I went to this clinic over a year ago three separate times to have facials, botox and filler. The technician I had named Gretchen used a laser on my face to remove dark spots that were deep. She ended up burning my face and caused permanent scarring. I phoned the clinic and asked them to return my calls which they didn't do. I NEVER saw Dr. Rocheford since she was always out of the clinic during my appointments. The women at the front desk were rude as well each time I came in. Not friendly at all. I went for a second opinion elsewhere and was told since my skin is so light, the laser treatment that they performed was not the correct procedure and should not have been done. I would never recommend this clinic.

Not happy with my results at all. I had a tummy tuck a year and a half ago. It turned out very uneven and now it will cost me thousands more to get this fixed.. I'll go elsewhere for any future work. I wish I had gone on more consultations in the first place. She only spends about 5 minutes with you. I wish I had gone with my instinct and checked out other surgeons. Please know that you won't have any recourse if you're unhappy with your results.

I am so grateful to Dr. Rocheford. I had a surgical scar from a previous excision of a malignancy. Because of her excellent reputation and several friends who raved about her technical skill and warmth, I went to see her for a consultation. The office is lovely and her staff were friendly and welcoming. Meeting with her was delightful! She described in detail how she would fix the scar, and gave me the option of having a face lift since she would be making incisions in the same area. Initially I was uncertain, but at 53 it was clear that gravity was winning the war. She was so patient in explaining everything to me. She also introduced me to her aesthetician on staff so that I could have laser treatment of some capillaries on my cheeks. Now 6 weeks after surgery and after 3 laser treatments, my skin looks better and people tell me I look "so rested and youthful". Even I like the way I look in the mirror and my husband feels like the hands of time have been turned back to an earlier age. The entire experience from start to finish was terrific. I'd like to give her 6 out of 5 stars. I have and will continue to refer people to her with absolute confidence.

I had a tummy tuck and breast lift to remove excess skin after significant weight loss (and to put things back where they belong). It was the best thing I've done in a long time! I was a bit nervous and had a couple of consultations with surgeons including Dr. Rocheford. She is so down to earth, personable, and straightforward about what to expect that she put me at ease and I signed up for the first opening on her calendar. Three weeks later I was waking up to her telling me how great the surgery went. I had been the most nervous about the recovery process. But Dr. Rocheford also managed my expectations and post-op care so well that I was pleasantly surprised how great I felt so soon after surgery. Not too much pain, and within just a few weeks I was moving around pretty much as normal, and back to full workout routine at 3 months. At 5 months post-op, I feel fantastic!

I don't even know where to start, from the consultation, to surgery, to post ops and my 6 week check up, everyone at Dr. Rocheford's office has been truly amazing, informative and made me feel more than comfortable. I originally went it for an earlobe repair (which she did a fantastic job on), and when I arrived they asked if there was anything else I wanted to discuss, which there was. So since I was there I thought, let's just see what it is about.... so I inquired about a tummy tuck and breast reduction, just out of curiosity. It was something I really wanted to have done, for YEARS... but never thought I would actually be able to do. Dr. Rocheford is/was just amazing. I know, (if you are anything like me) you are skeptical. But I do not write reviews unless they are entitled to them, and Dr. Rocheford is more than entitled to this review. Everything was explained thoroughly at the consultation, how all of it goes to get to surgery day and what would be expected before and after surgery. After you get on the schedule, the next time you go in is for your Pre-OP. I had Bonnie helping me out. She went through everything. Was more than knowledgeable, helpful and answered every question.... and I had ALOT of questions. But after my meetings with Dr. Rocheford and Bonnie, I had not doubts and was more than prepared to have surgery. My tummy tuck and breast reduction, went very well. Her work was nothing short of perfection, it was everything I was hoping for and could not be happier. She did exactly as she said she would, and I now have a beautiful flat stomach, and breasts that actually fit my body shaped. If you even are just curious about having something done, just go and have a consultation... and you will see why Dr. Rocheford is the one to help you. I had my tummy tuck performed in December of 2017. I did develop a high fever and infection days after the surgery. Unfortunately, Dr. Rocheford was on vacation & out of the state, but her team was able to communicate with her and were able to call in antibiotics the next day, which did clear up the infection. After the surgery, I'd waited for my body to heal a bit before scheduling a revision surgery to address my protruding "dog ears". This revision cost me an additional $75 per side, $150 total. Currently, I am still in need of an additional revision surgery on one side, as one of my "dog ears" is still protruding. I believe I'll be seeking another surgeon to perform this procedure along with lipo suction. My final concern is in regard to my before & after pictures. My before pictures were requested and taken, but no after pictures were ever requested by the Dr. or her team. For me, this was disappointing but does validate that my end results weren't truly ideal, even to the office's standards. Looking back, I'm still disappointed that the before and after pictures (that are on the website & in the portfolio) are misleading. When I was first consulting with Dr. Rocheford, I was debating between having just the tummy tuck or having a tummy tuck with lipo. The only way I could research what procedure(s) would be best for me, was by looking through the pictures of the women on the website and in the portfolio. I'd looked for women with similar, or very comparable, body types to my 'before' body. I found that the women with my body type who'd choosen to just have the tummy tuck procedure, without the lipo, wound up with the results I was looking for. In the end, my results are not as pleasing as the pictures I'd seen. In hindsight, I wish I'd have been given more consultation time with the actual plastic surgeon (as opposed to her staff) and would have benefited from being told the bulky areas around my hips would not be addressed at all. Not having the bulky areas addressed has resulted in my body appearing misproportioned. My pants don't fit me properly, as my stomach is flat but my hips protrude and make it difficult for my jeans/leggings to stay up. On a Positive note and as stated in other posts, Dr. Rocheford and her team are very friendly and her staff are quick to return calls with any concerns after surgery. My tummy is as flat as promised and I love my new belly button! The scarring after the surgery is minimal and the cut was very precise. At 43 years old, I can wear a bikini, which I haven't done since I was a teen. Following the Dr. recommendations of after care were key to my quick recovery. My suggestion is this, Please take time to research more than just the handful of pictures online and require the time you need to know you'll be 100% satisfied with the results you receive.

I saw angela yesterday to get a filler in my lips and she was so great!! Her personality was very comforting and sweet, she was thorough in explaining the difference between juvederm and restylne...she was very friendly and had an uplifting attitude. she was gentle with her injections and she even addressed an area on my lip where i had a dog bite scar and she made it look so good i can barely tell its there now. my lips are even and the part where the scar is is filled in proportionate and looks wonderful!! I will be going back to her for my injections!!

Great Experience! let's face it, having surgery is never fun nor pain free. Dr. Rocheford made me feel so comfortable from the first appointment to the very last. It's really hard to put into words, but I just felt like I could ask her anything or tell her anything. She was always professional and answered my questions like they were the first time she's heard them. She has a great sense of humor and her staff are also incredible. Bonnie was my hero the first week after my surgery - she made me so comfortable and helped me every step of the way. Results were better than what I even imagined: After losing 150 pounds of body fat I had a lot of loose skin especially around the waist. I looked into several plastic surgeons. Generally I found that they did not post general prices for their procedures. They all wanted you to come in for an estimate – which sounded like the perfect opportunity for a sales pitch. When I came to Dr. Rocheford’s web site, the ball-park prices were clearly shown and very detailed information was included (e.g. what each procedure does, how it is done, healing, who are good candidates for a particular procedure, etc. etc.). I met with Dr. Rocheford and she gave me several recommendations. There was no sales pitch. She simply showed me what could be done and gave me several price sheets which allowed me to pick the options I wanted. The prices were also very thorough. Dr. Rocheford’s estimate listed not only her prices but the surgery center’s prices so I knew ahead of time how much the total procedure would cost. Her cost also included all of the follow-up visits after the surgery. As for bedside manner of Dr. Rocheford and her staff, I will definitely say they are all cut above what I have received in the hospitals and clinics I have visited. It is clearly obvious that Dr. Rocheford and her staff care about how you are doing and how the healing is going. Dr. Rocheford even gave out her cell phone number in case there were any problems after surgery (I was quite impressed that any doctor would give out their direct number for emergency situations). I am glad she did. I ended up getting a minor infection and started running a temperature. As promised, she was available and called in a prescription for an antibiotic. At each office visit after the surgery she always asked if I had any questions. She was very good at explaining what was done and what to expect. Since this is the first operation I have ever had, let alone a procedure that no one I know of has ever had, I had a lot of questions. I appreciated the openness Dr. Rocheford had on both her web site and whenever I had any questions. As I said earlier, the end results were better than what I had even imagined. Before the procedure, I had a mental picture of how I would look. After the procedure and after the swelling went down, I was taken back at how well my waistline looked. It was far more sculptured and defined than what I had imagined. Her work was truly outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Rocheford.
