Dr. Schaefer and his team exceeded every expectation. From consult to post-op, I was informed about the process and next steps. Amy and Kate processed paperwork quickly and accurately. Lori was really responsive about any medical questions. And the world would be a better place if all providers were as compassionate and comforting as Dr. Schaefer.

I had a procedure done by Dr. Schaefer and my results were excellent. His staff is friendly and professional. His nurse Lori was easy to reach to answer my questions. It is convenient that Dr. Schaefer sees patients in Waconia as this is closer for me than Edina. I had my surgery at Southdale but he also operates at Abbott Northwestern hospital and at Ridgeview Medical Center. I would recommend him without reservation.
