was able to give me confidence I never thought I could have. I was finally able to wear clothes that enhanced my shape instead of hiding it. My only regret is not doing it sooner. The Medical Spa is definitely a cut-above the rest. They are the perfect pairing between surgical and less invasive treatments.

I had facial eye and neck surgery by Dr White in 2008. After 6 months I saw that my neck was virtually unchanged. I went back to Dr White and he agreed and said "we want you to be happy with your results.." He said I would be charged only the incidental costs and worked on my neck. I was happy. 6 years passed and my neck no longer looked good. I went back and Dr White thought I needed some lipo and a bit of a lift to correct the problem. Sadly, he became ill and ultimately died of cancer. My case was passed off to Dr Huffaker. I explained what Dr White recommended. That is not what was done. After surgery and recovery my neck looked exactly like before. I went back and showed Dr Huffaker the obvious. He then brought in Dr Lund who said my neck looked like a "transvestites" neck and that nothing could be done. That was fine except I had paid good money for something they now said could not be surgically corrected. I went to Dr Nayak and he too said very quickly that nothing could be done. I then wrote to them and asked for my money back for a procedure that two of their doctors and one outside doctor said could not be corrected. I was referred to a Insurance Company who, like the doctors at ST Louis Cosmetic Surgery, did NOT return my calls. Do not go to this group, they are unwilling to respond when their surgery is inadequate and that is confirmed by their own and other doctors.

Dr. Lund did a wonderful job all around. Bedside manner's were great. He made me aware of every step of the process. I never felt uncomfortable and he listened to everything I had to say. I would highly recommend him for breast cosmetic surgery.

I don't usually leave reviews, and I have ALWAYS enjoyed everything about SLCS and everyone that works there (amazing staff!), but I had a bad experience yesterday. I had missed a phone call from them and called right back to see what it was about (I had an apt there that evening) and a lady named Paula answered and was so rude to me, wouldn't help me at all. I let her know I missed a call, she asked me what my voicemail said, I told her I never got a voicemail, then she says "well there are 23 employees here, maybe you should check your voicemail before you call back" and hung up on me.. I didn't even get a chance to mention to her that I had an apt there later that evening.. which is what the call was PROBABLY about... terrible customer service... just rubbed me the wrong way and had to somewhat address it. Other than that, I love SLCS!!!! :)

I just had 6 month follow up yesterday after full lower body lift and thigh lift at age 57. I had lost 188 lbs 2 years prior, Dr Lund and his staff never made me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. I always felt totally listened to and at ease. Dr Lund, Andrea, Jeanne, Carol, and others that I unfortunately do not remember all thier names when Andrea was not in - were all very Informative, kind, and pleasant. I NEVER felt rushed or mislead at all. I was really pleasantly surprised. I am so very pleased and very greatful for everything. You have no idea how much this has changed the way I feel about myself after being overweight all my life. This has been the icing on the cake. Thank you all so very much. Forever greatful. 2017 I chose Dr. Lund to do my proceedings based on the information and video on the St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery website. I rely on my intuition a lot and I was drawn to Dr. Lund based on his energy. Previously I had a consultation elsewhere and walked out knowing I would not choose that surgeon or office to work with. Nothing terrible happened, I just wasn't getting the best vibe. After our consultation, I was certain that I would be in capable, highly skilled hands and well taken care of. And although this was my first surgery, I had no concerns going in. Dr. Lund, his nurse Andrea and the entire staff at the office did a great job putting me at ease and providing me with very detailed information. Something that is very important to me when chosing a product or service is the disposition of the office staff. It is important for me to work with people who are passionate about and enjoy their jobs because they tend to provide optimal service and results. I definitely experienced that at St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery, and each time I have been to the office, I have been treated like a good friend. One of the ladies even offered me a granola bar from her lunch when I mentioned I hadn't eaten. Everyone made me feel valued and that my time and business was appreciated. I am two weeks post-op now and was back to my normal (busy) routine by day 4 with some modifications. (I have 4 children ages 1 to 13.) I'm very happy with with my experiences and results thus far and would not hesitate to give Dr. Lund and his staff my highest reccomendation.

It was a long consult and answered all the questions I had along with ones I would of never thought about. The recovery was so easy. And the outcome was more than I could of ever dream about. Dr. Huffaker did my Rhinoplasty a year ago and I'm having issues breathing and it is crooked. I went in to see him and he did a procedure in the office to fix one side that was caving in. I went back months later with my breathing worse and he said he didn't see anything wrong. I left very frustrated to get a second opinion and I have a deviation and collapsing left side. Dr. Huffaker really disappointed me. I now have to have a second surgery to get it fixed. This surgeon stated that he has fixed Dr. Huffakers work numerous times. Very upset with St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery and will not go back.

I came in for nose surgery, it came out after 6 months and then one year follow up as my nose was not as expected, it was showing that there was not any change comparing to the prior to surgery. I kept telling Dr. Huffaker about my concern and not being happy about it over and over again each of the follow up appointment. Finally, after a year - Dr Huffaker agreed to perform a second surgery at no additional cost, just the supply charge. The result came out to be amazing for me. I am now very happy with my surgery.

I have had great experiences with St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery and Spa. All of the staff I've met are wonderful! The atmosphere of both offices is very relaxing, calming and friendly (lots of windows, a nice and calming water fountain, comfortable seating, and a coffee/drink station. Dr. William Huffaker is AMAZING! He really took his time to get to know me and what I was looking for, while also listening to my concerns and providing a good treatment plan. I really like his professional, calm, reassuring, caring and friendly manner. Before coming in to this office I didn't know what to expect and was worried they might try to sell me on more procedures but this was absolutely not the case. I feel extremely comfortable and cared for each time I come in. I could not be happier with the results of my procedures and the post-care treatment I have received!! On the spa side, I saw Kim GoretzkeI for Juvederm filler in my lips. She had the same professional, caring and friendly manner as Dr. Huffaker and did a wonderful job! After having a horrible first consultation with the female surgeon in Kirkwood mo. This facility was a breath of fresh air! They did a much better consultation, much more relaxed, less judgemental, great cost, so polite just absolutely amazing! They know what they are doing, will give you what YOU want. They truely seem to care about the individual not just the money like so many out there! They were able to work with my schedule and get me in a month after consultation like i needed! The only thing pleasant I can say about this establishment is that they answered the phone. As a victim of breast cancer, I was asking for my records to help my surgeon for the immediate reconstruction after my double mastectomy. The receptionist flat out told me that my new surgeon should know what to do. Really? Not once did either one of the women who answered the phone imply any sympathy for my situation, not that I was looking for any. I assume they are only interested in purely cosmetic procedures rather than if someone had a major health problem. I doubt Dr. White would have allowed this kind of behavior.

I've had 2 procedures done with Dr. Prada, a full tummy tuck and breast augmentation. Both exceeded my expectations. Dr. Prada and his staff were fantastic to work with, never once did I feel uncomfortable walking into his office. Highly Recommend Dr. Prada & St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery Center!
