When first meeting Dr Maack ,he was very complete in explaining everything prior to surgery. I highly recommend him because he is good at what he does . After surgery, I was at home, and I got a call from him asking about how I was doing. I was impressed that he took the time to do this. My surgery went great. He has got it together. .

Always polite and helpful the many times I called to check on the status of my insurance appeal. Becky went above and beyond working with my insurance company to get my surgery approved. I honestly do not think my insurance would have approved my surgery without her diligence! ! I am beyond pleased with the care I received during my surgery and follow up visit. Dr. Maack called the eveining after my surgery to check and see how I was doing!! I have never had a Dr. do that!! Even though I do not have any additional follow up visits Dr. Maack assured me that if I had any questions or concerns to definitely contact him. Most of all I am beyond pleased with the outcome of my surgery, I can breathe again and no more pressure behind my eye! ! I would very highly recommend Dr. Maack and his staff to everyone!! I was referred to Dr. Maack by a friend who knew my frustration with chronic sinus infections and a deviated septum. A septum repair and endoscopic sinus surgery was recommended and it is the best decision I have ever made. Dr. Maack and his team are incredible! There was little to no pain, and within 4-5 days post-operation, I was already breathing better than I was before my initial consultation. Thanks Dr. Maack!

I had a great experience with my procedure! I am a college student and had never had surgery before, but due to a car accident, I needed to fix my broken nose. Going into the surgery, I was extremely nervous, but the whole staff took care of me so well, staying by my side until I fell asleep and when I woke up. They made me feel calm and safe. Post surgery I became sick, but the staff continually checked in with me (even while home) to see if I was ok and what they could help with. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Dr. Maack is very friendly and does great work! My left nostril was almost completely blocked off as a result of a broken nose. Dr. Maack realigned my septum and now I am breathing even better than I was before I broke my nose. My recovery involved very little discomfort and I was good as new in a matter of days. I highly recommend using Dr. Maack for any facial surgeries you may need!

I was referred to Dr. Maack by my dermatologist for an evaluation of a bone spur near the bridge of my nose. At my initial visit, Dr. Maack conducted a thorough examination and I learned I also had a deviated septum. I never realized that I wasn't breathing to my full capacity. I ended up having septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and nasal dorsal rasping (a cosmetic procedure to minimize the bone spur). The staff was supportive and informative about each step of the process, even navigating the insurance part. The surgery took place at the surgical center next door, which was convenient. The surgery went well and I am now breathing a lot easier. I highly recommend Dr. Maack for any facial or ENT concerns (cosmetic or medical).

The staff and Dr. Maack are so friendly. They go out of their way to make sure all questions are answered, everything is explained wonderfully, and their office is very welcoming. Molly makes scheduling an appointment easy, and she even squeezed me in at the last minute when they did not have any appointments available. Dr. Maack is the best of the best! I've never met a doctor quite like him. He spends time with you answering questions, never makes you feel rushed, draws you diagrams to better understand procedures and completely makes you feel comfortable with everything he does before, during and after he does it! His staff is super friendly, know what they are doing and super fast if you want them too! I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction done by Dr. Maack on October 18, 2018. Today is Tuesday, October 22, 2018 and I have never breathed better in my entire life. The results are amazing and I'm told it's going to get better! Recovery was nothing. I had some discomfort the following day and took pain medication once. It was a little annoying not being able to blow my nose until today but that's it. DON'T BELIEVE PEOPLE WHEN THEY TELL YOU THEY HAVE TO BREAK YOUR NOSE TO HAVE THIS PROCEDURE DONE! THEY DIDNT HAVE TO FOR ME!
