Fantastic experience, from the front desk staff, to the nurses, to the doctors. I was treated with respect and concern throughout my entire visit. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Guice to anyone needing help with sinus issues.

I'm not sure where all these 5 star reviews came from in such a suspicious amount of time, but my experience was not a 5 star one. I'm a 24 year old student that produces music and I had some spontaneous hearing loss in my left ear a while back. No change in frequency response, just overall duller. This would indicate conductive hearing loss, especially considering that I've had issues with fluid getting trapped behind that eardrum. I went here and the doctor rudely and righteously told me it was just ear wax and that I'd be better when it was taken out. If anything, he seemed to pontificate, as if I was intentionally impacting my ears with wax. He even suggested I lied to him when he asked if I used q tips (I dont). after removal, the issue persisted. He told me to get a hearing test, which told all of us absolutely nothing new. He had nothing else to do with me after that minus saying he couldn't help me and suggesting I took too much aspirin (a known ototoxic drug - problem is I don't even take asprin and don't know where he got that from). While many people here were nice and professional, the entire time I felt like I was just there for them to collect money. Very little interest was put in helping me solve my hearing problem. My overall impression is that the doctor was not interested in helping me, or simply not smart enough to.

This was one of the worst doctors offices I've been to. The office manager talks to with such disrespect and rudeness I've ever seen at a doctors office. You check in 10 mins before your appointment to fill out your paperwork and your still waiting over an hour to go back. People that are coming in after you are taken back. We were self pay so no insurance, so what we would be spending was out of our pocket, my hard earned money. You ask why is it taking so long and the office manager gets rude and says well your paperwork wasn't processed until 14 minutes after your appointment time so your file goes in the window behind others that have checked in for appointment times after you. It was exceptionally unprofessional for the way she talked and treated me. I finally just got up and left and didn't get to be seen. But they made sure that they were going to take my money before the doctor saw me and make me wait an hour or more. Pathetic that money comes before a human beings health.

My husband and I both love our ENT Doctors here!! He has used Dr.Guice since childhood and I use Dr.Childress! Both are always so attentive, and the office staff is so sweet! Thank you for always taking care of our little family! Def Recommend!

I agree with many of the reviews that this is no longer a patient friendly place to visit for ear, nose or throat problems. A lot has changed since dear Dr. McCrary passed away. The office staff is cold and uncaring, and perfunctory. Dr. Colthorp and Dr. Childress seem helpful and kind to a degree with fairly good medical knowledge. Dr. Guice acts like he is doing you a favor to treat you and he is very cold and uncaring. I was very sick once with bronchitis and called the on call service with a simple question, after seeing Dr. Childress 2 days prior, and Dr. Guice refused to return the call. I messaged my family practice doctor who was on vacation in Hawaii and despite that, she returned my call immediately. I told her about Dr. Guice and she said "He is tired." Some doctors care and some simply do not. This is not a clinic I would recommend.
