My experience was excellent. Bedside manner of doc and nurses could not have been better. all questions answered, etc. One suggestion. For brow lift I was told temporary numbness. I assumed this meant days. was told it was months and up to a year. Would have been good to know in advance. Would still have had the surgery.

Dr. Nayak and his (family) staff are the best, of the best, a year ago on October 27, 2015, I had a mini face lift, neck lift, and under eyes. I went to the open house this year, had a great time, met so many wonderful people. Dr. Nayak with everyone who works there are absolutely the nicest, friendliest people you will ever meet. He is a perfectionist on everything he does, he has a gift, very few ever have, to make a person look ten to 15 years younger than they really are. You do not look like you have had anything done, you look normal, my mother said to me before I had my surgery, she told me I was looking very old. I had lost some weight do to a family death. After my surgery, a month had gone by, my dear mother never noticed I had anything done, and still today she comments on how nice I look, and said just the other day that I do not look my age. I had a facelift - the results are amazing - I am 65 but look 15 years younger!! I then had coolsculpting of my abs and 'love handles' and my clothes fit so much better - I am not finished with this treatment yet, but I believe that I will have dropped at least one pant size (maybe 2) when its over. I am 56 years of age and had never had any kind of a surgical procedure in my life. I began looking for a surgeon in the St. Louis area about a year before and saw several. I was not happy with anyone until I went for a consult at Dr. Nayak's. I had never waited more than 5 minutes in his waiting room, the building and staff are awesome, and Dr. Nayak was above and beyond anyone else that I interviewed. He took plenty of time and even showed me the desired effects he wanted to see in a mirror on the first consult. He was very realistic and told all the things that could go wrong which was a bit scary but nothing did go wrong and 4 weeks post surgery, I am VERY happy with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Nayak and his staff. He does charge $100 for a consult but if you don't decide to do surgery, you can use it on product or services at their spa.

Not only is Dr. Nayak and his staff friendly, caring and professional, it is clear that they continuously strive to remain on the cutting edge of technology and treatment options. Though there are plastic surgeons much closer to my home, I drive over 8 hours roundtrip especially to get the 'liquid facelift' - fillers and Botox - because of Dr. Nayak's expertise. I have had fillers and Botox before, with disastrous results, but after much research found Dr. Nayak and gave it one last chance. That was years ago and I would only every trust him with my face. Recently, I had fillers done with a cannula that he is now using and was ecstatic with the results - zero bruising and thus no downtime. Dr. Nayak is great! He performed an endoscopic brow lift on me and the result was awesome. I looked at the before and after pictures, and the difference in my face was amazingly eye-popping. I went from looking like I was angry to looking like I was incredibly welcoming. Outside of the results and cost of the procedure , I have to say that Dr. Nayak took time to answer all my questions, patiently explaining the procedure to me and what to expect after the procedure. I moved here from out of state and had a difficult time finding local physicians that I felt were on par with the ones I had. My best find yet: Dr. Nayak. He is the best plastic surgeon I have ever used - and I had extremely good ones before. I could go on about his thoughtfulness and professional manner - but really the most important for everyone is that he will make you look like a better or improved version of yourself - natural and normal - not 'plastic, artificial, or worked-on'. He really is an artist and a perfectionist and if you are looking for a doctor who will understand that you want to look like a younger, rested 'YOU', then you will no be disappointed with Dr. Nayak. His staff is so kind and professional, too, the feeling in his office comes from the top down and he seems to only hire the highest quality employees who evidently love what they do too. I am not one to review anything/anyone - this is my first review - but I could not miss the opportunity to let anyone looking for a plastic surgeon know that Dr. Nayak is not just the best in the area, but if I move again, I will still be making trips to STL for visits with him. He is just that good.

I waited three months for my appointment. I couldn't attend the appointment since I am in the military and was working flood duty. I needed an email reminder, which I didn't get, even though I have them an email address. The office staff, with the exception of Erin Mueller, was impossible to work with. They couldn't get me back in in a timely manner. No one would talk to me when Erin wasn't at work on Fridays, my only day off of school. I would recommend going anywhere else. No body should have to deal with the wasted time and heart ache that I did. Just know that this practice is fully aware that they don't need your business and you aren't important to them as an individual.
