I don't know about their professionalism when it comes down to taking care of patients but my issue with them is that whomever answers the phone seems to have a problem with giving directions. My aunt needed help with finding the office before her appt and i called to get directions to the office and the young lady that answered seemed to not want to give me directions. She tells me that its by the Hilton gardens no street name, no address or nothing, so happen that i seen a street before hilton and turned on it and came upon the office. You have older patients you should be more considerate and better at giving directions!!!
