Great experience. Procedure was explained in full prior to surgery, and Dr. Copeland took all the time I needed to answer questions. I was told exactly what would take place during the procedure and what to expect afterwards. Dr. Copeland and his staff are wonderful, friendly, compassionate and so accommodating with follow-up appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Copeland for any plastic surgery procedure.

I had extreme back, neck and shoulder pain, and Dr. Copeland was recommended to me by a friend at work who had breast reduction surgery performed by him. When I spoke to my pain management doctor, he also recommended the surgery and Dr. Copeland. Dr. Copeland and his staff are extremely professional, courteous and compassionate. They spent a lot of time explaining the procedure, answering all of my questions, and took care of all the paperwork with my insurance company. I had the surgery in November 2013. My neck and shoulder pain is almost nonexistent, and the numbness in my arms and hands is gone. I feel so much better and look better, too. I would recommend Copeland Cosmetic Surgery, without hesitation, to anyone who wants to look and feel better! I only wish I had done it sooner!!

Copeland cost me hundreds of dollars on Kybella that didn't work the way he promised it would. Then, gave me chin lipo and promised any follow-up procedure to remove leftover fat would be free, then tried to go back on that promise and convince me to spend hundreds of MORE dollars on Kybella again after I wanted a bit more fat removed after the first chin lipo. I refused the Kybella and just wanted the free procedure as promised. Set up the appointment only to be told that the procedure cost around $150. Paid the fee just to get this whole thing over with, but this experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth. He also insinuated that I, a 5"2 120lb woman, should go on a diet. The nerve of this dude. DON'T LET HIM AND HIS STAFF BULLY YOU INTO A PROCEDURE YOU DON'T WANT. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY, THAT'S IT.

I first met Dr. Copeland following a car accident. He delicately put my ear back together with tiny stitches and a skin graft. I followed up years later for a cosmetic consultation, and subsequently had two cosmetic procedures. During the consultation Dr. Copeland was informative and sensitive to my concerns. Dr. Copeland and his staff were extremely professional. I had a breast reduction due to many years (decades) of back pain. I thought I would get maybe 80% relief but I received 95% relief. It truly was unbelievable to me. It means a lot in the healing process if you have 100% confidence in your Doctor.
