Staff is exceptionally polite, scheduling was a breeze. The Doctor was very patient with me, understood what was going on, my intent, and thoroughly explained to me what was about to happen. Before I knew it, I was back along with what I was doing in life and have been gracious. Scheduling for surgery also was a breeze, I was guided through the processes and the nurses there were also overwhelmingly polite. Showing up for the procedure was easy to work on. They made sure I wasn’t taking anything I shouldn’t for when I came in, any food after midnight as well as the usual things. Post-operation was also nice, they kept checking on me (I know they had to) but I never felt like the nurse(s) were annoyed by any questions and needs. They explained to me and my wife what they did, why, sent home an easy to read guide on what to do next, the next few days and week. It felt like a simple checklist, even with dated reminders so you don’t forget when to schedule follow-ups. When I came in for my follow-up and second follow-up to have everything checked on. We went back over my expectations, what I felt my results were and I couldn’t believe how accurate he was compared to what I started with. They worked with my family to make sure I had transportation, had someone that could get me to their office, as well as back home or to my next doctor. It’s like being at a resort and being treated like a VIP! I’m grateful to find such a great practice in a time where you feel like cattle being processed and the doctor barely looks up from the screen. Thank you!
