Dr. Rottler did my BA . I have wanted to do this for so long but was too scared. Dr. Rottler and his nurses completely put my mind at ease. He was my first consultation and after that I knew I didnt need to waste time seeing anyone else. He took time both pre-op and post-op to answer all my questions and concerns. I could not be any happier with my results. The results were actually way better than i anticipated. He has changed my life. Im now happy with my body and confident in myself. I honestly cant say enough wonderful things about him. I highly recommend him to anyone considering any kind of plastic surgery

Dr Rottler did my breast augmentation almost 15 years ago and they still look absolutely amazing and natural! I had been a full c-cup before I had my son and they really were deflated after breast feeding. He filled them out quite nicely to a double d but I wanted them to look natural he easily could have gone bigger but I didn't want them tighter I wanted them to seem more real. I couldn't even count how many times I've been complimented on them and people have felt them and said how real they were and that they are the best boob job that they have ever seen! I worked at Hooters & Show-Mes and got the same reaction! Most everyone would ask are those real? Because if they're not you can't tell at all! I referred him to at least five people who have been absolutely thrilled with the work that he's done for them as well! He has done so many and he is so good at working with what you have and knowing how it will look afterwards, I give him my full confidence! I can't believe how long and how well mine have held up :-) I did saline under the muscle and went in from the bottom.

This is one of the best and most professional offices I have ever been to. I had breast augmentation done by Dr. Rottler, who was recommended to me by a few friends that have gone to him. It was the best decision I ever made. The entire process was so smooth, from the consultation to the surgery and all my post op appointments. I always prefer women doctors for myself so at first I thought it might be awkward, but he made me feel so comfortable about everything and everyone was so professional. All my questions were answered and I felt great about my procedure. He did such an amazing job and I have never been more happy about the way my breasts look and feel. I never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for any of my appointments. Definitely would recommend this office and Dr. Rottler to anyone who wishes to have a cosmetic procedure done.

Dr. Rottler and his team are beyond the best. His entire staff are professional, polite and will help you to be comfortable through the entire experience. Dr. Rottler did not pressure me to use him as my surgeon, he was very informative on all aspects of the procedure, he put it all out there and let me make all the decisions. Alecia was my nurse and is my fave! Her and Dr. Rottler have made sure that I am comfortable enough to feel free to ask any and all possible questions that I may have. I would definitely choose these guys again and again!!

The staff here is amazing. The main people I can remember was Jenna, Sara and Aleshia ( I may of spelled those diff sorry) the day of surg.. Aleshia was so great I was scared and nervous she was so kind and tried to help calm me down. Also that day the anesthesiology was A+++++ he was funny and for sure took my edge off for me ☺. Jenna was so helpful before and after surg..she answered every questions an was very helpful with anything I needed, very caring. Sara was the same very kind very helpful anything I didn't understand she was able to explain to me and was very nice doing so she made me less nervous.. An of course Dr. Rottler I couldn't of asked for better he did an amazing job and was very kind his safe and his self take care of you like you are family if I ever want anything else done I will only go there. I didn't go any where else before this place and I am glad I didn't my sister had went here a few years before and because of her experience and her outcome is why I picked them.....

Dr. Rottler did my implants last year. I told him I wanted a full D (was a small C) but measure a DD/DDD post op which is actually not my main reason for the poor review. My left breast is a size larger than my right (post op). When I brought it up at one of the follow ups he took it personally and his response was defensive. He said he couldn't see the difference at all and then showed me my before pic to point out how much better they now look. Clearly there is a $7k difference between the before and after. He encouraged me to continue to get used to them. At the next appointment I brought it up again as it bothers me greatly. I am self conscious and do not wear certain tight shirts (particularly with horizontal stripes) and I got implants with the intentions of showing them off, not to dress to hide the size difference. At this point he offered to refer me to a psychiatrist for "body dis morphia". My friends saw the difference between my breasts immediately, I know I am not imagining it. Needless to say, I am not happy with the results or his arrogant and dismissive response and am saving up to have another surgeon correct.

Dr. Rottler and staff are Ahhhhhhhhmazing! After 10 years of wanting an augmentation, I finally went in for a consultation. I was referred by a friend who had been a patient 10 years ago and I always kept his name in my phone. I had a few other referrals gathered too, but I am so glad I chose Dr. Rottler. I didnt even bother going to the other consults after meeting with Dr. Rottler. I came in thinking I had done my research and knew what I wanted, but Dr. Rottler knew what was best for me. Being a mid 30's mom, I didnt want the "fake boob" look, I wanted to look as natural as possible and that is exactly what Dr. Rottler delivered!!! I mean, if I wasnt the one to go under for surgery I wouldnt even believe these babies are fake! He knew exactly where to place them, how to place them, and what CC's I could get in order to not look plastic. When I tell you they look real, they really do look real. By far the best Doc around STL and his staff is very knowledgable and friendly and about their business. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rottler for your plastic surgery needs.
