When it comes to dealing with skin, Dr. Smith is the expert. My acne had left major scarring and there was nothing I could do. The dermatologist I had seen could only help me with treating the acne but couldn't help with the scarring. I found Sapphire online and seen that they provide many different skin treatments so I sat down with the Leslie and she went through great lengths at explaining what the different treatments did. She told me that the best way to treat the scarring was through the micro laser peel procedure. Being so fed up with what acne did to me I went through with the treatment and my skin looks and feels fantastic. I don't have to second guess myself whether people are looking at my scars because the scars were gone.

I had the worst experience at Sapphire I went in yesterday for a laser hair removal for my underarms I came out with a second degree burns I called the clinic more than 5 times no one returned my calls! I emailed Dr Smith 4 times no reply! I'm so pissed at the technician Dyan for burning me and not even caring to return my calls! I went to see my doctor today and she was shocked she said she's never seen this before, she's scared of a bad infaction and I have to go back to see my doctor on Thursday again! She's gonna wright me a report coz I told her I tried so many times to talk to the technician but no answers. I'm not letting this go they are not professionals and the doctor should treat her customers better than this! I guess she's all about the money!

Since day one when I met Dr. Smith I knew I was getting my procedure done. She cares about people and definitely she is not just trying to get your money. Actually she told me that I could get the shape I wanted exercising, but that she understood that I just wanted to see an immediate change. She also made clear that I needed to be mindful of the things that I should change, for example keeping myself more active and eating more healthy in order to keep the results after the surgery. She encouraged me like nobody ever did before to decrease the amount of Coca Cola that I drink! To the point that I lost around 7lbs in 3 weeks before my procedure just by reducing my Coca Cola intake. (I wasn’t required to lose any weight before the procedure but I definitely felt so motivated!) I guess what I mean by all this is that Dr. Smith gives you a complimentary consultation and she asks you about your diet and life style, she makes it clear that liposuction is not a weight loss procedure but an opportunity to get your desired silhouette. She explains every step of the procedure and after getting it done I can guarantee that EVERYTHING she said was 100% the truth! The day of the procedure I had a blast, even though I was nervous at first Dr. Smith and her team made me feel so comfortable, I was awake during the procedure but obviously under local anesthesia, we listened to music and talk about life. The room is not the typical cold and scary looking operation room, is feels like a spa but is still clean an sterile. The day after, they called me to check how I was feeling and I also had the chance to directly text Dr. Smith any questions that I had. A week later I went back for my fallow up consultation. I can already see big changes and the best part is that I’m still swollen so I’m sure that the final results are going to be amazing. I was so surprised that I didn’t have to pay anything for the follow up consultation, it’s all about taking care of you after the procedure. 6 weeks after the procedure I went to see the before and after pictures, and I couldn’t believe how the different in between the pictures was. I am so happy and don’t regret about getting my procedure done, 100% recommended. Love Guille

I was going to wait until after my Tickle Lipo procedure to write a review, but I figured I would do it now. I had a free consultation with Dr. Smith. She was so informative, gave me so much insight, and even wrote out a “diet” plan for me. After the consult, she gave me a complimentary microdermabrasion! When I went In for that, and lip injections.....everyone was SO nice!! They let you know what they are doing before they do it....and make you feel very comfortable. They make you feel fully prepared for any procedure.....Dr. Smith is so down to earth. If you ask her questions about her career is medicine, she is very open. She is incredibly smart, strong, and just a really fabulous person in general. I strongly recommend Sapphire. I will update my review after my procedure on a Friday!

She just made a super small incision, local anesthesia and was pretty quick. What I loved the most about this procedure was that I saw really good results and recovery was fast too with no pain. I’m very disappointed with this place. I had to pay an extra $200 to get the expected services. The staff is very unprofessional and does not respect privacy. Nor do they explain the procedure or what to expect as the end results. They openly spoke about my procedure in the lobby area in front of other clients leading to a great deal of embarrassment. For some reason, the staff doesn’t have name tags and do not introduce themselves so you don’t always know who your speaking or working with and need to ask for names. They do not follow through with requests and have not returned phone calls. The will require you to reschedule appointments to fit their needs without regards to your busy schedule. I definitely won’t be going back to this place in the future. I’m going to complete what I’ve paid for, which isn’t what I had originally expected, then go to one of the many other choices in the West metro area.
